I love taking Mel here for his bathing needs. The staff are always helpful and love to spoil him. One of the girls even helped Mel into the tub because I was on crutches. Over the top service.

I buy all our dog food here, nice to have in our town.The bath stalls could be somewhat cleaner, the sprayer is nothing but a garden sprayer and the new aprons are super heavy, I bring my own shampooHopefully they can improve in that areaPeople are nice.

We have the pickiest cat and ended up going here because we realized last minute that our cat was out of food. He's the type of cat that would rather not eat if it's not the food he likes. He won't even drink tap water so I was a little hesitant to try "non brand" food. However, the person working there showed me exactly what the eqivalent food would be except with much better, fresh and local ingredients. Not only that, but loved that there is a reward program.The best part of all...Our cat ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE FOOD AND CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF IT!

This is the best pet food/hobby farm store around. They carry a wide variety of high quality cat and dog food as well as poultry, horse, wild bird seed. And a lot of other stuff from toys to leashes and bowls. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. If they don't have it, they can probably get it. And their prices are good. And you can take your dog in the store.

Such a great group of people! The owner is so friendly and the staff are there to help and very knowledgeable. They take your dog into consideration instead of trying to sell you the latest or more expensive product. Their prices are better than most in the area and knowing that we're supporting a local business is even better. Their puppy starter gift bag is such a nice gesture! Ripon is lucky to have them here!

Had a small choice of horse food. Assisted as soon as I came in by a young girl. She picked up my bag of feed off the shelf, hoisted it on her shoulder, rung me up, processed my payment all while she had it on her shoulder. Then she carried it to my car. Cost more than my usual but this one has glucosamine and chondroiton for my old mini 🐎. Will go back.

For dogs and cats and even farm animals this place is great. I go here for my dogs and horses grain. Great prices and if u can prove you can find it cheaper some where else they work with you. The staff is very well knowledgeable on pretty much all their products and not just food. They have treats and other accessories for dogs and cats. They have options for weight building and vitamins and more for horses too. Love going here, and you can take ur dog inside on a leash.

This a great place to go for your needs for the family pets, also buyer beware of veterinary pushing there royal cannin products on your pets for health reason, this place has 5 star products in comparison to there products. Keep up the good work and product knowledge.
