Country Vet has been my go to place to take care of my furry family members for the majority of my life. I take my service dog here as well and the staff and Dr. Triick are phenomenal. Always feel like I’m paying for what I’m getting and never more. Would definitely recommend taking your animals here to see Dr. Jay Triick.

Don't take the positive reviews as a sign this place is 100% safe and good for your dog. This vet clinic literally killed my dog by being greedy and deciding to offer a second injection that wasn't intended for our dog while they knew doing the injections on the same day would lead to an overdose, we had just wanted to what was best for her. My dog suffered in agony because of this clinic, suffering a seizure before she died. Our dog went from healthy to dead in under a week because of what this vets employees did. Ginger B will never be forgotten.Don't bring your pets to this clinic if you love them and if you still are going to, question everything they're doing, make sure it's absolutely necessary. Don't fall victim to their greedy methods that could take your dogs lifeEven after our dogs life had been taken, they tried to get more money out of us by saying we needed injections for our second dog after having switched clinics. This clinic is greedy and cruel.Update 3/7/2024. We have been persistently harassed by this vet clinic in trying to pressure us to take our last remaining dog back to them despite the fact they killed our dog. The gross negligence and greed is very prevalent here.

Our elderly dog was quickly declining so we took her to the clinic to confirm our suspicions. Dr. Jackie Haeft was very compassionate to both dog and owner during our visit. The CVC has cared for both of our hunting dogs the past 25 years. We won't hesitate to return if we get another dog in the future.

Very friendly & caring staff, first vet my dog (piper) likes going to. She used to get very scared going to other vets and would make a mess when entering the building. At this vet she gets excited and loves to visit.

Worst vet in the area! Owner ia a Ass! Make sure you get a second opinion! The only thing they will tell you is to put your pet down! Do your best friend a favor and go somewhere else! We were told to put are dog down by owner. Are dog lived two and a half years more. Wife called with questions owner got mad and hung up on her. Find any other vet clinic!! Also most products sold there can be found on Amazon for almost half the price. That's where they buy from.....

I switched to this vet on a friends advice a couple of years ago. I wish I had sooner! The vets and the staff are all great. Their prices are very reasonable. I was tired of paying so much in Oconomowoc! This is a nice drive on HWY P, and my two dogs and I are happy with them.

All the people we have spoken to over the phone and in person have been incredibly polite and helpful. The vets are very well educated and have always done what was in the best interest of our pets. They answer every question we have and explain our cats' situations to us in a clear and detailed way that is easy for us to understand. We've had two kittens spayed here and everything went 6/5 well. They even explained what a suture reaction is, since one of our cats had one, glued up the little hole, and gave us antibiotics for an unbelievably small cost. We will continue to go back for all our vet needs.

It was time to put down our almost 20 year old cat. I call the office late morning and the staff was able to get me in btwn appointments. It is never easy but Dr. Becky and her assistant were very supportive. I was able to stay with Miss kitty as long and as much as I wanted. Our little Siamese passed peacefully.

The vets and service here are always great. I never worry about which doctor I'm going to see because they are all good! They worked with me continuously when my Dog had diabetes and then heart failure a few years ago, and we were trying to keep her comfortable as long as we could keep her quality of life up. They've treated my cats for basic care as well as the occasional infection and we always receive sound advice and treatment keeping them healthy and happy. On top of that, their prices are very reasonable.

Have taken pets here for years! This morning at 8:01am we were sitting in their parking lot with our dog who was experiencing total paralysis. When I talked with the receptionist she said she was sorry, they were booked and had no time to look at our dog. We would have been satisfied with a vet even taking 2 minutes to look at her and then recommend she be taken to the emergency clinic 40 minutes away. We were not even given that consideration. Instead we got, “I’m sorry, what do you want me to do?” I guess I wanted them to help their patient. Anyway, we will no longer take our pets here. The Wisconsin Vet Center in Grafton has been unbelievably responsive and kind. They are your people if you need anything other than heart worm meds and a vaccination.

I have been going here on and off for years my last visit did not go well I wanted them to perform a simple task and instead of doing what I wanted and needed they made the situation worse and more complicated. I wound up going elsewhere and they resolved my pet's problem with no questions asked and it turned out great in the end. I go to vet to have them take care of my pet the way I want. I pay them to perform the service and I simply want it done. Country Vet failed miserably and I will not be returning ever.

We're a dog family, and thanks to a recommedation from a neighbor, we've been bringing our dogs to Country Vet near Hartford for several years now. Dr. Triick and his entire staff are wonderful to work with!! We've had to contact them for emergencies on the weekend and even had to have our furry family member spend the night there once. I never felt any anxiety about it, because I knew that she'd be well cared for. What's more...their fees are very competitive and most often even LESS expensive than other vets in the area. Since the beginning, we've recommended Country Vet to anyone we know who is looking for vet services.
