The female cashier with the short curly hair was extremely rude to me simply because I had my card the wrong way. I asked her politely to change her attitude (extremely politely) and she glared at me, her arms crossed, and tapped her foot. I get being in customer service is exhausting at times, but there was no reason for her to treat me like she did. She shouldn’t be interacting with customers if she acts like this. It makes me sad because the woman who runs the beauty aisle is lovely and is always very helpful and I love coming in to just to say hi to her. I don’t even want to come back with how rudely I was treated.

Every time I use this Walgreens, they claim my insurance won’t go through. They cash it out and take my money. Well I just asked them to confirm my insurance and she tried to tell me I have 4 different insurances and the one they used expires in Dec 31, 2023. Umm I’ve been in state insurance for the last 11 years. Never had a problem with Lake Geneva, or Antioch, but every time here!! I asked for a reimbursement and she hung up on me! Great customer service—-NOT

I have been a customer of Walgreens Paddock Lake Wisconsin since 2004, which going on 20 plus years. I have been a loyal customer of the Paddock Lake, Wisconsin Walgreens because of the phenomenal employees they have there. Joe the pharmacist is one of the best doctor of pharmacy I have ever met in my 59 years of life. Nobody comes close. Alisa, from the pharmacy department hands down always goes above and beyond and takes her time in answering any question I have. Alisa always asks me if I understood everything she said and if I have any other questions. Alisa makes me feel like I am a VIP (lol) and is probably the only person that probably does. Alisa is phenomenal and love it whenever she helps me. When my question is a little too complex, Alisa will go and ask the pharmacist on duty and gets me the right answer where I do not have second thoughts after I hang up. Mikayla, the drive-thru phamacy technician always sparks up my day. Mikayla is always in a great mood with a million dollar smile. Mikayla also asks me if I have any questions for the phamacists, which I know they all do, but not the way Mikayla asks. Mikayla is full of positive energy and no matter how long the drive thru line can be, after Mikayla takes your order or gives your prescription, it will make your day. Last by not least, Assistant Manager Catlin Morgan is the best represention of why Walgreens is not just my pharmacy of choice, but the general store of choice. Assistant Store Manager Catlin Morgan always go out of his way to make sure I get the merchandise I came to Walgreens Paddock Lake Wisconsin store. Catlin Morgan will walk me over to the island where the product I am looking for. Catlin Morgan leads by example. Even though he is the assistant manager of Walgreens, there are other store employees he can delegate to help me. Unlike other managers I have dealt with at other Walgreens, Catlin Morgan takes charge and acts like any new store employee and does it himself. Amazing young man and I have the utmost respect for Catlin Morgan. I want to thank the head of Walgreens Paddock Lake Wisconsin Store and upper management at Walgreens Corp. for have such a great team of professional represent your great awesome brand Walgreens. It is the people that make a great company and a great brand. Now I know why Walgreens has such a great brand and is the one and only pharmacy for me the past 20 years and will be the only pharmacy in my lifetime. No other competitor comes close. God Bless you all, our silent heroes.

Worst pharmacy ever. I wish my doctor would stop using this pharmacy because I have problems every time I go here. Either they don't run insurance and have to "give them more time" or they give incorrect information. Was told today my medication is backordered but then another tech picks up phone and tells me they have it. Do better or at least be kind and friendly instead of rude and nasty.

Joe at the pharmacy is without a doubt heaven sent! He spent hours calling around to local Walgreens to locate prescription for my asthmatic 6 month old baby while their systems were down!

I can not tell you how many times I get a call saying my prescription is ready for pickup and then drive there only to be told it’s not ready for pickup and to please come back later. It seems they are processing orders as complete to get paid but not actually processing the medication.

