A step above the standard gas station, Millgate General Store offers consistently friendly staff, a clean interior (including the restrooms), a small dining area in which I frequently see small groups gather, a nice rotation of daily specials, and a drive through where you can pick up the order you placed on their app for your grab-and-go meal on the run. Don't miss the rewards program - it's one of the best I've seen!

Beware expired products and soda. I'll never understand why the owner is such a cheapskate. Could be a nice convenience store, if they would run it correctly. I refuse to use the station anymore and I know many of my neighbors feel the same. I'll drive 5 minutes away to Kwik trip. I know they have fresh products.

My go to stop for a quick bite. Also they sell beer after 9pm, so that's always a huge plus. Great customer service. Just a fun atmosphere here

This specific gas station is called mill gate. They have pre made sandwiches amd wraps and make very tasty fresh sandwiches. May I suggest the panini bread. Always good customer service. And they are open until midnight which is convenient for all you late partiers. I think you'll be happy visiting. They also do car shows on specific days during the summer.

For a gas station it's pretty cool they had a good unique soda fountain selection and a deli I was presently surprised while just stopping in for a bathroom break!

Millgate Station is a true gem in Rochester. The place is clean and comfortable and a great place to fill up, grab a snack or coffee or a great meal from the deli. We love to stop for a break on the outdoor patio or take in a Friday car show. The staff here is always friendly an accommodating. The new car wash is a wonderful addition!!

While the in-store selection for food and beverages is quite good, extremely poor customer service will supersede that every time. The other 1-star reviews with comments also reflect my exact experiences (with multiple instances).

Was falsely accused of not paying my gas bill and was hassled for days by both Walworth County and Racine County cops threatening a citation, even though a charge was on my credit card for that day at a different amount they accused me of. I called and they found my transaction and apologized. I did not even fit the description of the guy who bailed. Nothing more than an apology from them. Not going back.

High priced gas and mis-priced products. When I got rung up and commented on the register price not matching the signs on the cooler door I was met with shrugged shoulders and a lame excuse about how all the Pepsi products EXCEPT one kind were included in the 3 for $5 price. (False). GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, unless you like headaches and b.s.
