If I could give a zero star I would. Pharmacist in one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with! The person handing out the meds was no better, and corporate said they would deal with this, but I doubt they do! From now on all of my prescriptions will be going to Walmart Ripon drug or anywhere besides Walgreens

I don't shop at Walgreens but once every few years. I came in and saw they had some nice sales. Got to the register and was told you need rewards account to get "sale" prices. Found an old account thankfully, some sale prices still didn't show. I was frustrated as was my special needs kid who was buying himself some toys. Very sensitive cashier said I was hostile, seriously? I sighed and rolled my eyes at the complications with sale prices. If that is considered hostile, I don't know what you would do with an actual unhappy customer. Train your employees to handle situations without freaking out over a sigh.. even my kid looked at me and said "mom you weren't even close to upset"

If your not from this town don't go here. Their team will ignore you and service is rude. This is the only Walgreens in my travels I received bad service. Avoid this town if possible.

Sat on hold for 10 mins just get hung up on they didn't even say Hello. Call back to sit on hold even longer. This is completely unprofessional

Poor management. Hire individuals that want to give good customer service or pay more to hire more quality employees. My past 5 visits to pick up pre payed products has been less than professional . Giving two stars is a gift.

Love their pharmacy! Our family gets a lot if prescriptions filled. They have always been nice and helpful. very knowledgeable.The store is always well stocked and I love the rewards program they have. it even includes what you spend on medication. They have good sales and coupons. There is also a Redbox outside to rent videos from.

Always find help when needed. Never had a problem with anyone there, they are all friendly and knowledgeable. If front check out is backed up there is usually some one in cosmetics who can check you out! Photo dept people aregreat and very helpful.

I was on my way to a new job and I didn't know I was starting same day as interview. I was able to find the correct color shirt and pants for under 10 bucks total. That saved me a lot of money and problems. Thank God! They also have a point system to save money and always have sales or point out what can get you points. Taking out guess work on what counts towards it, even without having to look at the instore flyers which shows some of the deals.

Some of us work throughout the week and can’t get to you during your open hours. Let’s just completely close on the weekends and not even consider anyone’s needs especially the local people who have medications that they need to survive. Can’t even stay open until noon Saturday anymore. Terrible

I too have had so many issues with their truly outdated policy about photos. Be careful not to take any pictures that look too professional or make copies of any because it doesn't matter how old they are or how bad you need them. I recommend going right across the street, they are faster and cheaper too!

I had the misfortune of working with their photo department. My grandmother passed away on April 17th, I had sent two photos to be printed for the morning of the 18th as we were having a small funeral for family that day. These were photos that had been taken in the 40s and 50s. One of her on her wedding day and one of her senior pictures. These photos were to be displayed at her funeral. I had scanned them into my computer a few years earlier, for her and my grandfather's 50th wedding anniversary when I made a video.As I arrived at the photo counter, on my way to the funeral home. I told the girl behind the counter that I was there to pick up my photos under my name. She found them and told me that I would need a photographer's release for these photos, otherwise she would not be selling them to me. I understand this policy completely. However, these pictures were very old. I don't even know the photographer, let alone if the photographer was even still alive. Along with this, I was on my way to a funeral. Was it really that serious?This girl had no sympathy what so ever for my situation. I was in near tears trying to reason with her and she just keep saying over and over again "I cannot help you, it's against our policy". In a situation like this I would like to believe that a reputable company such as Walgreens could make an exception. I would have asked for the manager but was running out of time getting to the funeral home as it was. So there we were at the funeral home with two very nice frames that were purchased and no pictures for my sweet grandmother's funeral service. I was in a very fragile state and I could just not believe the way this girl was treating me.

Can't understand the negative reviews here. Josh and the rest of the staff have always been extremely helpful and more than polite! The only reason I am giving only four stars is because they are clearly understaffed. Maybe corporate will someday get the message? 😒

Walgreens pharmacist Josh needs a course in customer service, just had my first prescription filled there because Kmart store is closing and I had to go here, this pharmacist was so rude!! It's like your bothering him if you have a question!! Very unprofessional, I was shocked at his rudeness!! I made a call to Walgreens corporation.

Very very very slow... Waited in drive up lane for 10 minutes for car to in front to be taken care of, moved up to window and was told they'd be with me in a moment.... Waited another 15 minutes, finally I just left.... How frickin rude and poor service..
