Very fast and courteous service. Took my blower in late Friday afternoon they texted on Tuesday that it was finished. I was skeptical about getting a lawn blower fixed and just buying a new one but getting it fixed save me over $300. Well worth it. Thanks Kinni Sport. Would definitely use again.

Two strikes.Kinnie Sport would not make a service appointment for my Scag mower and told me to just bring it in and they would try to put new blades on it within 2-3 weeks. I had to find another Scag dealer.I brought a Honda snow blower in before winter and wasn’t in a hurry because we had no snow. I stated that it wouldn’t start and hypothiized the cause might be a gummed up carburetor. Even at an ambient temperature of 50° I’ve been unable to start it. I’ve tried numerous times to start my blower with both the electric start and manual start without results. I and reported my dilemma twice and they haven’t called back.Please follow up with a resolution. I must now admit I wasted $120 and must find service from a different shop.

After eight years of above and beyond customer service and advice I purchased my second Ariens Snowblower from Kinni Sport and Power. There is no comparison to an Ariens Snowblowers and Kinni Sport and Power has proven over and over, they are the shop to buy and service everything Ariens.

I looked at there inventory and discussed price on Monday. Mulled it over , they had the best price for my new gravely. Decided to buy on Thursday afternoon. They assembled and delivered by 2 pm the next day . And the owner dropped mower and explained proper maintenance and operations. A++++ service.

Kinni Sport and Power came HIGHLY recommended to me when I needed to get my riding mower worked on. They had it for over a month and then dropped over $400 on repairs, replacement blades, etc. It was delivered back to me on Weds and the alignment is completely jacked, it has a flat tire when I asked twice to have tubes added (I was charged for them) and the mower blades won't engage while the mower is running so I can’t actually mow. Wow. Am happy to edit my review if I can get a response and quick. ** Update** The response that the issues were addressed free of charge should be assumed and not some concession. The issues were fixed within several days back at Kinni and then dropped off. Both guide wheels that where adjusted fell off the mower within 30 mins of first mowing and I had to reattach myself. I have updated my rating to reflect the attempt the make things right and better.

Actually twice now, better than they said because they found a more insightful way of fixing it. All around, your friendly neighborhood fixit shop.

Beware of dishonest pricing and inaccurate estimates. I spoke with Seth and assured me that my atv work order would be $80. I called one day later to ensure the part came in and opted to have my oil changed for $100. To my surprise I walked out the with a $260 receipt. As a professional I kindly asked what the $80 difference was from estimate to final bill and was told by Seth, labor, charging of battery and air in tires. Since there was another customer present I didn’t want to address. I thanked Seth for his business and quick turnaround of service with a hand shake. I called three days later as the $80 delta in estimate still didn’t sit right with me. I spent 25 minutes on the phone asking Seth to making thing right to be told the $80 atv fix was for the part and Not labor and the $100 oil change was more like $140. Every other atv shop I have used quotes total price inclusive and not itemized by parts to be billed +++ upon final bill. I kindly asked Seth to make this right to be told “if I would have known you were going to argue I would have skipped dinner tonight rather than deal with this”. Seth, you are extremely unprofessional and extremely unethical. Every atv business quotes total price and when addressed your responses still have no rational sense. If they did you charged me $62 for the part vs the $80 quote thus a lack of transparency. I gave you the opportunity to hear direct feedback and you were unprofessional. You should be a shamed of yourself, behavior and should not be customer facing. You told me over and over you don’t need the money and are “not trying to rip anyone off”; if this was truly the case you would have made this right within the first five minutes of our phone conversation. But to no avail you become rude and unprofessional. To anyone thinking of doing business here BE FOREWARNED of UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!!!

If you need service or assistance on your mower or small engine machines, these folks are the way to go! I have brought them several tune-up projects and a few that were real challenges (1 that my son took all apart and put parts into a box!) and they really had no problems getting everything running like new, and, more importantly, had very reasonable prices considering all that needed to be done. Also, The new location is GREAT! Good remodeling job!!

