The beds were comfortable and I enjoyed watching movies on HBO. It was quiet and I slept really well. Love having a full sized fridge and kitchen and my own toaster! The Breakfast Gal, Cindy is AMAZING! She made things that were just like homemade like Egg Bakes, Corned Beef Hash and Great Scrambled Eggs! Will stay with you again! Thanks!

Had not stayed at a Best Western before and were pleasantly surprised. Rooms were tidy, parking was fantastic. Added bonus was the fantastic coffee machine in the lobby. Video slot machines in the breakfast area were a neat feature as well.Gal at the front desk even came out to assist with parking (we had called prior). There on business and we will definitely stay again.

This place was fantastic! The room was beautiful, clean & comfortable. Staff was friendly & helpful. I was worried about breakfast as I saw a review that said it wasn't good, but I had nothing to worry about it was delicious. They had a lot of variety. You could make pancakes, waffles, and a yogurt parfait. They had pastries, lemon bread, muffins, cereal, eggs, and sausage just so much to choose from. The 🍒 on top!!! Was we checked out and went to leave, but my truck wouldn't start. I called for a tow, but they were extremely backed up they said they couldn't come for 2 to 3 hours. It was freezing outside & I had my son with me, so I asked if we could wait inside the lobby. They agreed to let us wait inside. They even made my son a bag of popcorn 🍿 while we were waiting. It may seem to some like not a big deal, but to us, their kindness ❤️ will be remembered. Also, please remember the cook & cleaners work hard. Please tip them if you can!Rooms: Very clean, spacious & comfortable.

It was a beautiful hotel the room was nice could have been better vacuumed but overall it was nice to have the small kitchen the fridge was way go cold no matter the setting had a few things freeze on us .It would have been nice to use the pool more Friday night the pool was jammed packed Saturday it was down for maintenance and when it did come back up it was cold and not the best temperature. Then it went down again Saturday night because of poop found in the pool so they had to shut it back down. Breakfast Saturday was ehh canned biscuits and gravy. Sunday breakfast probably would have been good if my clock is my room was right and was able to get downstairs before 950 when they closed at 10am.The bed was OK. The pillows were flat and the shampoo and stuff was all citrus smelling which my wife with sensitive skin had a hard time to use but we made it work.

Stayed on 2-2-24. Rated 5 stars due to clean room, exceptional customer service, on the phone for booking and in person stay. Management was very friendly, talked in depth about how there #1 goal is to accommodate to customers... And eventually update the building even more in the future! They have emaculate rooms and swim area available and suitable for family and single use. Will be booking again next year.Shout out to front desk manager lady very pleasant to talk to. The older gentleman owner, and Cindy in the kitchen staff for an excellent stay overall!!!Rooms: Big suiteNoteworthy details: Amazing staff

I am writing this with a sense of disappointment and injustice having encountered an unexpected and, I believe, unwarranted charge during our recent visit to your establishment. On what was supposed to be a joyous occasion celebrating my child's 10th birthday, I was bemused to learn that an additional fee of $50 was applied simply because some family members enjoyed a brief use of the hotel pool—this, despite there being no clear indication that such charges would be imposed. One would reasonably assume that the amenities of a hotel, particularly the pool area, are included within the cost of the room unless it is explicitly stated otherwise. This presumption is based on customary industry practices observed in hotels nationwide, including waterparks like The Waters Resort and Waterpark, where charges are transparent and only applied per individual swimmer. This has never been disputed or challenged throughout numerous stays at varying accommodations undeniably because such transparency and trust form the cornerstone of guest relations. It is thus deeply unsettling when faced with a hidden cost which seems to disproportionately affect families such as mine. It's not opulent extravagance we seek but mere enjoyment of facilities we considered part of our package. It casts a shadow upon what was intended to be a festive family gathering. Moreover, when juxtaposed with clear communication regarding other policies such as your pet policy, one cannot help but feel aggrieved by the lack of consistency. Had this information been presented as clearly and readily available on our reservation or receipt—or even verbally communicated at check-in—we could have made an informed decision and possibly taken our celebrations elsewhere. The shock of this charge not only marred the experience we shared; it also placed unexpected strain on our finances, which is particularly poignant for families who budget precisely for such occasions. Charging for auxiliary family members who stopped by merely for dinner—and briefly at that—to use the swimming facility seems rather disproportionate and appears as an indiscriminate attempt to increase revenue without proper justification or guest consent. In fairness, it should be acknowledged that Dottie at the front desk exhibited commendable professionalism, and the quality of the room met our satisfaction. However, even stellar hospitality cannot compensate for inherent policy oversights which lead to customer dissatisfaction. Therefore, I urge you to review this charge policy regarding guest swimming access with urgency and transparency. It is paramount for guests to feel informed and valued—not penalized for unexpressed terms. At its heart, hospitality revolves around crafting memorable experiences rooted in comfort and trust—not discontent over hidden fees. As such correction measures and transparency regarding additional charges must be implemented with immediate effect to restore confidence among your guests and secure their future patronage.Sincerely,

