We love taking our little Luna here! They are always so gentle and kind. You can also purchase the same products they use for grooming right in the front of the shop. She always walks out with a nice bandana and little bows for her ears. Highly recommend!

I would have given NO star but it wasn't an option. DON'T ever take your dog there for grooming I took my pomski and she came back bald they totally butchered her. I asked before taking my pomsky if they new how to cut pomsky hair and they assured me they did. They know NOTHING about grooming Pomskys!!! Here are Before and after pictures.

Absolutely wonderful. Dogs were clean happy and smelled great when we picked them up. I even had a slight hiccup at work and they worked with me to make sure that they were done in time for me to get back to work! Love love love!

Started taking my dog here and we loved it right from the start. Katie the owner truly cares so much about our Oliver. She is so informative and takes her time. Oliver struggles with allergies and Katie tailors his grooming for his needs and always follows up with me afterwards on what I can do at home. I am so relieved that we have a wonderful business to take our dog to. I 1000% recommend!

They did a great job with my two Lab mixes. They were very clean and smelled wonderful! They brushed them out and their shredding was almost non-existent! They also seem to squeeze me in when I forget to call! My dogs love it there too!

I would honestly give no stars if I could. I took my dogs there for the first time today. They called me 20 minutes later stating that they would not groom my dogs because they were convinced one of my dogs has kennel cough and I had to come pick them up immediately. The owner, Katie, was incredibly rude about the whole thing and insisted that I had to have documentation that he doesn’t have kennel cough. He has a collapsing trachea that was triggered both by him pulling on the leash and then them lifting/strapping him in the tub. I called my vet’s office but they would not be able to do anything to confirm his diagnosis until my vet was in on Monday. My vet’s office commented that there is no test for kennel cough and that a grooming shop owner should be able to tell the difference in signs and symptoms of collapsing trachea vs. kennel cough. There is a completely different sound to the cough. He hasn’t coughed one time since I picked him up. I mean, really, how does documentation help? Do I have to have a vet appointment right before I get him groomed each time? He’s going to come in hacking every time! Is Katie just going to send us away even with a diagnosis of collapsing trachea because he could have kennel cough too??? Honestly, I get being concerned about kennel cough but it still didn’t justify just how rude she was and obviously accusing me of bringing in a sick dog intentionally. I would steer clear of this place. I can’t comment on their grooming skills but if nothing else, the owner completely lacks any customer service skills and definitely needs to educate herself as to what kennel cough actually looks and sounds like.

They did an excellent job! First time in 6 years his nails were done properly! All other groomers always left them long and looking like they barely got cut. I highly reccomend them the he entered a wreck and came out looking all dapper. LOVE the tie ❤

I have taken my dog Oliver to pet services for many years. I always had Sue the old owner groom him, I trusted her, when she left I was a little unsure, but Wendy is so good with Oliver, so sweet and grooms him very well. So five stars for Wendy and the new owner!

I took my dog here for the first time just the other day. I was a little nervous seeing i had never taken her to this grooming facility before but the staff was very friendly and they did a great job grooming my dog. The price was also very reasonable especially since my dog was matted. I would definitely take her here again.

My dog looked AMAZING afterward and the grooming lasted for months. So they REALLY took time to brush ALL his hair. Will DEFINITELY go back there, and I definitely recommend them.

Has changed owners I had been taking my dog there for 10 years . Twice now the dog has come home not smelling like she was washed . Cut was Hodge podged. Has been very disappointing.
