This place has got some great people working very nice customer service orientated of course. expensive but What freightliner company isn’t right? Driving as a company driver right now, so I was told that there was some confusion on some estimates, but I believe they got it worked out. Charged $104 to prime my refrigeration unit because I ran out of fuel waiting. It was my fault, but it took 15 minutes so I was overcharged but the refrigeration unit is running. Went to go get something to eat and had no way to get there and somebody here I wanna see his name. Let me use his very nice very new Cadillac without hesitation he just said take it. I was amazed.

I've been here multiple times and I love this place and I love the mechanics. Everyone is awesome, every time I need work done to my trucks they're usually fast about it! They're reasonable and fast, I have never had an issue with this place, I love it! Thank you so much! Fyi go find Derrick, he is out of this world! I'm about to bust out my other headlight just so I can go back and stare at him lol 🤣🤣🤣!!!

Best service experience I have had with my 2021 Newmar RV. Great communication on service. Very clear on issues found. The parts and service staff were friendly and helpful with my questions. They have long service hours which helps with flexible scheduling. Would recommend for freightliner service and maintenance.

Never go to this shop. Complete rip off. Charged $328.42 to change oil and front hubs. Charge $950.14 to do Trans fluid change. Charged 10 hours to diagnose TPS sensor. Came in w/ no service light, yet was told Nox sensor bad due to service light on. Charged $1100 for r&r switch for cruise co trol and Charged $625.50 to adjust gasket behind turbo. This place is a complete scam. Save your money. Truck was at shop less than 18 hours, charged for 22 hours of work. Poor communication. Guys that answer phone even in service dept can not answer simple questions.

Come and see Mr, Keith the service department manager. He is very professional, caring person. The service I received in here is top notch. Even though I came without making an appointment, they pulled me in right away and I was back on the road in just two hours. Most importantly, they fixed all issues on my truck. Overall, very welcoming, nice people in this dealership.Thank you very much for the great service.

Great for RVs! Came in with an air system leak. Scott and Jim were fantastic when we came in on a Saturday. They got the coach right into the bay since we live in the rig and the techs quickly found the problem, kept us informed on the status of getting the part on hand, and got it all done in about six hours even though a part needed to come from Madison.What struck us most about this facility was their great customer service. We sat in the customer lounge for six hours and we noticed that they routinely came into the lounge to update all other people waiting for their trucks. Scott and Jim were both friendly and personable and we can’t thank them enough for helping us out.Thanks again,Phil and Shar

Called several Freightliner dealers looking for a hard to find mirror assembly that a deer took out. They had it in stock so I had them set it aside for me. When I went in to pick it up I asked if they might have time to put it on for me. An hour and a half later I left with the part intalled. Fast, courteous and helpful. Would use this shop again.

FIVE Stars...I came in with a good attitude, and all inquiries were presented with enough time to hear the response.I could sense the irritation of whom I spoke with for service; thus his professionalism showed clear. (Some truckers forget to acknowledge that.)Treated with respect and courtesy by everyone including the beautiful custodian. (Almost went to get my guitar to use it in a proposal to her.)Service for my truck here set me good for the next day as well.Sorry no pictures.

Great place to get your parts. I had called Friday for some parts and picked them up Saturday. Jeff in parts called me Monday after he noticed a different part on my bill from the list I had asked for friday, to make sure that part was right and I had no problems. I am not a regular customer maybe 2 or 3 times a year but that he called to make sure that I didn't get a incorrect part and no issues with the different part for my truck floored me. I have other places nearer to home I usually get parts from and no one has ever done that. I really appreciated it and I think I'll be shifting more business to Truck Country after that phone call.

