As this became our ONLY grocery store in the area ALL quality has dropped significantly. Shelves are OFTEN completely empty with no explanation when staff are asked. I'm not even talking holidays. I'm talking regular weeks. Produce, specifically lettuce and pre-made salads are often brown from age. Management are the only staff that are unfriendly. Everyone else is quite friendly. There are almost no check outs ever open. Only self checkouts. I've even contacted the corporate office to discuss one particular item being out of stock for multiple weeks despite the store getting delivery trucks twice a week. Inventory stated on the app vs what's actually in stock when you get to the store NEVER matches. Even store employees can't explain why their scan tool says items are in stock when they scan barcode on the shelf but there is zero inventory in the store. They just say inventory count is obviously off. But then no department manager makes the proper adjustments to correct it so they item remains out of stock for many weeks. They also apparently randomly choose to quit carrying popular items. I know they are popular because they sell out fast. But then they will just stop carrying it. Literally overnight. It's not discontinued because you can buy it elsewhere. The location is just very poorly managed. However, as I said other staff are very pleasant. Returns are also easy. So I give it three stars. I've attached a photo of the soda/water aisle on an average non holiday week. No special events in town. Nothing.

They pull products on the center shelf forward so you can access them. But, DO NOT pull the products on the Top and Bottom Shelf's Forward. As you can see on the picture. The water is either on the Back of the Top Shelf, Or back of the Bottom Shelf. And this is common for other items.

I bought a PS5 about a week ago from this Walmart and paid $500 for it and didn’t get protection on it when I purchased it because I did not have the extra funds at the time and so I go in on my way home from work yesterday (March 6, 2024) and when I bought my mic to go with my PS5 I asked the young lady at the counter if I could add protection and she calls her supervisor over and he tells me that apparently I can’t add protection to the game system that I purchased a week ago so I said whatever and went home. Then I call customer service today (March 7,2024) and they told me as long as I have the receipt with proof of purchase I can get the protection plan on my system so bless their heart at customer service for fixing the issue however I must say as a paying customer I was VERY disappointedly disappointed by the lack of customer service I had experienced in this store yesterday (March 6, 2024).

This WM is the only grocery store in my city. They frequently run out of many popular items. I’ve had to travel to Baraboo to get my groceries and clothes. The electric carts for shopping often have a dead battery 1/2 of the way around the store. I’ve complained to the corporate office about the Richland Center store, but nothing has changed.

Bought tires from Walmart .com. Then they wouldn’t install them on my car. Even though they’re for the same exact car they wouldn’t install them because they’re not for my particular model of that car. It’s what was on when I bought it. And I bought the tires for them ….

I ordered a cake for Pastor Appreciation month. The gal that took my order was soo nice and helpful! Picked the cake up and it was GORGEOUS! I Got the strawberry filling inside the cake, it was Delicious!!! Great Job decorator. Thank you for a Superb Job!!!

Don't waste your money the deals aren't good, the sale items only a few dollars. It no longer a discount store, find your local dollar tree or family dollar for better prices. Walmart is now the mall, expensive and lower quality. And it feels like you are being constantly monitored by employees to see if you are stealing when you just shopping

They keep pretty well stocked compared to other Walmarts, and I feel they do a better job cleaning than many of the Walmarts I've been to. The new parking lot is a nightmare and I've been avoiding this location because of it. Walmart quality is what it is, it'll get you through a minute but shop elsewhere for quality.No pasta noodles or the shelf 3.19.22

Needed paint. After waiting over 20 minutes and asking three separate areas if they could page someone to the paint department, walked to the front of the store and informed the customer service desk attendant that I would be buying my paint from the Do-It Center since no one could help me. She told me to have a nice day after informing me that "most people do" (buy from the Do-It Center. I know staffing is bad everywhere, but why offer paint if you aren't going to staff the area?

Accessible stall in bathroom was used by employee for an excessive amount of time when full bathroom was available. As a wheelchair user I waited as this was the only stall I could use. Employee was RUDE upon exiting. Management was notified and did not care. Bathroom was dirty and needed attention. Products on shelves were misplaced. Overall condition of store is horrible. Enter at your own risk. I will not return.

In RC Walmart 330-350 timeframe NOV. 3Tall dude, glasses, pink hoodie with hood up. 1st saw him in automotive area an proceeded to follow shortly almost stalking... awkwardly in the grocery* section. Can tell he was watching..Moved to the bakery isle stood..sure enough he moved also pretending to look @ bakery items in middle aisle..in my viewApproached by air freshener section an asked can I help you..he didn't answer an walked down aisle kids section/ electronic area. Watch the cameras!Great place if ya Want to have the plain clothes loss prevention person.... weird dude stalk/follow you around the store..NO Thanks!I'll shop elsewhere!!

I love getting the text messages reminding me that it is time to fill my prescriptions! And then a text to tell me when my prescription is ready for pickup. This is a great feature and makes it so much easier on me. Their pharmacists are very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! I don't have to wait because they are always prompt. I also like the fact that they treat everyone with respect.

We took our truck here for an oil change. Got to the stop lights by kwik and the truck stalled 4 times. We were able to get it running just enough to coast into kwik trip. Looked under the hood to find out that they over filled the oil. And that they didn’t change the oil filter that is included in the price. Got it started again and got it back to the auto dept. parking lot. Manager was dismissive and just offered a refund and to do the oil change again for free. Three hours later we are still here hoping the seals aren’t broken and it will be fine after they do an oil change for the second time.

Only shopped here 3 times. The 1st time a clerk had time to stand & stare at me checking myself out & make comments to a co-worker like I was stealing, but not to help bag or ring me up. The 3rd time, and entire bag of items I paid for never got into my cart. $40 worth of items - who is actually stealing? They will not refund the items, despite finding them at the register. You have to go back in to get a refund or replace items. My fourth visit will be to customer service for a refund only & I will never spend another single cent in this place.We are supposed to be grateful this is the only alternative to a grocery store? I would bet Walmart used it's pricey legal team to keep any other stores from moving into town. It is how big business is done.

If you can don't shop here, they watch you like a hock and prices are higher and their clearance items are only a few dollars off, not a good clearance. Customer service is a thing of the past. Don't bring your children

Poor customer service. Non of your employees have a name tag that can be read as they always have them flipped over. Your deli is always closed before time and Miss Sassy pants needs a new job. How about putting up a closed sign in a couple of spots in your deli area and removing the bell. 7:17 pm and many workers are there, but closed?I also want an employee discount for checking myself out, maybe a paycheck too with a cart full of stuff, this is a lot of work. I don't mind checking myself out with a few things, but I really do dislike slef checkout, I don't like being watched as if I'm a theft or at times no one to help when needed even if you have 3 people standing around, they don't help. I much rater stand in line and wait to be checked out. Maybe you could also put in the shopping bag holder that spins around at self checkout as this would be more helpful now that we have to self checkout, this is still an inconvenience to people with disabilities so a register should always be open. Being open 24 hours would be nice as well.

Shelves empty and no distilled water yet. I'm elderly and had to check out myself while up to 7 employees stood around getting paid to do nothing. I'm sick of checking out my own. Some one could have helped me,, instead of standing around doing nothing bur giggle and laugh. Come on management and do your job!!

I changed mine to Prairie du Chien WI.....they have all the items i am looking for and not out of stock like the others.. more miles away but they have it...well worth the drive....like smoked salmon cream cheese..out of stock for 2 yrs now richland center..got it first time PDC..and every time got into a electric scooter it always run out of power..so curbside is all I do now..its wonderfull...but some of the expire dates are very short...train your workers better..
