It was exciting, it's been awhile since I was there. People were friendly, knowledgeable,my husband was looking for a used ATV, they fixed him up with one that was in great shape, good price. Poor customer service, would not return calls 2 days, I called them 3 times but said they did, no they did not. Finally told me a ball park price that was not even close and shipping that was more than the part. Called Willies in Minnesota they located the part and shipping for less than half the price at twice the distance. I could tell they didn't care about my insignificant part. No excuse for poor customer service. When a customer calls and you don't return their call because you were too busy? Guess what, when I hang up the phone with them expecting a call back when the sales person was free because I am actually a person in line. It's like a restaurant saying they didn't get a chance to cook your carry out order because they had too many people in the place, SMDH! DONE!

Brakes were bad so they said it would be 700 dollars then called two days later and said 1100 dollars because of a bolt was hard to get off. I would call and check up. They said they would call me back but never did they had my general over a week and cost over 1000 dollars. Would not recommendServices: Brakes, Oil change

I stopped in to check out 4 wheelers and UTV's. Met Ron Olson in sales and he gave me a run down on the machines. I told him what I was looking for and he instantly said you want a Polaris General UTV. It is a dual purpose machine, it can handle your food plot work and all the trail time you want.Big inventory, knowledgeable,friendly staff.

Another place where customer service is non-existent. You ask for help and the answer you get is "thats not my department". Tired of going to places where they make you feel like your bothering them. A weird way to make money I think.