I get lots of parts from them, I got a 2002 century & Keith did a fabulous job on a engine overhaul in late 2020 & 8 months later they replaced all 6 injectors not there fault but now 8 months later 2 injectors leaking again. I'm holding my opinion until this problem is solved. Also been having a communication problem getting the problem fixedDale

Went to them because our jake brake and cruise control wasn't working. They got the cruise control fixed and told us what to replace on the jake brake, the repair we did was not the problem. They also said they replaced some fuses and relays. After discovering the brake still did not work we went somewhere else. They had it fixed in no time, it was a relay put in backwards. So if they checked it and replaced some wouldn't you think they would have noticed it being backwards? We paid almost $500. To be diagnosed and repaired. It wa a only half fixed. Not happy with this place.

We had a problem with Keith. Very bad service, they are lazy to take payment because they are closing in 10 minutes, If he is manager, he supposed to understand customer and help him. I explained him that I paid towing $1500 from Chicago and he is almost there, he doesn’t care at all. Avoid them

Had a truck in for repair. Mechanic kept company in the loop with multiple update emails and stayed overtime to finish up the job so my driver could get going. Would recomend this shop to anyone.

My fiancé just bought a truck from this place and I was shocked to know how horrible their customer service was. Mike (don’t know his last name) was so rude over the phone and in texts as well. And when we finally got everything done, my brother in law went to pick up the truck they had him wait for 4 hours. Customer service really needs improvement. I wouldn’t want to business with a company who don’t respect their customers. I’d rather take my business where customers are welcomed, appreciated and respected!

I came here for a simple diagnosis for my esbar heater. All they had to do was plug in their reader and tell me the error codes. After sitting in their shop for 6 HOURS they finally gave me the error codes and told me they can't order the parts to fix it & I'm on my own. Then they tried to tell me I owe them over $300 because one of the guys had to leave midway through the job?! After I put up some fuss they lowered the charge to $90 but still... this should have taken 30 minutes... I've never given a 1 star before but this was a 1 star experience. The service was horrible and I felt like I got scammed by coming here.

Not a bad place from my experience. I'm a company driver and brought my truck here for an opti-idle issue and they got me in and out in about an hour, explained what the issue was, had no issue with my dog coming with me inside while waiting and even parking until I got another load. Only lost 1 star due to small tight trl parking but overall not a bad place.

We took our Company truck to them while on our home time. Left it for over a week.Supposed to call when done, no calls, we had to. When we went to get keys back, I asked if they got it all fixed.. their response was I have no idea, I didn't work on it!!When asked for a seevice sheet it will take him a while but he can get it.. we were the only ones there!! Wow.Never mind I called our breakdown Dept and they told us everything that was done.Obivously we was interrupting him.No Thanks if we're every on home time again and need service I'm sure there is one in Madison that will be friendlier..

I delivered new freightliner trucks to this dealer. no customer service, trying to use forklift was a nightmare, took hours to unload. epod was sent and finally returned 27 hours later with dozens of false claims. Top of my list of places never to deliver to again.

Needed a windshield for a 26' box truck, as a bird met it's unfortunate end on our last one.Happened to need another windshield for a similar truck back at home base the same day.Truck Country attempted to charge triple, what we paid back home, after we explained this to Truck Country, they busted out the lube and knocked a couple hundred off.Still more than double for the windshield back home.Oh yea, almost forgot to mention they neglected to call/email an estimate, went ahead and just did the work.

Been here a few times unfortunately and this is the most miserable, rudest, unhelpful, unfriendly, zombie like dealership I've ever encountered. Seems like a trickle down effect to mechanics from upper management hating life and who they are. I feel sorry for you all! Life's way to short to be as mean as you all are to your customers. Changes are needed from the top down!

Call the day before to pick up a truck and gave the service department the truck information and they couldn’t find it. Call the next day and was told it was there and ready to go. I get there to pick it up oh it’s not here it’s somewhere else 😂9/16/2020Called to pickup a truck the day before I get there and the batteries are dead 🤦🏼‍♂️

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the driver lounge. If you're going to keep a truck driver for several hours, the least you could do is provide a seat comfortable enough for a nap.

Twice we had our truck here and each time it's came out with more problems than it had when we dropped it off. Unfortunately for you this is not the MLB. You only get 2 strikes with us and you're out. Never again will you touch our truck!
