Ordered 8 pizzas for our hockey team to enjoy after their game on the way home. Called ahead and talked with them about the order and they had no problem with the order. I arrived a little early to pick up the pizza and the order was just getting finished. They were very friendly and asked how our team was doing. They helped carry the pizza out which was great too! Service and staff was amazing! The boys loved the pizza too!!

Pizza was of course delicious, but I want to shout out the server who was there when we stopped in mid-afternoon. He was so kind to my 10 year old. She was overwhelmed by the choices, and he patiently named each one and the ingredients to her. She was not thrilled with the idea of pizza before our visit, but as we left she said she'd definitely eat there again. A fan was created today.

Food is always great! Love the different flavors of pizza. The canolli's are a great treat too. Service is always good, there's one guy there that really shines.Edit: Still great food and service! Even when they're swamped!

Just ordered from Doordash. First time Politos and will be back!! A little light on cheese but the crust and flavor was yummy yyy! Tomato basil with onions, ate it so fast no time for pictures!

Nothing more frustrating than to drive 20 minutes to pick up pizza, and then drive 20 mins home...only to discover you came home with someone else's pizza....and you don't enjoy the same things

Get pizza that's already to go in the shop or have them make you one personally.. they have a few shops now.. the pizza is amazing.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of places to park in front, and the tables are all handicap accessible.

Was here on Sunday 3/19/23 around 6:15pm. I had a TERRIBLE experience. The lady working behind the counter was very rude and you could definitely tell she hates her job. She was wearing earbuds the whole time she was helping so I had to repeat myself many times. She walked away before I could even finish my order and when asked if they had a certain kind of pizza she VERY rudely replied NO. Then ran to the cash register and said in a VERY rude tone “you want anything else or no” The employees working seemed to be more worried about the friends they had in the lobby than the other customers in line. There were other customers who walked out behind me shaking their heads. This employee ruined this restaurant for me when other times it has been great. I know how badly these negative google reviews impact business and I have never left one before, but this one is well deserved.EDIT:Eric contacted me and offered to fix the issue. Eric cares a lot for this business and he made it right, I really appreciate it.

I ordered 5 individual pizza pieces and 2 orders of garlic knots through DoorDash. The order came in incomplete and the knots had a TON of butter; the pizza was good. I called Politos ,and the manager did not take care of the situation. I will not blame the worker, however, when a customer says this is my last over ever, an apology would be nice. So getting Politos as I go to Starbucks is not something I will continue doing. The mistake was theirs according to the person who answered the phone. I just wanted a refund or the pizza to be brought to us. They would not refund the account and after making the mistake, I was going to have to drive to rectify their mistake. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

We are here visiting in Wausau staying at the Best Western Hotel. We looked up local pizza places and decided to try Polito's. This is the worst Pizza I have ever had that cost me $20 I will not recommend Polito's Pizza ever. I called the manager to describe my experience The Taste and the quality appearance texture and toppings but she said I can't help you. There is one piece of pepperoni one onion and one green pepper and one mushroom on each slice.. I could have gotten a better pizza from the frozen section at Pick n Save. I do not recommend Polito's Pizza. They have terrible service and horrible food quality in addition to horrible management. By the way here's some pictures of a $20 Pizza it's kind of ridiculous.It's nothing but pizza sauce and dough with a little bit of cheese for $20 absolutely ridiculous.

Super excited when ordering a gluten free pizza; they asked if it was for an allergy or preference. Ours is an allergy and we were thrilled to know that they take it seriously, and do so pleasantly. Even prior to the celiac diagnosis, we have always loved the pizza and the Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. Friendly staff and great prices!

One nice thing about this place is that it's pretty close to the junior high, for all the kids that are hungry after school but don't wanna run home. They have a few combo options if you want to split something with your friends. Prices aren't to bad, the slices are large and filling. There can be long lines at this place if there is a DCE football game so plan accordingly if you happen to be hangry. Staff is usually always really friendly even if they are slammed and the line to order is out the door.Vegetarian options: Mac and Cheese pizza available. Veggie pizza available.Parking: Parking is free however there is only about 10 spotsKid-friendliness: There's always kids here and a few coin operated machines near the bathrooms.

Didn’t eat here, but have to give kudos to the company. Witnesses a fender bender in the parking lot and a Politos employee walked out with gift cards for the two poor guys dealing with it. Awesome job! Will be back for pizza.

I love that they have several different types of pizza you can choose from. My favorite is BBQ pulled pork with jalapenos. They also have the best garlic knots (I order them with the garlic sauce, so good!!). The slices are large enough that if I bring my kids I can usually get two meals out of one slice. The atmosphere is good, it's a small town type feel. The workers were friendly and I'd recommend this place to others. It's not Chicago-style, but it's the best pizza north of Chicago.

Politos gets 5 stars from me for the people I have dealt with there over the years. I have worked with them several times on particular projects or events, and they have been great every time. I think they are great at what they do. Being able to buy several different kinds of pizza quickly is unique. I have had pizza a few times from there that wasnt good, and it is not my favorite pizza, but it is cool to be able to get different flavors quickly for a fair price. Almost always it has been good. They fill a niche. I will be back. I recommend.

Amazing pizza selection! You get such a great quantity for the inexpensive price. You can never go wrong with their 20' pies either. In my opinion, this is as close to authentic italian pizza you can get in the area. Save some $ and avoid the large chains and come here! Awesome staff and your tummy will be happy! :)

I haven't eaten at your establishment in several years. I was very disappointed with the pizza. It was overbaked and dried out. There was hardly any cheese on my pizza and the edge crust was huge. I felt like I was eating a lot of bread which was barely warm also. My husband and grandson noticed the choices of pizzas had been reduced when we chose a slice. It would have been really nice to have labels by the pizzas since you had to ask what some of the choices were. I was really looking forward to having Politos pizza, but barely finished my slices as they were like eating tasteless cardboard.

Always very tasty pizza with good sized slices. Friendly service. Very casual/basic atmosphere, often a hangout for local students. Clean. Good variety of toppings on the pizza crust, tasty crust of medium thickness. Good selection of beverages.
