We have bringing our pups here for a few years at this point, and we have never had anything short of an outstanding experience! Staff is friendly and informative. Our pups are happy and well taken care of. They take the time to listen to our specific needs for our girls. This is the only place I feel comfortable bringing our dogs. We have lived in 3 different cities and still will go out of our way to bring them here.We have a rescue who is missing a leg from a traumatic history, and she is really scared of other people (even after several times meeting), but we have found she actually gets EXCITED to come here and took to the staff right away.If you are looking for a high quality place that you can trust to care for the furry family members while you take a trip, this is the place to bring them!

We have used Kritter Kastle twice this year and for the first time last year. We were very impressed with the facility and the staff. The place was clean and did not smell. They took the time to listen to how we wanted our dog to be cared for and were very accommodating. We got to go back and see where he would be staying and let us setup his bed and bowls in the kennel.The pricing was reasonable. We always feel Rocko the chihuahua is in good hands when we take him there. Highly recommended as you can tell they love what they do.

My dogs, Gussie and Boots, LOVE Kritter Kastle! We have used day care, boarding, and grooming. I never worry about them while the are there. Amanda White and Angela are amazing with dogs. At first Gussie hated having her nails clipped, but they figured out how to do it without her throwing a fit. This place is awesome!

Amazing place. We are visiting from out of town and needed a place to keep our pups safe and secure. I am so happy I found this place. Very easy to plan/schedule. We used the doggie day care. I love the flexibility should we need to drop them off for a day or just a few hours. The website is great. Great reviews on Google. Was clean, and I love that we could leave our pups somewhere that they could get out and exercise/play but also be well supervised and safe. Obviously, not being in our home area this was a nervous google search, lol. So we are blessed to have found Kritter Kastle. Pups did great and seem to have had a good time. Will definitely use it again, and should we move to the area, we will use it frequently. Bonus they also have grooming etc. And a little pet supplies area with toys, etc.

Amanda was very nice to work with. This was our first time leaving our three fur babies under her care. When we picked our dogs up they were all very happy and we were told how each one acted and socialized with the other dogs. Everything thank goodness went great!! So happy I finally decided to try Kritter Kastle. We will definitely be back to board our fur babies again and next time we will try the grooming.Also, everyone of the staff was very friendly. Staff was wonderful. The facility was extremely clean. And most importantly my dogs didn't hesitate to go with when they took them back and were happy when picked up. I recommend them and will use them again.

We took our dog here and Yes, I will admit my dogs hair was a little rough, but not to the extent at which they took off all his hair and left skin and scabs everywhere. These are just some pictures, which don’t include the beat up paw pads that continue to bleed and scab up. He is in so much pain and uncomfortable I had to buy ointments to help with all the bleeding and scabs. What upsets me the most is that not a single person there had the courage to tell me they messed up. Will never give them business again.

Boarded 2 cats overnight. They have a separate room for cats with a very friendly, sweet 'ambassador cat' roaming in it; dogs barking in back didn't seem to bother it, though. Friendly and clean place. Convenient location and hours. Worked out well for us.

I have tried other boarding facilities and Kritter Kastle was by far great! My puppy wagged it's tail when she arrived inside the doors super excited to see everyone. She had no problem transitioning when I picked her up either! Everyone there is exceptionally wonderful and you can tell they care about their pet clients! Super clean facility and smells great too!

Kritter Kastle is amazing. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a nice, caring and compassionate place to take their pets. Our dog is very sensitive and has some separation anxiety and this is the only boarder we will go to because they know about her issues and take such great care of her just like if she was their own pet.

I love how clean this kennel is! My dog Pj has high anxiety and the employees showed me pictures of him cuddling with them and loving up on him! Would highly recommend this kennel and grooming services as well! He smells amazing! Absolutely impressed!!

Kritter Kastle is an amazing place for dogs! I personally know the staff and they are very knowledgeable and truly care about every single animal that enters their door. My friend's dog was groomed here and he looked absolutely stunning when they were finished. With around the clock care for every animal, I would never hesitate bringing my dog to Kritter Kastle!

Kritter Kastle, I love it here! Ever since I started my experience being a part of their team I have learned that I am surrounded by others who are as passionate about caring for animals as much as I am. They work to make sure your beloved family members feel comfortable and safe during their stay. I brought my own dog here while on vacation and knew he had a wonderful time by the excitement he had to go back. I recently got him groomed here and was amazed by the results, he is a brand new dog! My dog Milo has super high anxiety and doesn’t like to sit still for anything. Somehow they still manage to groom him and cut his nails. He always smells so good when I get him back. This place is amazing!!

I love this place! I used to take my dog to the one in town but then my mom told me about this place and how she loves taking her dog there and I'm never going back to the one in town now!! 💗 So clean and they do a great job for the money! Whenever I go there they're always attentive and always ask what to look out for and how to best care for my pet and I am very appreciative of that! Being kind of an overprotective dog mom ànd all! lol. overall if you're looking for a place that will take really good care of your pet and follow all the cleaning and sanitizing procedures and is extremely safe, I highly recommend this place!

We've been taking our dogs there for almost 4 years now and we have nothing but praise for them. The owner, Helen, is super nice, and our dogs just love her. She also has a very friendly staff, and the facilities are very clean, unlike many of the other kennels we've looked at in the past before we found Kritter Kastle. I used to really dread boarding the dogs, because I hate to leave them with just anyone, and having to wonder if they're being taken care of properly. I don't have those worries when I leave them at Kritter Kastle. The place is always spotlessly clean, smells fresh, and the dogs are continuously taken outside to the bathroom and to play. They have in-house grooming, and a variety of treats and leashes and other things for sale (which comes in handy if we forget to bring their treats with as we're rushing out of the house). If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

I highly recommend Kritter Kastle for all of you pet needs. We have utilized all of their services, and they never disappoint. My great dane is always very happy to go there, and looks great when they groom him. The owner is very friendly, and her love of animals is evident in the way she treats all of the animals.

Took our family cat to Amanda at Kritter Kastle to get a nail trim and she did an amazing Job!!!! The last place we took him was the vet and they told us not to bring him be because he gets to mad! Amanda calmed him down and did it with ease! And for less money then the vet charged us. Kritter Kastle is the best and only place we will be bringing our animals! Thank you Amanda!

Super unprofessional owner Amanda , I took my dog here believing my pup would get the best live and attention . God was I wrong . Showing up I see no staff , so I waited and waited , eventually I went to look for some one , when I did I found dogs in kennels actual kennels with gravel ground beds and cement . Reminded me of more a pound than a safe environment. There’s dogs left outside in kennels with water bowls but no water in them. The dogs had they’re paws red and sore from the floor . After adventuring eventually I meet Amanda , rude I came in but I waited at the door for a good 45 minutes . She eventually told me I need to leave after trying to ask the question why does this seem like a puppy prison? She also threatens to call the police whenever you raise a single logical question, so unprofessional I mean I’ve never in my life had to deal with someone so karen.

Amanda has always been so sweet to my dog whether we are having him groomed or kenneled here! He always comes home looking so handsome and so proud of his bandana that she puts on him! Could not ask for a better groomer or kennel to trust leaving my dog with!
