Clean Great tasting water. I couldn't use my brand new dishwasher for a couple years until I got a Culligan water softener. They came out with white spots dirtier than before. Now I use less detergent and can finally use my dishwasher. I also later got the filtration system. Renting them makes it affordable to have safe water and I save on bottled water and detergent.

I suffer from severe agoraphobia and dont really talk to people or leave my house and the place i live has water that my service dog and I cant drink or we get sick, him more!! Culligan brings water 💧 whenever we need it because before i found them we had nothing to drink and was actually afraid! Culligan saves Major and I every day!

They have always been great to deal with. Special thanks to Dave Schuett just really a great person to work with! Our water was hard my neighbors have been going with Culligan for many years and they recommended them to us. He says once you get used to their water you'll never want anything else. Another thing I'd like to say"My mother passed away she had an outstanding bill, they ended up covering the charges. What a company, just kind hearted gestures like this is why you go with a reputable company. Culligan is the one for our family that's for sure, for life. The whole neighborhood went with Culligan, the one family didn't well guess what, there the other neighbors and there water is not good. I'm pretty sure they will be switching to Culligan. Thank you Culligan from our entire family 🙏

Our water in our home has a lot of rust in it. We really need a new water softener, but can’t afford one. So the past 6 years we have had bottle service with you guys. The ladies in the office are great to work with, and our delivery guy Scott is very nice and personable. I really like the text feature notifying us when our delivery is scheduled and when Scott is on the way. Sometimes our days are so hectic on the farm that we forget.Thank you for the great service you all provide.

My wife and I get delivery to our house. We are gone most of the day and so when I call to place my order I always tell them to leave the bottles at the top of the stairs just inside my door and take the empties. FOUR TIMES I’ve told them because I have a bad back and cannot carry them up the stairs and my wife is 7 months pregnant. Where do they leave them? Either outside or at the bottom of the stairs 😡. They leave the empties sitting where I left them.Whenever I call them they always say “that’s no problem we will leave them inside for you. I’ll let the driver know”… but whoever the driver is never does. Really getting frustrated to the point I’m thinking of just canceling. What’s the point of keeping a service when they don’t listen to you? If they told me flat out that they couldn’t enter without anyone home I’d understand. But they never said that, and I even told them I gave them permission to enter if I was not home (they aren’t really even entering, just opening the door and plopping them inside and then closing the door). Why should I throw out my back trying to lug an overpriced bottle of water up the stairs when they say they will do it for me?

First off, they offered to put it in a softener system which was three times more than what I could get it for elsewhere. I called and canceled the order and they still cashed my check. As upsetting as that was I decided to still have their water dropped off. I told the gentleman that I would buy the dispenser after the three month free trial. So when it came time to buy at the price went up $100 on it!! Also, it took forever to get a response!! Worst customer service ever. I will never deal with this place again or anything Culligan related.

My softener broke. Called them to check it out. They did not touch anything and said it would cost more to repair than to replace. They wanted to charge the me $175 for the visit. After a couple complaints, I received a message from Sterling Water apologizing for my experience and acted accordingly. I appreciate their professionalism and understanding when customers are not pleased . A business willing to correct a situation reflects greatly on the management. Thank you!

Dave did a great job of testing our water for the different forms of impurities and explaining his process along the way. We always had soft water growing up and were wanting it in our new house. The initial cost was higher than what we were looking to spend, but Dave was able to find us a system that worked for our home and needs, in our budget. We also feel comfortable knowing the quality behind the Culligan name as well as being American based and built. They even produce their own salt to meet their higher standards.

We really got frustrated with our old service (if you can call it a service), so we called Culligan and they came out, ran several tests, gave us some options, and best of all Culligan costs less per month even with the reverse osmosis water system. Plus we are only using 1/3 of the softener salt compared to what we used to use with our old third generation company.

Sterling Culligan - bad business practice!I have been a culligan customer since 1995. This year in January I decided to purchase my own water softener and my own RO system. In January I closed my account. Due to the billing cycle I have a credit on my account.Two months later I still had not received the money they owed me.I called culligan and was told they will keep your money until you call them and ask to have it returned. I was also told it would take 6-8 weeks for my money to be returned. Odd that if I was 6-8 weeks late on paying my bill they would not consider this acceptable.This is extremely poor practice and the reason for my bad review. I would give zero stare if possible

I've had a Culligan system in my house over the past 4 years and I can't say nothing good about them. They never come and fill our system when I would call and say that we are in need of salt. The calcium build up on the dishes and glasses is disgusting. I hear on the radio they're advertising "crystal clear glassware" well that in my eyes is COMPLETELY FALSE advertising. This past week we had another company come in that's been in business for years and they have showed us that the system is installed backwards!!! WHAT A JOKE.
