This was Ema's first visit. I have spent a year looking for a new groomer because I moved and I'm so glad I found this place. I'm one who worries about my dogs safety because you hear horror stories. You never can be 💯 % sure how your pet is being treated behind closed doors. When I picked Ema up she looked adorable. They did a great job. She was cut ✂️ exactly how I wanted. She seemed happy and calm. I can say without a doubt we found her a new groomer. Thanks guys!!

When I picked up my dogs, I had to ask for them both to be sent back for more of a cut because it looked like nothing was even done. The haircut itself was not worth the price I paid. The groomer even cut my dog and refused to take any responsibility. The owner said it looked like my dog was developing a skin condition. Like be honest. I added a picture of the scab I noticed a few days after my dog’s haircut.$120 for two dogs was a bit much for a mediocre groom. I wanted to support a small business, but I think you could get a better groom and service at PetSmart.

My big boy Baron loves the ladies there and if he loves them that's great for me! They're always very very accommodating to me, which is great cuz I'm seldom there on time or even on the right day...highly recommend shampoochies

Trooper and I have been moving every 6 months for the last 4 years, so finding a trustworthy groomer has been tough. I am very glad we found Shampooches- I know Trooper is in caring hands and he always comes home looking great and most importantly, happy. Thank you Ladies, we will be back! :)

Brought my little fluff ball (Teddy Bear Breed) here today, happy with the way he turned out. Super nice staff as well! 10/10 recommend, 100% going back! Before and after photos, no more mats now! He was past due for a hair cut and they did an amazing job keeping his fur short but not down to the skin!

Shannon does a phenomenal job with my German Shepherd dog Atlas, who is extremely sensitive and picky about other people. She always personalizes the grooming to what he's in the mood for on that particular day. She's super patient with him and is great at "reading" his mood. He has some hip issues and she goes above and beyond to make sure he's comfortable. Plus he looks stunning after! We have been coming here over a year and are so thankful to have found this place in our neighborhood!

Wonderful company and employees! I started taking my three dogs there who are all new to the grooming experience. One of my dogs has physical handicaps as well. The staff makes my dogs feel comfortable/happy and I feel comfortable leaving my dogs in their care! They go above and beyond to make sure each dog has the best care. Positive experience over all. I’d highly recommend.

Have used Schampooches many times in the past, I scheduled my three dogs to be groomed as usual, took half a day off of work and went to drop them off for the 11 AM appointment. Groomer said it would take 2 1/2 to 3 hours to groom my dogs and I said I would pick them up a half an hour before closing, which was 3:30 PM. I was told they couldn’t house my dogs for the additional 90 minutes. Also, there were no notes in their file on this. When I scheduled the appointment, no mention of this timing issue was brought up and I had left the dogs there the extended period of time in the past every time. I was perplexed to say the least. So I was forced to load my 3 larger dogs back up and cancel the appointment. Their quality of work was there, but their communication was terrible. I would recommend if you choose this place, make sure you go over all the details when scheduling so you don’t waste an entire day. I usually love to support the local businesses, but I will not be hiring this groomer.

Excellent experience bringing my Samoyed, Sula in for her first visit. It had been awhile since her last grooming because of Covid, and she was in desperate need of a brush out of her undercoat. Heather spent 4 solid hours plus some and said, I wish I had more time, feel free to drop her off for the whole day next time.While Sula was very happy to see us, she didn’t have the air of panic she normally has after grooming. She’s had a couple bad experiences at another local groomer requiring a vet visit due to sores on her skin. Shampooches was very professional though and took their time. You can just tell they love your pup while they visit.The new location is easy to find, just off AH and 83 and I’m very happy I listened to word of mouth at the dog park. Very impressed and reasonable prices. Looks like we found our new groomer!

I brought both my dogs, Labrador and a Great Pyrenees, for a bath, brush and nail trimming. They did an awesome job! I was delayed in picking them up and they were very accommodating and understanding. I would highly recommend them just because they're smaller, very personable, and very friendly!

I was looking for the perfect pet salon to take my Yorkie puppy. Shampooches exceeded my expectations!!! Heather was so friendly, great communication, and the cut on Carly was absolutely adorable and perfect. I am beyond thrilled and Happy with the entire experience and will recommend her again and again. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely love them, my boyfriend's dog was so dirty from not getting a bath since summer time because we do it outside. She came back super soft extremely happy and got a little scarf for the holidays! Definitely will go back!

My girlfriend and I bring our dogs to Shampooches and she gets them done in a timely fashion, they smell good, and nails are cut nice and short how we like them. Not to mention the dogs love seeing Heather! We wouldn't recommend any other place to bring your animals.

Heather runs a great business and is an absolute dog lover with many of her own rescues at home. She took the time to earn the trust of my skittish poodle and groomed her beautifully! I couldn't say enough! Poodles need frequent grooming and my furbaby will only be groomed by Heather!Absolutely love Shampooches!

I will never take my dog anywhere other than Shampooches. The owner is amazing and truly loves animals. She treats every pet that comes in as her own, and the rest of the staff are just as wonderful. Their prices are affordable and they do a wonderful job. My dog goes in for baths and nail trims and I have never been disappointed! I LOVE Shampooches and recommend it to everyone every chance I get!

I brought Sabine(Sa-bee-neh) in Friday, July 3rd to FINALLY get her groomed after two canceled appointments(due to current circumstances) with my regular groomer. They had her done within 3 hours like they said, which shocked me because she was SO overdue and her hair was so matted. They are extremely knowledgeable about pets. We had been taking our dog to a local competitor and we were told that there was only one way to cut our pup's hair. Shaved! After some research we found this not advisable for cold or hot weather. The owner of Shampooches said that was B.S.and did a fantastic job of making our pup look great and protecting him from the sun and snow. Oh yeah, at a better price too! Bonus! Our dog seems less stressed afterward too!

Heather was great to talk with on the phone, I was able to walk in with 3 dogs for nail cuts no apt needed. My dogs are very skittish after an attack last year and Heather and he co-worker were amazing. Highly recommend shampooches to anybody in the Salem Kenosha Paddock Lake area very very friendly staff
