Maggie is such an amazing cashier. I have been getting a lot of things the last few days, and she has a big smile and great conversation with me every time..Made a trip into my favorite hardware store again today and just like always I was greeted with a smile and I had a few questions and I was directed to the appropriate person to help me with my questions 😊 thank you so very much for your amazing work and dedication Again I was in for just a few minutes and Maggie was just as sweet as always

Came in for an AC unit. took forever to find help. When I found someone he laughed at me and said the ac units were in the middle and I had passed them. Ok cool, I pick one up there’s no price but I scan it in app and it says 144.00 since the employees had no idea. Went up front had it scanned and said it was 189.00 they had a manager come up and look at the scan and had a proud attitude and said the 144 price was “online only” I said ok I’ll order online and left the store. In my car I saw there’s and option to pick up in store by ordering online that wasn’t mentioned in the encounter.. weird..Wouldn’t recommend more about being right in the moment than helping a customer

Just called to ask a question about their Stihl equipment. Spoke to Landon and was very promptly told to call someplace else because the product i was looking for is very hard to get, and have a nice day... and hung up. Not helpful.. nor resourceful. Not the Walsh's customer service i expected. Ill definately spend my money elsewhere.

Was in there at least 20 minutes. No one asked to help. Even though all the employees had time to all chat Finally decided I was over it and on my way to the door. I was asked if I needed help! As i was going out the door! Will be my final and last chance for this shopping local business. You want us to shop local Richland Center, then how about you learn some customer service skills!

I really like how Walsh's has been able to expand their store and carry more items. The staff are usually very helpful. I am still getting used to the store being closed on Sundays.

They did an excellent job of repairing our lawn tractor. They repaired the tractor AND cleaned it up, before returning it to us. The technicians were very knowledgeable and the repair was completed in a timely fashion. Top Shelf!

Disappointed. I stopped in today for something and not a single staff person asked me if they could help me or even looked at me for that matter. I was 1 of 2 customers in the store. Usually someone will at least smile and ask, but nothing today. So I couldn't find what I was looking for so I just left and shopped elsewhere.

Great service, employee's knowledgeable of where things are located in the store. They need to train their employees a lot better, especially ifbpreforming a service. I purchased 4 key blanks to have cut. I could have understood if one key even two keys wouldn't work, but all 4 of them didn't even come close to working. I took them I to the Muscoda store to see if they could re- cut them and buff the edges. So far the got 2 keys to work, won't know about the other two until I go to our Business.
