A great revamped place for liquor/spirits/hards whilst getting groceries. Though lacking on employees those that are graciously there are very nice and helpful in the best of ways. Informative and knowledgeable of their grocer.

Very nice hometown grocery store. I've been coming here for years and typically prefer to purchase meat here rather than Wal-Mart. The only reason for the 4 stars is that they took out the deli and preslice all the meat and package it. Which makes it hard if you want it cut thin or shaved.

Learnt something new today. When you order holiday cookies, they do NOT sell by the dozen (12). They sell by package of 10. So we ordered 10 dozen cookies (120) at $4.99 a dozen. What you pay for is 12 packages at 10 each. So now $50 becomes $60. Hmmm

they have decent prices and sales and a decent variety of products and things. it sucks they closed their fresh deli and they have good stuff they keep moving around making it hard to find products.do not go to the older taller lady for check out. she is very rude not customer friendly at all.I called the store the manager apologized for her rudeness and the way she treated me and my my kids and would talk to her but this is not the first time with this lady being an issue I have heard others complain about her too.

I buy all of my meats from Hansen’s. They have quality cuts of meat for fair prices. Their produce selection is generally pretty good also. They always have really great customer service and a friendly hometown atmosphere in the store.

I love Hansen’s! Way better than Walmart. More pricey but better quality food! I have been shopping at this store since it was Burnsteads! I had my 4th encounter with Miss Lorrie. I was there around 5:15-5:30pm tonight 11/21/22. I had purchased tomatoes, onions, and a few other things. When going up to check out, Lorrie states to me “Why wouldn’t you put these in bags” talking about my tomato’s… well I wanted them all in one bag. The lady behind me said “because she can put her groceries in her cart the way she wants to” mind you this was a complete stranger, when Lorrie bagged my items she tossed my tomatoes into the cart… just because I didn’t put them in those small produce bags when putting them in my cart didn’t mean I didn’t want it in the bag when I went through check out… I thought she would put my groceries in a bag.. not toss my produce in the cart.. my tomato’s were bruised an squishy when I got home… thank goodness I planned on using them right away! She wouldn’t let me type my rewards phone number in, and when my receipt printed she threw at me! She is so very rude… I walked out in tears and cried the whole way home… to be treated with such disrespect AGAIN! I contacted the store but no one answered.. so I contacted them via the website.. I hope to hear back soon…

People usually only write reviews to complain so I want to change that pattern. I have had nothing but good experiences at this location so far. They have a great selection, especially for a small town. I also really appreciate their reduced for quick sale bin as I like to buy those meats and freeze them for later. I almost exclusively buy groceries here when I am in town because we need a place to buy groceries in the area besides Wal-Mart.

We were staying in the area camping on vacation. IGA was awesome! They had all of the supplies we needed including firewood for a fair price. Our campground charged us way too much. The meat selection was excellent and the meat was clearly fresh. The store was clean and the employees were friendly. We wish this grocery store was in our area so we could visit more often!

The service is beyond incredible! They have really stepped up to the plate during this difficult time. I called a grocery order in at 9:00 this morning and the manager Sean DELIVERED it to my door at 11:10!!My order was taken by sweet Judy S. and she was friendly and asked questions to make sure I got what I wanted re: name brand and size.I can't day enough good about the friendly staff.These people are literally risking their lives to keep us fed.

Saw an employee berate a customer for utilizing an EBT card. Hopefully management catches this and reminds staff that all are welcome. With layoffs, a pandemic, sweeping unemployment and an all time high suicide rate, now more than ever is a welcoming smile needed.

They had what Walmart didn't so that saved me a trip to Eau Claire. There are a lot of foods in the deli to look at so don't go in if you're hungry or you'll go broke. With the savings we got a free box of hot chocolate so the kids were happy and the cashier was very nice.

This place has it all, and if they don't then ask. Very good sales/deals & very quality food! They've been modernizing the atmosphere recently & all the hard work is very noticeable!! I'm so grateful they've choose to invest in our town!

Overall a fair priced and beautiful store to shop at, but I have to agree with another reviewer that using an ebt card doesn't mean you don't work... I have gotten the impression myself that I should be ashamed for needing a bit of help during this trying time .. Won't stop me from shopping here though!!!
