We take our Shitzu Poodle mix here for the full service grooming. Staff is super awesome and care about your pet. Our groomer really knows what she is doing and takes her time making sure our little guy gets premium pampering. For everything they offer included in the grooming services, I consider them to have fair and competitive pricing. We have not tried their doggy daycare yet , so I cannot comment on that yet. 5 stars on the grooming side though!

Our dog loves going to Marcie's, and she absolutely loves the staff. She is always giving hugs and kisses to the staff when we drop her off, and the staff love her back; it speaks volumes.

We took our dog there for a grooming and they completely butchered it. We have a giant schnauzer and asked for a schnauzer cut, but they just cut off all of his hair that we had been growing out for a year, including his beard which I told them to keep long. His most expensive and worst hair cut he has ever had. If you want a specific look for your pet I would not recommend them.

I actually got my pomeranian, Missy, in within a week! (Unlike the groomers in Sparta which was months down, almost into fall! Which was ridiculous-but anyway...)Love(d) her haircut (as does she- she prances around so proud now! She knows she lookin' good!

Excellent staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly with great pricing. My dog is very reactive due to unfortunate circumstances and they were amazing taking time with her to gain her trust. I am very happy with the work they did and I have her next appointment already booked

We have been taking our dog here for about 3 yrs now for grooming, and love everything about it. Thor gets excited the minute we walk into Marcie's Pet Spa, his hair cut always looks great, and he smells so good.

I don't normally write reviews, but this has been bothering of recently. I took my elderly cat here a year or 2 ago. Had a lion cut done on her. Paid over $100 for them to cut, nothing else, not even a bath. I remember getting her back after a couple of hours and she had nicks on her and a lot of lose fluff. I didn't say anything because it was my first time taking her to get groomed. Fast forward to today. I've moved somewhere else and decided to have her get a lion's cut again. The groomers that I took her to were less than$80, gave her what I wanted, and in addition, cleaned her up, cleaned her ears, trimmed her claws, and even brushed out her tail. No nicks at all. It just had me thinking back to when I took her here and just the vast difference there was between the two places.I don't know if this cat groomer is still the same from a year or 2 ago, but if he/she is. I would worry and debate on whether or not this place is your best choice.

Love, love, LOVE how they treat my sweet teddybear dog for both grooming and boarding services. She always comes home completely calm and happy after grooming appointments, which is amazing considering how high energy she is! I took her to be boarded with Marcie's for a 5 day period and I was extremely impressed at the Facebook updates/photos posted, overall report card, and friendliness of staff as always. Highly recommend using their services for your fur baby!

Able to get an appointment right away. It's a lovely location. Unsure about the boarding since I only took my dog in for a nail trim. However, the staff is friendly and appear to really love dogs.

Really just a solid experience. I’d give five stars but the front desk staff just didn’t seem to care about anything and we had a heck of a time booking even for the day. Really not a bad place for your pup at all if you’re in a pinch.

My dogs love going to Marcie's. The staff are always excited to see them and daycare is included with boarding. Great place to take your dogs. It's a bonus that they post pictures on their Snapchat and Facebook so you can see your pups having fun!

Julia and Daphne went above and beyond to accommodate me when I missed my appt time and had a deadline to pick up my dog, they were gracious enough to still see him and get him done on time, having Marcie's staff to rely on for the care of my pet during busy times of work, pet care and raising children is amazing! thanks for taking care of your customers and our furry friends!

I can't say that I'm a perfect pet owner - but the staff at Marcy's is always happy see my dogs and I when I bring them in for grooming. We have small dogs that require regular grooming - and we live on a farm so when their coats are a bit longer they probably smell a lot worse than most of their clients. They never give me a hard time and I appreciate that so much! The extra touches (bandanna and bow) are so cute and they look adorable. Their location is clean and trendy and I love their use of Facebook to hi lite how much fun the dogs in their doggy daycare have every day.

Before my pups cut they asked me about specifics I would like them to do for him. I told them not to cut his body hair (winter) and just trim nails and his head hair (so he can see). They completely shaved his entire body, paw to head, with no regard for the specifics they asked for beforehand. $55 for that.

Our dogs love this place. The staff is wonderful. The only thing stopping this place from being a 5 star is the outside play area is very small, thus, it doesn't provide a lot of room for an all out spring for any dog of any size. But, they sure take great care of your dog. They do sell some quality dogs and cat food and treats. My favorite is Fromm's. Pet toys, they've got these too. Saves you a trip from going all the way into La Crosse of your from West Salem or Sparta area.

We love how they take care of our dog. There daily photos are awesome, and we real like seeing how our dog is doing. They do such a great job taking care of her dog she now gets excited to go there. Would recommend to anyone.

Marcie's has always been flexible with our schedules and I've never had a problem getting our dog in for a groom or board even though our dog doesn't go regularly. He is a nervous cocker spaniel and we just get him shaved since we hike a lot (we don't get the skirt) and he always looks great!

****I am updating my review from below. After some time my Shih Tzu was able to get on the grooming manager, Daphne schedule since she offered to try and make things right with a complimentary groom. She did an absolutely wonderful job!! If you can get on her schedule you won't be disappointed!!!After picking my doggy up on the way home we noticed his foot was bleeding and there were marks all over the car. We had to drive 30 minutes home like this. Apparently a nail was cut to short and they forgot to tell me. The cut from grooming wasn't good at all. There was one patch of long hair left still going into his eyes and his cut was choppy all over. I've had this same breed groomed in many different places and this is the worste. The building is nice, the people are nice and the daycare looks great but I can't recommend for grooming.
