Sales person on duty was not very pleasant when asked if they carried a certain item. It was like I bothered her while she was finishing up taking items down from a shelf. Had nice things, though, and easy to get to.

I went to the store on 10/11/20. The woman working in the store was very rude to me and other customers the time I was there. I even witnessed this woman take a picture out in the open of two women shopping around the store. Honestly, to me that is very rude, and if the employee had an issue, she could have talked to them personally. Made me feel unsafe shopping in the store out of fear the same will happen to me. I will now be going out of my way in order to go to a store that does not have negative people working, and to make sure that I feel safe in store.

I never had a bad experience at Jeri's Hallmark in Rothschild, WI until the evening of 08/19/2020. I stopped on my way home to pick up a couple of birthday cards. I walked through the doors and made my way back to the birthday cards. I had just started looking at cards when the employee came back and said, "just so you know, I close in 2 minutes." I guess I didn't realize they closed at 6:00 on a Wednesday, however, her attitude and tone totally rubbed me the wrong way. How hard would it have been for her to say, "is there something I can help you find, we're closing soon" I have spent a lot of money in that store in the past, but I won't spend another dime there in the future. I will drive out of my way to go to a different location, one that values their customers.

Sadly, snail mail is cutting into the greeting card business. But Jeri's Hallmark Shop has the best selection of cards around. And you want unique gifts? You better stop here! Quiet location with lots of parking.

I have shopped at this store even before it was Jeri's and have been a platinum member for years. Sadly, the employees are generally very UNfriendly almost every time I go there. Worse, I think they are getting ready to close because the selection of non-holiday cards doesn't change other than the selection is getting to be less and less. October is Minister/Pastor Appreciation Month and I haven't seen any cards here this year. In the past there was always a section for it and they have the room for it! And right now is BOGO free on a lot of Christmas stuff. There is a very small section of boxed cards and I'm pretty sure they are just the left overs from last year. If this Hallmark Gold Crown store closes, there won't be a card store in the area anymore. I can put up with rudeness as long as there is a store!

I ordered an item online and elected to pick it up at this location. I received an email notice that delivery had been made on the 18th of April. I went to pick it up on the 23rd of April. The manager told me they hadn't received it, and she suggested that the item had been mailed out on the 18th rather than delivered on that date. I showed her the email, and the paperwork from the post office verifying the delivery on the 18th. The package had been sitting in their mailbox for 5 days! Our exchange became quite heated and she lost her temper. I don't care to ever go into this store again, but I guess I'll have to because they just called. They have my order!

Very nice, pleasant service. Good selection of high quality greeting cards and charming gifts. Portions of the displays were closed off, as they appeared to be being prepared for future sales.

Very rude worker or assuming manager. I was told Dec 15th ornaments would be half off. But displays at the beginning of Decmeber from the previous year would be half off early so I came at the beginning of the month for Interactive star wars ships from the previous year. Good deal. Then I came back the 15th like I was told to buy the rest for half off. I get to the counter and my cashier is eyeballing me bug eyed like a deranged lunatic and demanding I tell her who sold me the goods and autimatically assumes the oriental girl had done it. Which it wasn't. I tell her that but I won't tell her who sold them to me because she wanted to fire them this close to Christmas.I will be doing my Christmas shopping online from now on.Me and my group of friends will take our business else where.

Hours on Google and on print outs put in the window twice all state that the store is open until 5:00pm today (Christmas Eve), at 3:45pm the doors are locked, lights all on and no one inside. No one answered the phone either. I’ll travel out of town before giving any business to Jeri.

A nice selection of cards and they are sold individually or by the box.The store is more than just a card store. It has an area devoted to gifts for friends or for the home. A store card makes the prices affordable.

Funny.....I keep recalling same thing....I walked through the door at quarter to..ten to...to grab one item....”we’re closing”, my thoughts are, if you want To close at ten minutes to, put that on your store hours. I will never forget how I felt.

I like this Hallmark shop. It is large and has a big selection of items. It's more of what the old Hallmark stores used to be. Hopefully, they will have the Dickens Village set up soon for Christmas!

Will not be back after today.....while waiting to check out(they were busy helping other customer's) they call up their "doctor friend" and check him out in front of me and my infant son. When I was clearly in line in front of him. When I confronted the cashiers their reply was "it comes with age".

Walked into the store and had no greeting/asking for help the whole half an hour I was in there. I had asked for help with finding an item and was told “can you wait a minute?” while the worker was looking at a shelf. There were three people in the store and it was a total MESS. I am very unhappy with the service.
