I Regularly board my dog here whether it's due to work, vacation, family emergencies, etc.I have nothing negative to say. Amazing, caring, trustworthy, and honest people work here. My dogs happy and safe when he goes there. I can't ask for much more than that ❤️Highly recommend. Prices are affordable too.

Very clean and well run boarding kennel. Our 1 year Golden loves his sleep-away time at Creature Comforts and mom/dad can relax knowing he is well cared for when we travel.

Very impressed with the care, cleanliness and organization of Creature Comforts Kennel. My very elderly and perpetually worried golden retriever was exceedingly happy with the attention and care he received in what is clearly a meticulously run kennel. So happy to have found a safe place for Max while we travel.

My first experience with a kennel was at Creature Comforts. I left my 2 dogs with Jennifer for 4 days with no worries about the care they would receive. She is caring and trustworthy.Her charges are very reasonable, and I will be using her kennel again.

ALWAYS very exceptional care. Our dog is so scared of everything & everyone, so much that she usually comes home from any other kennel acting traumatized. From her very first time at Creature Comforts & each time since, she has acted like she didn't even leave home! We literally could not believe the difference. There was no running through our front door & into the back bedroom to hide on the other side of the bed - for DAYS. There wasn't any refusal to eat, depression, vomiting. There was nothing but a normal dog.We don't know what can make that great of a difference at a kennel, but we absolutely love Creature Comforts for Kennel for whatever it is that they do!

Our fur baby, Dudley, recently enjoyed 10 days of fun, great care and lots of love at Creature Comforts Kennel in Ridgeway.. I was worried about leaving him since he was a newly adopted rescue puppy. The owner, Jennifer, and her staff could not have provided better care for Dudley or me. She emailed me how he was doing and included pictures of his playtime activities and new friends. I returned to a HAPPY, relaxed puppy who loved his vacation. Above and beyond great care, Jennifer is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of pet care and development. Upon returning, she even took the time to share her observations about Dudley. I can not say enough positive comments. Creature Comforts Kennels are outstanding at providing for the needs of petsand their people.

Been using Creature Comforts for the past few months about 3 days/week and could not be happier! Our dog is always happy and excited to go, and is exhausted when we get her home. On our first visit, our normally timid dog was totally at ease with Jennifer, which means a lot to any dog owner. Jennifer and her staff do an excellent job and we will continue to use them for as long as we have a dog.

Creature Comforts is reasonably priced with great dog care! Off the beaten track but well worth the extra miles to get there. We have been taking our dog for 6 years and she always comes back happy and clean!

Jen is WONDERFUL. She has been caring for our dogs for 4 years, and I never worry about leaving them with her. I love getting a report card, and know that if I call for an update, she's there. Also, great pricing!

Really nice kennel. Our dog always seems happy to go here. They offer some really nice services, including "cuddle time". We think that helps our older dog who has had some anxiety issues as he has aged.

Excellent facilities. We have boarded our 2 large dogs for 8-10 days twice. The personal care Jen showers each dog with is first rate. Our dogs love to go there.

I am very pleased with Jennifer and the Kennel. The facilities were very clean, reasonably priced, and my two dogs were well cared for. I recommend using this kennel. Its a bit out the way but worth it.
