The store is well organized and clean, but I think their prices have gotten a bit high on clothing. Saw a Carharrt jacket priced at $40, which wouldn’t have been bad but it was stained in the front. Clothing that is in this type of condition should be priced cheaper. I wanted to pick up kids clothes to donate to school for the nurses office, but I can get Cat and Jack cheaper on clearance at Target!

I love this store! The workers are amazing and friendly, they have new items out daily, prices are fair and they have daily deals. I absolutely love to support their organization. Will definitely be returning regularly

Hidden gem in town, always great finds to be had!! I love being able to get brand name items, some even with the tags still on. Friendly staff, can't wait to come back again soon.

We went in and asked the manager a simple question and they were very rude. So rude I was speechless for a moment. We left. Flashback a month or two ago, I’m in the nail salon next door and this same manager was there. They were speaking loudly so the whole salon could hear them say they were the manager at Second Chances and they got their nails done while they were supposed to be working. I wasn’t going to sell them out but maybe I should have back then. Bad experience. Won’t return.

Got quite a lot of items that were very heavy and difficult to carry out. No one even offered to help even they watched each trip I made back into the to take my items to the car. Never again will we shop there. Have told many family and friends. They are disgusted with the workers there. You have lost quite a bit of business.

Unique location. Fair prices. Large selection of dinnerware. I found a beautiful, 60's era vintage medallion knit comforter in perfect condition for $3! After some searching, I found another one online for over $100. Fantastic find 🖒

This thrift store is quite big. Always well stocked with some new items; a great selection of GENTLY used inventory as well as some antiques. Prices are extremely reasonable. There are also clearance sales and daily discounts on select tagged merchandise.The staff are always friendly and helpful. This is MUST-see for die-hard "thrifters"!

Very clean and organized store. However, during a recent visit, the older cashier lady’s friendly demeanor changed when I told her she charged me the wrong price for a the $1 CD I was trying to buy. It wasn’t an attack, I just told her she charged me double. I probably ruined her day.

Reasonably priced, I wont shop at thrift stores that price themselves as boutique or even antique. If you are running a thrift store then you should be priced as such and this store keeps the fun of the hunt by having good deals and prices. They also always have really clean furniture.

One of my favorite places to stop at in River Falls!! Much cheaper than GoodWill!! Yesterday all clothing was $1.50 an item picked up some nice shorts, and books are 50% off.
