1 star is still being generousI was on a road trip came in for something quick and very specific product, they didn’t have it on the shelf so when I was trying to get help to see if there was it took me over 30 minutes and talking to 3 people for 1 person to even attempt to help. Than when he proceeded to “help” me dismissively told me the app was wrong when saying the item was still in stock and that theft happens instead of asking if he can check in the back for another oneFinally he threw his responsibility to someone else and they at least had the courtesy to go look, every one but this woman failed to meet the bare minimum of what it takes to be a worker in the customer service industry. And for employees to tell us that it’s normal to have to wait so long for help because you have to wait an hour after the store opens toGet help.“Yeah it’s hard to get help before 7 because that’s when the floor employees arrive” this statement is completely wrong the moment the store opens you do a job and until 7 your the floor employees but you are all too lazy to actually work

The current manager is a typical blue hair freak that is obsessed with showing you she has some form of authority. Since judging by her appearance she lacks discipline and authority in her personal life, she tries hard to go overboard in her role as the brf store manager.Myself and a friend were going to purchase a 12 pack of bear and some wine coolers for a family reunion we were attending, I was paying and we clearly don't look like we're below 21. she denied the sale to 2 grown men because one person who clearly isn't younger than 21 didn't have their wallet with them to provide ID.Typical mediocre move but can't expect more from a store ran by such a person

I like this Walmart, it's been better stocked than the Eau Claire Walmart stores and the Milwaukee stores every time I've gone there. This last time I got a grumpy deli lady but everyone has bad days, so no judgement. It's not like those people make enough money to keep their heads above water, much less make a good life.

When it comes to customer service, managers did not do well. Thanked the team for helping with a formula check however, when I provided feedback on how they first addressed the situation management became defensive. Managers talked poorly about staff in front of cashier, they told me “I took it the wrong way,” when I explained they were not friendly towards me (manager that said this wasn’t even the manager present for the situation), then proceeded to try and turn it around that my formula check was bad and they shouldn’t have taken it. Let me say I was cashing a $5 formula check towards $180 of formula. Overall poor experience, as a new mom trying to budget and purchase formula for an infant, I will choose a different location or take my business to target.

So Walmart is the worst store !I've been shopping there since there was Walmart! But never again will l spend a penny at Walmart!So my boyfriend bought me an engagement ring ,a wedding band with an engagement ring so l saw the ring and fell in love with it so he wanted to make me happy and he does ! So he bought it for me so l needed it size so took it to a jewelry shop to get it done and found out it was not a Diamond nor 10k gold as it says on the box which the ring came in! So now they tell me it's not the right box so we can't get a refund because it's the wrong box! That is the box it came in! I trusted in Walmart and got SCREWED and SCAMMED! They are Greedy thieves!

Your pharmacy received a prescription that needed a prior authorization on Tuesday February 6th, we called you hour after appointment and told you it needed the prior authorization said you sent ut in.Called back Friday, it wasn't sent un and was told you were sending it in right away..Well yesterday (Tuesday)1 week after you received the prescription, wecalled back and was told """we just sent prior authorization in"""So now we wait up ti a week before getting the prescription, if it was actually sent in for the 3rd time

Very poor they expect you to check out your own groceries and do not offer a discount when there is a cashier open you got to wait in line for an hour before the check out and you can never find anything they keep shuffling their aisles around as if they don't have anything better to do every time you go in there it's in a different spot and if you don't pay attention to the tags on the shelf you think you're going to be paying less but that's not the case you're paying more

Compared to other Wal-Mart's that I have been to, this is by far the calmest! It's hardly ever busy.Pro Tip: Go to Electronics or Jewelry & check out if you only have a few items.

According to the store manager, they don’t allow a person to buy a whole ham and graciously slice it for you in the deli. Pretty scandalous since they sell the same meat in the deli and want to charge customers 4X as much per pound.Pretty sickening in this economy and Walmart should be ashamed of themselves!!!!

I purchased a 6 pick of coca cola along with other groceries. Got in the car, daughter noticed a charge for exactly 50 dollars. We figure we can bring receipt in and clear it up that way. We wait in line, 10-15 minutes. Find out we need to go back out to car to bring back in all of our groceries. We go out to car, (side note:it's raining), return to store front and wait 10 minutes in line in front of everyone with our heavy bags in hand. Yes it's exactly what I asked about on the top line of receipt. I mean another 10 minutes and 3 employees later. A fifty dollar charge for 6 pack of coke. After money taken from my checking account I get reimbursed with a 50 dollar Walmart card. At that time I take my warm milk, thawed frozens, melted ice cream, embarrassed face, and confused kid finally out the door as we are late for our next appointment. Super credit to my child for keeping her cool. I gave her the card. I'm not interested in writing any more reviews about this place.

Had products needed. Stocked up on grocery items, cat food, new movies. Hubby is disabled and it was nice to find a handicap spot close at hand to meet his needs. One thing I really appreciate is sanitation wipes for carts. Keep that up! Friendly eyewear staff, pharmacy staff. Quite helpful. Good experience.

Didn't have everything but had other stuff. Pretty big, clean, smeecent: smelled decent. Still the self checkout is continuing to cramp reviewers styles and be a pita:pain in the....Nevertheless, pretty smooth shopping. 👍

4 people standing around but can't get help in self check out. Rang up $100 worth of groceries w 1 item left wait told to wait for assistance. When 4 people came.over and asked if I needed assistance. I said yes ring up my groceries and stepped away from register and gently pushed cart back so associate could get to register. At which point I was told to leave. My wife then had to unpack ans ring groceries herself. At which point associate tried to slip a candy bar into bag saying I didn't wring it up. My wife caught her and rang up candy bar..I hadn't missed 1 item.Follow up 2/7. Great service today from Travis and Linda. They treat people with respect and are friendly. Leaders like them shows there is hope for Walmart .

For being located near where I live it isn't bad. However I've noticed that inventory is always a hit or a miss and finding someone to help you is near impossible. It is a smaller store so it doesn't have as many options as what a larger city walmart would have.

Came in to find Birthday present for grandson. Poor selection boys clothing. As I was walking buy nail polish isle a woman dropped a bottle of nail polish, exploded on isle. Went to get someone to help her and hauled down the employee driving the floor cleaner. As I approached to tell him he yelled"stay back two feet"! ( He did not have a mask on), I said ok, just want to tell a woman needs your help here, he looked down the Isle and said"Oh, I would say she should clean that up and take it home."! I corrected him and said no, it needs to be cleaned up and the glass thrown she is holding" "it was a accident"! "Don't yell at me he said, no I'm not yelling you are". Never mind I will find someone else, I walked to the counter asking someone to come help and no one came but he was cleaning it up. Poor employee response, the woman felt bad enough. Hire someone else that wants to do there job. I self checked, everyone just stands at the end, could be checking. 😳

Poor customer service, bought a pair of shoes a couple months ago, never wore them sat on my porch the entire time never wore them out of the store. With them sitting on my porch for two months they collected dust and hair from my 3 cats and my dog. I dusted them off and returned them today within the 90 day period, tag and hanger still on them and also had my receipt, not going to name names here but the dude at the customer service counter made me feel two ft tall and extremely embarrassed me telling me no one is gonna want these with a nasty attitude. They are brand new. Extremely disappointed. The guy didn't ask me any questions as to why I was returning them. Also never told me what I was getting back on my card and never told me to have a good day or anything. Just wow.
