LOVE THIS CLINIC!! Our 4 cats and shepsky puppy are so well cared for here! One of our fur babies had to undergo two emergency obstruction surgeries within a week of each other and we couldn’t have taken her to a better place. She wouldn’t be here without them!! Such kind and compassionate caring people. Right in town and affordable for such amazing care!!

Bobtown is amazing! We followed Dr. Kassekert to Bobtown from a prior clinic because we appreciate her care and concern for our pups. She and her team go above and beyond to accommodate schedules to get our pups in quickly when needed, and the care is top notch. She and her team have also been able to save us trips to more expensive specialists through extra research and due diligence on her part. We are so lucky to have this great clinic and team. Best of all, they genuinely love our dogs. I highly recommend.

Recently moved into area. Our mini dachshund was sick all weekend. I called at 8:50am Monday morning and he was seen @ 9:00am! The staff was caring and considerate. Dr. Was thorough and kind. Good care isn't Cheap! Sent home with meds and food with a followup call a few days later. So happy we've found our New Vet clinic... Bobtown!

The staff at this vet are amazing! They went above and beyond to take care of my cats! They stayed after hours to run tests which is far above what I would expect out of an ordinary vet clinic. I could not thank them enough for being so helpful and caring!

We feed a few feral cats on our property. We trapped Skinny Mama and took her in to get spayed. We also took a male kitten who turned out to be too congested with a respiratory infection so could not be put under and neutered. The vet and staff’s caring attitude was awesome. Their concern for the male kitten really impressed me. He is friendly enough for us to give him the meds they prescribed. So thankful to this caring pet clinic.

I love this place! Dr. Otto is amazing and takes the time to help me understand the different things that happen to my dog. All of the staff here are helpful, happy, and they really make you feel welcome. I really believe everyone at this clinic is there for all the right reasons, not just for the money. It's easy to see how much they love animals.My pets are in good hands at this clinic.

I absolutely love the ladies here! They have been so great to all my animals, even when they knew that my dog was a little skiddish they took all the steps to gain his trust! Dr. Otto is amazing! She has helped me threw many of issues with my dogs and hepled me threw a very difficult situation with one of my boys! All the staff was there for me emotionally and understood, they definitely have a love for the furry family members that they see and treat them wonderfully!

The staff were pleasant. The facility was clean and professional. I was able to schedule an appointment for cat spay within one week. 4-stars for lack of communication.Some things such as the cat cannot eat for 10-12 hours before surgery would have been nice to know before driving 45 minutes. It had to be rescheduled.

Dr. Otto has been working with my pets for about 30 years. She is amazing at helping figure out behavior issues. Many years ago, she helped our family adjust and enjoy our neurotic, naughty, crazy labrador puppy into adulthood. Without her, we would have given up being puppy/dog parents. She was "Dr. House" when my cat lost all her hair. She is a kind empathetic soul when your pet goes to pet heaven. I drive 40 mins to still have her see my pets. Dr. Lundquist is also wonderful. He is kind, professional and knowledgeable.

I brought my dog in for care today, he has an ear infection. The staff there were very friendly and upbeat and kind to both my dog and I. They explained his condition to me well and even showed me how to give him the first dose of his meds. My dog liked the staff too, even after having the cotton swab go down his ear canal which caused him quite a bit of pain he was eager to go back inside after his potty break, tail wags and all. The care was affordable too, which is definitely a plus.

I've always gone to Dr. Otto and she has always done a great job. She knows animals VERY well. Not only can she tell you the physical issues with your animal, but she can also tell you the emotional issues with your animal, such as aggression. She is a very kind and intelligent woman, and the ladies that work with her are the same. She has worked hard to get to where she is now, so have some respect. I have recommended many of my friends to Bobtown Pet Clinic. Thank you for taking such good care of our animals!

I called them concerned about my cat. It wasn't life or death but they could tell that I was worried and got me in immediately. Even though they don't let you inside (due to COVID I assume) I felt like she was in good hands. Its nice to get a "Report Card" about what happend, what they did, and how to remedy the issue. I am definitely switching to this vet permanently after just this one visit.

I was in on 6/20/17 for my first appointment at this clinic. The two ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. However, the Vet was rude and I left without completing my appointment. I have a 5 month old pure bred German Shepherd, he has protective instincts and is a high energy dog. He gets excited when encountering other dogs and wants to play with and meet all of them. Upon being in this new environment, he barked when he saw another dog in the clinic. We were rushed into a room without him being allowed the meet the other dog. With his energy, he barked while we were in the room but I was able to get him to calm down. When the vet entered, she began giving my dog treats without my permission and not as a reward for a command. So naturally, he would not listen to my commands as she held treats in his face keeping his attention on her. She never said hello, or what was bringing me in. She instantly started talking about how his barking was unacceptable and bad behavior and was condescending towards my abilities as a dog owner. She told me my dog is poorly behaved and doesn't listen. But she never gave me the opportunity for her to see that. I was there for less than 15 minutes before I walked out. My significant other and I have worked very hard to train our dog. He listens and performs multiple commands: sit, stay, lay down, quiet, release, come, leave it. To name a few. He walks well on a leash and heels. He can even be walked off leash. We have been told by more than a few individuals that for a 5 month old puppy he is well trained and well behaved. He is a puppy. He will have good days and bad days. And some days he will listen better than others. He is learning and he is training. He was in a brand new environment and was out of the house for the first time that day, he had built up energy. His excited behavior and the fact that he is a puppy was not well received there. I will not be returning and I would not recommend this pet clinic to anyone. When I left, I requested to have my dogs paperwork back and that I would be going somewhere else. The vet had told me I would be happier at another clinic. And she was right, I will be happy at another clinic where puppies are welcome and dog owners are not made to feel like bad parents.

After experiencing a large chain vet, we brought one of pets to Bobtown Pet Clinic. Dr. Otto now takes care of ALL of our pets. They realize the depth of our devotion to the animals and the staff mirrors that!