Pharmacists are great but no consistancy in tech who are in need of customer service training. Husband who shouldnt be driving had to pick up meds. This young dark haired snit who wasnt even in a proper uniform kept repetition lying asking address phone number of which we have 2. Been going there 25 yrs thinking about getting mail service meds

This is the absolute worst walgreens I have ever been to. They refilled the wrong prescription (which I am very allergic to) over 10 times. When I told them to please make note that I am allergic to that medicine they told me "Yeah we can put that in your notes, but we never look at the notes." Not only did they do that, they gave me expired injection medicine. They had also put my needles on "delayed" for over a month. My doctor had called to get me the right medicine and to get me my needles and when they did so they told her that they had it and could swap it out. when I went in to do so they told me, after 10 minutes of them searching around, that I would have to wait for them to re-order it. They had also told my doctor they had had my needles in for a while. Please save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I am not surprised to see such a low rating for this Walgreens pharmacy. The pharmacist tried to tell me there was a new law that the doctor had to write the address on the script. My DOCTORS haven’t ever done that, it was always the tech who did it. So I asked to see this notification and then she tells me it’s always been the law. So why lie? I have several friends at other Walgreens pharmacy that have told me it doesn’t matter who writes the address. I have been using the same doctor and pharmacy for 13 years and this is how they decide to treat me. Me and a few employees are taking this to cooperate. Hopefully her replacement will be there tomorrow!

Awful print department! Not sure what is up with the crew but I didn’t get the service I was expecting to receive compared to other Walgreens/FedEx print shops.Sarah, the first person I spoke with didn’t understand how to show a customer paper samples. She seems very confused at my request. She then got another girl (blonde) to help and she couldn’t care less either. The guy at the back didn’t care to help either. While I was trying to get help and print what I wanted, I did hear a lot of gossip from the three of them though. They were too busy doing their own chitchat they don’t seem to understand they are paid to offer a service to customers.Very disappointed! I wouldn’t count on this location to print anything and don’t recommend this print team.

Pharmacist at this Walgreens said the insurance wouldn't cover the prescription because it was too soon, my wife called the insurance and they said they would cover it. Pharmacist said she talked to the insurance company and they won't cover it. Got the insurance on the phone and they said they would to the Pharmacist. The Pharmacist stll insisted it was too soon and refused to let insurance pay for it. Was a new experience for me that a Pharmacist could override the insurance I pay for and have them not pay for it. Will never return to this pharmacy again after using this location for the last 20 years.

Great store. Pharmacy is a hit or miss. New Pharmacy employees need to listen to customers more. Management needs to train more customer service to it new Pharmacy employees. Been coming here for years.

Today I went in for a flu shot, and while looking up my file, they saw I had a prescription that needed to be filled (was scheduled to be ready tomorrow morning), and volunteered to have it ready by the time I was finished getting my flu shot. I was very happy that they were able to save me an additional trip to Walgreens. That's great customer service in my book!

The pharmacy is such a joke. They constantly have insurance issues so there's always a delay with urgent prescriptions. They tell you your prescription is ready when it isn't and then you wait hours, not even kidding, before it is ready. Or they tell you 15 minutes and you again wait hours. Pharmacy staff is rude and clueless. I'm done with this place. I don't understand why this Walgreens has so many issues but none of the other locations do.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I ordered 2 tests online. When I arrived at the store they told me they canceled my appointment and I would have to reschedule. Go anywhere else, it’s worth the drive to avoid the headache of dealing with this place.

Took the 2 hour result covid test yesterday. Online says 2 hours for the results. This walgreens is 24 hours, so why the 22 hours more? It comes down to incompetency or just laziness? Where are my results? I'm calling corporate today to ask why there website says 2 hours and this walgreens is 24?

Where does one begin...I personally have had this Walgreens for years...the last two years had their pharmacy declined!!! After this month I will go elsewhere. They twice have given me extra pills...so the counting is wrong...twice the wrong inhaler which one time i woud up in the hospital due to the reaction. If you complain to them they give you a attitude.I have personally spoke to the rescent storemananger regarding this and he could care less.....Rude is saying nicely how this pharmacy is. Then there is the wait time...auto fill texts says its ready you go there and its not and they try to tell u they never sent....so tired of the attitude and the severe mistakes this pharmacy makes.....so long ...and yes I have called corp to leave my thoughts of concern

Walgreen decided to send prescriptions that I had quit some as long ago as 1 1/2 years. They sent me rescue inhalers every month. I rarely use them. When I called and complained, the head pharmacist was anything but helpful. I am now in the donut whole and can't afford my necessary drugs. If I could have given them a negative 5, I would have.

