The minute I enter the Bristol veterinary through consultation with the veterinarian I felt very welcomed. Everyone is so kind. My dog Ben loves going to Bristol Veterinary too! He gets so excited seeing everyone and they give him so much love. And when Dr Curran walks into the room it’s a big bonus! More love and a cookie (s) 😃Thank you all. Unfortunately we had to put our Dixie down yesterday due health complications.. the staff was extremely compassionate and patient. This was the only place out of 3 other places that was upfront and reasonable with their pricing. It’s hard as it is to have to make this kind of decision and I couldn’t be any more grateful for how helpful they were through this very difficult time for us. We recently had an emergency situation with a foal (eye ulcer). Our vet couldn’t help- but Bristol vet saved the day. Staff were amazing with communication, and the vet was fantastic. She was able to quickly and confidently figure out what was going on. We were given realistic outcomes/expectations, and a thorough course of action to follow (as well as options based on budget, and of course the animals comfort). The situation sucks, but they made it suck a lot less. We will absolutely be switching our animals to this clinic!

I would recommend Bristol Veterinary Service to everyone who has a pet. Everyone there is so thoughtful and kind. My dog, Lucy wasn't even afraid to go there. Which made it easier for me. When I had to have Lucy put down, they sent me the most beautiful sympathy card. Everyone signed it and each comment was so touching I cried the whole time I read it. They are definitely not in it for the money. They truly love all animals ❤

We are incredibly grateful for the amazing team at Bristol Vet service.We went for a walk at Bong Recreation area and when we were loading our dogs back in the car, we realized one of them had a fish hook stuck IN HER EYE. In a total panic we looked up local vets, found Bristol, called them and they told us to come right in.They were able to swiftly sedate our girl and get the hook out right away without causing further damage. Unfortunately, they have a lot of experience with this and are working with the WI state parks to try and reduce this happening in the future, which we really appreciate.While we live too far away for them to be our regular vet, we will always be very grateful for their swift, professional, fast and friendly assitance at a time of great need. I was of course a mess bringing her in and they were so good at working with both our dog and me in a panicked state. Highly recommend them!!

We have been working with Bristol Vets large animal practice for many years since my daughters had been showing pigs in 4H and they have always been great whenever we needed anything, even in emergencies.We also used their small animal practice when our boxer was having serious issues with her hips. Dr Curran and her staff were very compassionate in giving us the various options for treatment and when we finally decided to let her have the dignified end she deserved, they made that as easy as it could possibly be. We can’t say enough about how wonderfully our dog (and her humans) were treated. ❤️

Dr. Morgan Wiseley was immediately spot on with a potential diagnosis for our senior dog... Which was later confirmed with blood work and an X-Ray. She was extremely kind, thorough, and our old boy really really liked her. She made his last moments happy and comfortable. We are extremely grateful for her expertise, and will certainly be trusting her with our pets in the future.

Bristol vet has been my personal vet for 15 plus years. In the last 4-5 years every time we have had them come out or we have used them for general check ups, we have always had a billing problem with them. They always over charger or tell you one thing or another just so they can get as much money as they can. I will from now on be using elk horn vet! This vet is wonderful, fast, and doesn’t mess around with the billing process.

Bristol Vet Service was fabulous when my cat Sweetie had gone missing this winter, delusional from an eye issue. She finally turned up at a neighbors, frostbitten and weak. Her eye was infected, swollen and horrible looking. Not only did they save my cat, they saved the eye! The entire staff at Bristol aided in her recovery. Sweetie became a fixture in the clinic! I have trusted Bristol Vet with my Equine athletes for over 15 years - they now also have my small animal business!

5 month old puppy came in for spaying and ended up brain dead. They called and offered for me to drive 30 minutes to get her and take her to the ER vet. That vet was 30 minutes away again. That vet is 3 minutes from my house and since her life was at risk I suggested maybe they could bring her to the ER in half the time. Due to some confusion on her medical records forwarded to the ER being incomplete they were forced to ask for over $3000 from us to try and save her. She cried for hours. We took her to the bigger ER in Milwaukee. The right equipment showed that she was brain dead a long time ago. We spent all we had to save her. The Bristol veterinary assured us that brain death from lack of oxygen could be anything except their error. We were on our own with the bills. I reminded them that it's usually part of surgery to make sure the patient is getting oxygen. Again I was assured that their insurance and a staff meeting determined no negligence by them . Minnie was a French Bulldog that a simple Google search could have saved her life. Look up bulldogs under anesthesia. Minnies life and death will matter.

We have been with Bristol vets for a few years now. Dr Borri is our main vet, Dr Henderson stepped in once, and Dr Nelson is treating the sarcoids and other skin conditions. This is a professional, no nonsense vet group right up my alley. I don't do fancy treatments that I deem unnecessary, and this vet practice supports us in this (I have a well bred dressage horse). They do what needs to be done, and often recommend "no treatment" when they think no treatment is necessary. So when they think something needs to be done, I fully trust them. I highly recommend them!

I love this place! The staff is soo friendly and professional! Dr. Morgan is amazing with my pup! She loves going to the vet! The staff knows how hyper and excited she gets and they deal with it like no other! I will forever bring my pup and future animals here! They are incredible!!

Without knowing my 16 year old feline, Tinkerbell, they were so kind to me and gentle to her, when she needed to be put to sleep. Allowed me to hold her for a time under sedation when her pain was relieved before euthanizing. I was blessed with another a purring moment with her. Thank you so much. The price of this was very non stressing to my pocketbook.

Great experience with them. I had a very sick chicken and I called for help. The bird vet was out a call and they referred me to another vet. Not going to mention the other vet but I just gave them a 1 star review. Needless to say I received a call the next day and they were able to help me over the phone.