I was very disappointed with their service. When i first dropped off my mower i was told they had a 2 week wait time. After 4 weeks I called and they said they had just gotten it in and were going to take a look at it. they called me a couple days later to get the OK to put in a $200 starting module, which still didn't fix it. I kept calling every week or so to see what the status was. They changed the plugs, worked on the carburetor, every time I would ask how much everything would cost me. The highest number they told me was "about $350". 2 months after i dropped it off they finally said it was ready to be picked up. the final bill was $550!? I took my mower for a test drive around their yard and it was running quite ruff. When I took a look at it, a screw was almost falling out of the carburetor. I borrowed a screw driver and tightened it and left. when I went to mow my lawn it still was running rough. i started checking everything out, oil was starting to spit out and leak on the frame. i checked the oil level and it was a quart and a half high. the fuel was leaking into the crank case. I called and spoke to the owner. he suggested i bring it down and he would take a look. no explanation on why I was given back my mower like this and didn't offer any refund. I explained to him that i can't take it back to him due to them giving me my mower back in this condition, not being honest in how much it was going to cost me, the time it took, and the very poor customer service

Our go to place for small engine and snowmobile repairs. These guys are great. They listen to your version of what is wrong with your machine, dig into it, call you with what problem is and repair once you approve. We feel everything we’ve had repaired (backpack blower, snow blower, snowmobile) has been repaired in a timely manner and for fair prices. Would highly recommend!!

Somehow my car service review got put on the wrong page and I can’t delete it. I just purchased a snowblower from Kinni and had a great experience. Footh Auto took care of two separate issues for me this week. Both were handled quickly, with great results at a great price. I recommend Footh Auto for all of your automotive service needs. Their customer service is unparalleled.

I have consistently had a great experience with customer service at Kinni Sport and Power. I brought my Snowblower in because it wasn't starting and they fixed it right up and its been running great ever since. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and will take the time to explain what is going on with your machine. I highly recommend this place for all your repairs and they also have a great selection of chainsaws and other equipment for purchase. The owner, Brendan is a super good guy and helped me out a lot!Thank you Kinni Sport and Power and the entire staff for your hard work! I will be bringing in my woodsplitter for a tune up soon!P.S. Seems like a couple other folks experienced what we went through. Was quoted two weeks to fix the mower. Nearly two months later, it was ready. They had it running just fine again but I had to hire out the lawn to be mowed several times so weigh your options accordingly.

Working with Cory was amazing, I called him and he was able to answer all of my questions i had on my new zero turn mower. I bought a Gravley ZT HD 60. I was able to do all the paperwork and set up my delivery in about 20 minutes. The customer service here is amazing. When your ready to buy for yourself or your company I would highly recommend working with these guys.

Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff! I have used Kinni now for the past 3 years after not being happy with Hugo Power Equipments service department. I have my Gravely pro stance serviced at Kinni and these guys have always been fast, on point and cost effective. Seth has always given me good advise and he has always been willing to answer my questions to help me trouble shoot issues that pop up. I dropped off a pretty standard mower deck to have maintained. a very simple straightforward task to have done. Three weeks later after multiple calls asking about the status, I was just now told that there’s a three week backlog. I was never told it would take three weeks to have a simple project done when I dropped it off. First of all three week backlog is pretty ridiculous, but not to be told about how long it’s gonna take when you drop it off, and meanwhile your grass grow half a foot tall waiting for these folks to finish the job is unacceptable. Not to mention they didn’t seem to be too bothered by the delay when I talk to them and made it seem like it was no big deal. This was my first time using the shop, and it will be my last.

We had an amazing experience purchasing our snowblower here! As first time homeowners, we weren’t super familiar with what type of equipment we’d need. My husband did a little research and decided it would be good to head in for some expert advice. Brendan helped us every step of the way, from picking the right snowblower to fit our needs, to offering to deliver the snowblower himself to save us the delivery fee (it helps that he regularly visits our area) and he was always super friendly, helpful and professional. I called and they quoted me $50 for cleaning a carburetor in a riding lawnmower, so I brought it in. When it was done, they called me and told me that the bill was over $200, claiming that the 50 dollar price did not include labor.
