My favorite place to shop. Has almost everything I need. If they do not carry it in the store.. I look to see if I can order it in thru their website. Staff is always extremely helpful and friendly. I also love the brand new entry way. Makes it easier for the people who have a harder time opening non automatic doors.

They don't honor the price found on their website. I would of had to sit in my car, order for in store pickup and wait 15 minutes to get it cheaper.

Typical Ace Hardware. The employees were pretty far from the "helpful hardware folks" of the past and I got the impression that they all had better things to do than help customers. The person at the checkout had clearly never been trained on customer service.

Nice store and helpful, but expensive…. I don’t mind paying a little more for the hometown stores, but the push button door lock I was looking at was $149 here vs Amazon for $109.

They most likely have what you need and it beats driving to Oshkosh or Fondy. Prices are high and the helpfulness of the staff is hit or miss.

Because of my age, I need more assistance. with the purchase of power equipment. I find that the people at Ripon ACE are willing to go beyond what one normally expects to help with selection, set-up, and service. I appreciate their patience,kindness and advice.Recently I needed service on one of my purchases. They went beyond what I expected to solve the problem.

Found what I needed there and was asked multiple times if I needed help. Maybe too often. Store is ok but... seems crowded, a little claustrophobic, however, it is a smaller building and they do pack a lot in there. Folks were friendly and anxious to help. Worth a visit when you need something hardware related.

Great customer service, I checked out and also had some paint color chip samples for my kitchen. The cashier asked me if I needed help with paint or needed some mixed, she would get someone from the paint department to help me. I have been to other hardware stores and felt like a bother. I will be shopping more here even if I have to drive further.

We purchased a Weber grill. It had a problem and Weber was being difficult at best. I contacted the owner at Ripon Ace and she took the care if the issue! They have always been a good store. But, this was over and above what would be expected!!!

I found myself in a bit of a pinch while out driving around on business. In need of some hand tools for a very minor repair on my vehicle, I stopped here. The staff appeared very friendly and helpful. Heather blond with glasses. Has been there forever; has been rude more than a couple of times. I dont know what her problem is! My husband has had a different girl be rude with him. It makes it unpleasant to shop there. But, there is no other choice. But, thats different what I would want to be the experience to be like in my store. They also don't wear masks.

"Where everybody knows your name" ... this is the place that brightens my day anytime something in my house goes wrong. The staff goes above and beyond to make u feel welcome. Kind as well as knowledgeable! There is something to love in every aisle, and they have some wonderful finds that big box stores just dont have.

Not very handicapped friendly. Manual doors, no ride on carts even though the store is big enough to warrant having a couple. Staff has always been helpful and friendly. Prices are similar to the big box stores. Customer service A, handicapped friendly D-.

Not the best value but we'll stocked with all the critical items!BUT the $5 and other coupons are a but of a scam. 1st nothing can be on any kind of sale and 2 even if you're 30cents below $30 it won't count even if it's $30.73 with tax. Very exasperating and does not generate goodwill.

You know what? For a local Ace Hardware, these folks are stocked with enough variety to always have what I'm looking for- from electrical and plumbing supplies, to paint and housewares. In addition, they are friendly and helpful. I don't even bother searching for things anymore. I just ask and they know right where I need to go.

We end up going there for extra things we forgot our prodjects need. Also there is some odds and ends the big box hardware does not carry. We know, as my husband works for one.Handy but you always pay more.

Ripoff. I bought a display flag cuz I couldn't find any other like it, didn't get discount. Another time, I had been there on a Saturday, and the 40 pound bag of Ace bird food was marked $9.99. Not even 3 days later, asked both cashier (new), & seasoned cashier why I was charged full price. They both said :" I don't think that's on sale anymore." I walked 2nd cashier over to where I got it, it was still on sale. But I had been charged full-price. Check your receipts.

It's an Ace. Most of the people there know how to help. The biggest problem I have is I know more then the person trying to help me dose. But they do try to be helpful so can't fall them for that