Pharmacy is SUPER slow! I waited over 45 minutes in the drive thru once! Always an issue with insurance… slowest pharmacy in the world!Always an issue when refilling my prescriptions. I’ll get an automated call then go to pick it up and it’s not ready… like EVER!

We were waiting by the pharmacy for vaccinations Monday. A woman walked up to the pharmacy to talked to an employee. This woman was not wearing any mask, but she was wearing scrubs, so probably worked in some type of medical facility. She stayed talking & joking with the Walgreen's employee and not once was she asked to comply with mask wearing! She was wearing dark grey scrubs and she had a long blonde ponytail looked about 30 yrs old. What is Walgreen's policy in a case like this?

If I could give a zero I would. After being on hold for a significant amount of time, a young girl answers me. She kept telling me my prescription was not there. I tried to explain. She wouldn’t listen. I asked for the pharmacist. She said she would get him/her. I waited so long that the phone rang again another person answered. I asked the pharmacist again. I was put on hold for another long time. I finally had a pharmacist I use all the time. He told me a number to give the pharmacist in Salem. It was the worst experience I have ever had. They are disorganized, unhelpful, and did not try to resolve the issue. THRY DESPERATELY NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE RETRAING AND HIW TO ORGANIZE THEIR PHARMACY PROCEDURES

I’ve used this Walgreens exclusively for the last 12 years. However, until the last year or so the service has become absolutely terrible. A fine example is when you pull up to a Drive Thru lane wait 15 minutes before pushing the button only for the girl to look over and silence the intercom, so I wait an additional 5-10 minutes only for a 2nd vehicle to pull up and get immediate service and here I am still waiting. So I hope this helps you in choosing a Pharmacy and have a nice day.

Kind and friendly staff. Pharmacy is quick and easy to pickup. The sales on snacks, drinks, and basically everything if you have the rewards account saves me quite a bit of money. Never a bad experience going to this location.

Walgreens has gotten to the point where there is absolutely no personal service anymore. There is always a long wait, always an insurance issue that they won't even attempt to resolve for you or point you in the right direction. The Walgreens by Woodmans knew me by name, asked about my family and never let a prescription issue go unresolved for more than a day letting me know the status.

Waited over an hour for a prescription...told me they feel behind..Noone in the store....the little hindo pharmacist lady is the worst..go somewhere else if possible...Hey Walgreens how about 1/2 hr or its free.

There is always something wihen getting my prescription in this place, and everything time I drop off or get a refill, I remind them to run my secondary insurance after they do the primary and they never do and I have to wait extra time when I go pick it up. But that’s not even the main reason of my frustration, they had giving me the wrong lancets for my glucose monitor and when I went back and told them, the lady was rude and said they couldn’t refund me and wouldn’t take them back. My insurance wouldn’t pay for new ones till following month so I had to purchase them out of pocket. They messed up on other prescription and they gave me a hard time cause the lady I spoke with said they tell you what they are giving you when you pick up and I accept it. I explained that my husband had picked it up for me and he didn’t know exactly what it was but she didn’t seemed to care. I’m done with this place. I won’t be getting my prescription here ever again.

This location is hands down the worst Walgreens to get your prescriptions refilled or have any business with, extremely slow prescription refill times and no matter how many times you tell them to call you when refill is completed they don’t call or text even though the system is automated. Not to mention even though insurance had been updated with I them kept paying prescription refill costs even though insurance covered the full cost. Most prescriptions also had to be ordered from other locations because they didn’t carry my medications. One star because that’s the lowest rating.