$25 fee to check in early… before 4 pm. Another fee to stay an extra half hour. WORSTTTT hotel breakfast ever. Someone dumped a salt shaker in the liquid eggs with spam. The plain eggs were gone at 7:30. Oatmeal was dried up at 7:30 am. Bananas were a weird brown color as if refrigerated. Otherwise carbs and nonfat yogurts.Curtains wouldn’t close all the way so lights coming in all night from the RV dealership next door. Many workman here so alarm clock engines at 5:30 am. No lights in the parking lot so not sure of safety.Heater blew out cold air that bounced against the opposite wall and onto the bed. Kitchen faucet dripped. The public areas…elevator, bathrooms…had some sickly sweet spray that acosted the sinuses and asthma.Been here many times but something has definitely changed. One thing that hasn’t changed… the bottleneck at the elevator. One elevator. Hard to navigate the doorway with a full cart of luggage around all the corners. Especially when the carts aren’t maintained well.

I would love to give it a 3.5 star. The front desk staff is arguably the best part of the stay. Stephen was a Huge help with accommodations as well as recommendations. The pool is like bath water warm (which is super rare around here), it could use a good clean though. The breakfast is where I have to take a minute to complain. There is a waffle and pancake maker (usually you get one or the other), oatmeal, off brand cereal, milk that smelled questionable, the offering of the day is where I have to go down at least a star and a half. Monday morning 8/21/23 there was a hash that looked like someone ate hot dogs and puked it up into the tray and the smell wasn't much different. Tuesday I was surprised by the same offering. They really need to put more thought into their weekday daily offering. The kitchen staff was also quite quick and excited to close down breakfast promptly at 8:59. The breakfast needs a lot of work but otherwise the stay was quite nice.

Rooms have full sized refrigerator, cooktop, coffee maker and kitchen sink. Didnt use any of it but I didn't have that hotel feel when staying. Hats off for the breakfast crew. Very clean kitchen, fully stocked, and fresh. We travel with our dog and typically find pet friendly hotels with much lower standards. This one allows your animals and doesnt sacrifice high standards. We will definitely stay here from now on as our half way point on vacation every year.

Rooms were great it was very nice to have a small kitchenette inside of the rooms that helps out a lot being a contractor and not having to spend money on fast food or trying to find a place late at night where you can sit down and have a somewhat decent meal all the time cuz that stuff gets old. Overall everything was a great experience staff is awesome service is great and the continental breakfast was good as well

We stayed here for the weekend as it was close to where my husband went hunting...myself and our 5 year old hung out at hotel. This was place was amazing! The pool and hot tub ...were perfect and they even had hot options for breakfast! Much better than others I've been to serving little bags of muffin and water. They were served to you but I imagine before covid they had a great offering for breakfast that hopefully they can eventually go back to as the breakfast room was huge, inviting and had a fireplace! The fitness center was great as well and I was able to get a great workout in! The room was very spacious and had everything we needed! I loved having a kitchenette and they provided everything you'd need! Really all you have to bring is food! The only thing I would suggest adding is potholders. The best part is I could bring our fur babies as well!! All the staff I came in contact with were very friendly and had great attitudes! Will definitely stay here again! They also kept everything very clean!!

Great staff! Friendly and professional front desk clerks, clean rooms, if you have any complaints staff is on it immediately. I feel safe. The amenities are great! I mostly enjoyed the free guest laundry for people who are on the road a lot and don’t have time to do laundry and need clean clothes. Standard continental breakfast and the attendee keeps things well stocked. My room was a suite and I appreciated the large work space and the layout of the room was perfect and the space I needed was just right. I’ll always make the effort to chose this hotel when I’m in the area whether business or personal.
