Always rude and unhelpful. I was using this pharmacy for my grandmother, whom I am caregiver to. She is diabetic and takes a slew of medications. There is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS a problem getting her insulin. Whether it’s the insurance or miscommunication. I understand they can’t help insurance issues, but telling me in a flat, monotone voice that you’re not going to fill it and then walking away from me is anything but helpful- especially when another employee told me the day before that it would be no issue and be ready the next day.Horrible customer service and they do not care about people. They would happily let my grandmother run out of insulin.Changed to a new pharmacy who mysteriously did not have a single issue filling the insulin prescription.Don’t waste your time here because they will surely waste yours.

This pharmacy is one of kind. They provide exceptional, old fashioned, and professional service to their patients. Every employee, whether it is a technician, clerk, or pharmacist, treats you as if you are part of their family. They have helped me with insurance, drug cost, and medication issues numerous times. Josh in particular is very helpful and is always willing to go the extra mile to help you.

Actually I found more selection of reasonably priced items here compared to many other stores in Ripon. Great selection of greeting cards, gifts, women’s clothing, craft items, non-perishable food items besides drug store items. Staff was very friendly too.

Ripon Drug pharmacists and staff are so helpful and considerate, whether you visit in person or call. In all the years that Ripon Drug has been my “go to” place, I have never had a bad experience. Never. I highly recommend it.

I have never been disappointed in their service.TOP NOTCH!..I would highly recommend them, as they go out of their way to help you. The whole staff is pleasant and professional . The head pharmacist...Conner..especially helped me with the right meds and helped me cost wise saving me a lo of money. It's worth the 25 miles from Fond du Lac to pick up my scripts! Excellent little shop that has great pharmacists that are personable and thorough. Its refreshing to have this in a world where big box stores and cigarette and booze sellers are also dictating your medical needs.

I'm glad there's a place to get crafts and school supplies, among other things. However, two of the older cashiers have been rude to me several times. They've insulted or teased me or are unhelpful. It's a damper on shopping there.
