Harbor Freight is growing into one of the best places to go for tools. With the newer product lines of very inexpensive to really good higher tier tools. Having spent more than I would like to admit on tool truck tools I haven't found anything that the tool trucks have over Harbor's Icon line.

Beware of the restocking fees. I bought a defective engine lost money with install and then they charge me $50 to take it back. Terrible customer service, horrible place to buy anything from. Do yourself a favor, if you need a small engine, go anywhere else.

Always a great place to shop for quality products and I haven't came across a bad employee yet as far as service. If you have a question about a product or where it's located in the store they've been very helpful all the time.

In all of the few times I have been here, the staff is ridiculously rude. This last visit, about 2 weeks ago, I visited around 6 pm for an item I saw online. The cashier was clearly annoyed to have a customer. When I asked her to direct me to the item, she made noises and rolled her eyes while pointing to the front wall. When I got there, the tags for my item were out. When I told her that, she made it clear again I was bothering her. She hastily called for a person in the back to bring up the item. He passed it to her. She carried it to the counter and dropped it on the floor in front of me, making a loud crash from the metal pieces inside. There's no excuse for that. There was not even a single other shopper in the store, not that busy would be an excuse to treat guests so poorly. Funny they had a sign outside: Manager $19/hour. They need more than a good manager to turn this place around. I'm done with Harbor Freight.

I've come to enjoy shopping at Harbor Freight for tools. Their extensive tool selection defies common misconceptions—they're durable and reliable. The staff is remarkably knowledgeable and eager to assist in finding exactly what you need.

Apparently when you buy a bigger product they have to load it for you. It took about 10 minutes for them to move the item 15 feet with a forklift. We finally just picked it up and loaded it ourselves. I don't normally leave reviews but this was pathetic.

I came down from MI and called ahead to insure inventory. Dan and his team provided exceptional customer service above and beyond anything expected. They truly respected the distance I came and made sure everything was perfect. Hard to find customer service like this these days. Kudos!!

3rd time I've gone to buy tools I normally would not buy from Harbor Freight.And it's the 3rd time I'm very satisfied with my purchase.This time I bought their 14" corded concrete saw. It works far better then I was expecting.For the price I give it ☆☆☆☆☆.

A great place to get budget tools and even high end tools for a great price. I bought two welders from this location and they have both worked great for me. I also invested in the Earthquake XL cordless impact driver and I was blown away by it's performance as well as it's price. The staff here is friendly and are extremely helpful. I will definitely be continuing business with this place.

I love Harbor Freight. Shopping at one for as long as I can think back.Best thing I can say about this store is that it was really clean.As for the employees, I really can't comment, as none of them even acknowledged my existence until I got to the checkout.Too busy chit-chatting and bad mouthing the boss, and how they didn't want to be there.They forget, in an empty store, their voices do carry quite well.

The tool selection is good. Great place to buy safety glasses and gloves. I wouldn't want to make my living with some of the tools quality. That in mind, it's a great place to find anything you might need.
