Great small town hardware store! I highly recommend. For our camping friends, this store has all sorts of things to your camper fixed up. It’s not a CW by any means. But the staff is way more helpful and friendly. 😃

Wonderful store of staff and offerings. I definitely would like to have been able to spend some time reminiscing the tools of my grandpa along with my hunting job by purchasing the rifle and ammo.

If you need anything hardware related or firearms related Moe's is your place. During the lockdown, Moe's was still open. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. You will have a hard time finding a great store like Moe's.

Always friendly and helpful. Usually have what I'm looking for. When I first moved here I went to the other guys a couple times, but I didn't like how I would go ask 3 different people working there and they would just walk by and ignore me. Every time I walk in to Moe's, I'm greeted by at least one person if not more, and they're always ready to help you find what you need or help you figure out what you need. Not to mention they have everything you didn't know you needed. I always find something different every time I go there. They're always a stop on my list when looking for cool gifts.

Moe's is a Black River Falls staple! They literally have a little bit of everything aside from fresh grocery items and such. If you can't find the tool for your project at Moe's you probably don't need it! They have a ton of fishing gear, supplies and bait! Guns and ammunition is always a busy place on a saturday, but also a lot of things you didn't know you needed! Great little spot to wander for a while!

I purchased a pistol from Moe Hardware Hank. Customer service was great, and I was in and out in thirty minutes. Great selection for a small town gun shop. They were also the most competitively priced around. Check out Moe's before you look anywhere. I will be back. Thanks guys.

Great local place!!! I get my fishing license here every year. They have a wide variety of tools, outdoor equipment, feed, and other odds and ends. You'd be surprised they carry. They carry YETI products too!!! The people there are super friendly and helpful! Just a wonderful locally owned downtown business! Stop by and support them( ;

Ohhhh! If you haven't been to Moe's you haven't been to an old fashioned hardware store. Bill and Sally have "retired" ha! They are there all the time. Their son Pete bought the store when his folks "retired". He and his staff got your back. Want sporting goods? Want firearms, ammunition, reloading supplies, this is the place to go. These guys know their stuff, and the prices are awesome. Trust me you will be amazed at their inventory. If you don't see it just ask, they probably have it in their gun vault or in one of their suppliers inventory. I have personally purchased very hard to come by items through them that nobody else has access to in our area. Enjoy!

Really did a nice job reorganizing hardware area. Lots of good stuff in the sporting goods area but not what I'm looking for. I give them a 5 on hardware anyway and a 1 on sporting goods.

I called Moe's in search of 209 primers. The gentleman working told me they in fact had some in stock. I asked if they could hold me a box as i live over an hour away. The gentleman explained to me that they had a limit of how much you could buy at one time (100) to which i replied 100 would be plenty. So i made the commute over there to get the primers i needed. When i got there i inquired about said primers. The man working behind the counter bluntly informed me they didn't have any. When i explained that i had just called and was told they had these primers in stock the man behind the counter said "hmm musta just sold the last box. Sorry". I understand supplies are limited but i felt this was particularly poor customer service. In conclusion i gave Moe's a 1 star rating as i cant give them a 0 star rating

In case you have a brain injury like me or trust issues like me :-) know that often times the top receipt is inaccurate, for example if a transaction had to be avoided because it was typed in wrong - the top receipt will not show that it was voided like at Walmart. So the bottom receipt was accurate this time when that happens to me. I checked with my credit card to confirm. Before I thought of that, I asked for help in a panicked way and they called me back and helped me. I am very grateful :-)And you can trust them because they never overcharge me like some businesses around here dude, check your receipts! Especially before you leave Denny's! But that happened 2 years ago maybe that person doesn't work there anymore.But also, Travis the cashier here brought me a stool to sit on when I was very faint and close to a seizure and waiting for my ride home.:-) very good customer service. If you are from a bigger city, it just might be a bit too easy too unfortunately misunderstand mannerisms in this small town. That is something I struggle with. But know that just because people speak a little differently and it might seem a little harsh, people do not mean it that way. People are very honest and open with their emotions sort of and direct... It's almost more like England in a way. So they show with their actions that they are very kind and helpful :-) thank you Moe's Hardware Hank without you this mold spot in my carpet would have spread everywhere and been impossible to clean in time 💚They are very helpful when I call on the phone to ask if they have something, they check right away, and when I come into the store off and because of my brain injury I'm just too tired to find it so they will not only describe generally where it is, they'll show me exactly where it is if I ask. :-) and then when I ask questions about the product will patiently wait an answer. And it's close to where I live it's all very much what I need :-)

Nice enough place, but get different info from different employees. Lots of stuff in a little space, so containers sit on the floor as well as the shelves. Good place if you have time to explore

They have a lot to sell but if you are looking for what you want or need good luck on finding it. Being disabled makes shopping there very impossible . The ials are very narrow and even hard to walk when there Is way to much stuff to get around. They did have a couple places to sit once I found them. But overall it was a shopping adventure.

I have been shopping here since 1996 when I bought my first Glock from them. They have the best prices I can find. As others have stated, it is small and tight in the shop, but if you can't find it, one of the workers will. If you want it, there is a good chance they have it. The hardware section is the best in that area as well. I drive 90 miles one-way to shop at Moe's hardware.
