Station .51carry out only; I am an 87 year old lady, walking in with a cane for support. PAID ORDERED 1 CHGS CHIX SALAD AND PAID FOR IT; Stayed AT THE Counter WHERE I ordered and paid; saw no reason to move as how long to whip up a salad to go.While waiting with number in hand ;l I was told to ,move away from the spot where I had stayed since I was 2 get out in a minute or two. Are there rules and regulations where a customer is to stand?? Didn't c any signs;l Have been in store numerous times; this is a first and it was NOT crowded at the check in counter. I live in R.C,.,, Live in the Park Senior Apts. across from court house. Are salads weighed or do they count pieces of chicken and/or cucumbrtss???'? curiousI have never been so short changed in my life. Lots of money for a bit of lettuce; very little any thing else. Was 2 b my supper.I guess I'll reconsider my take-home foods in the future. Don't want 2 b left hungry after a large?"? ha ha salad; should be for $8.31Patsy PetersP.S., I didn't go to Wal-Mart since I wanted a freshly made salad, which is just right to the right next in the mall . Hope mgr., hears of this. It sucks, because I love culvers when it's good, but when it's bad it makes me not want to go back. They are very inconsistent, and for those extra dollars you should get it right! I get people aren't perfect but every other time I go something is wrong.

I want to start with that I am from out of state and I decided to pass though. I heard that Culver's was a staple in Wisconsin and I was beyond excited to try it. to say that I was upset is an understatement. I was welcomed with a glare from the cashier who seemed to want to do anything but take my order. I tried to lighten up the mood by asking what was around the area but it did not help. On top of that the restrooms were foul, toilet paper on the ground, toilets unflushed and no paper towels. when I got my food the waiter slid my tray across the table to me and muttered out an "enjoy". The food was really good! but eating was a struggle with all the flies that kept landing on/near my food. Overall I had better experience at McDonald's.

Disappointed! We brag about Culver's down in Alabama bc I'm from Wisconsin. This food of mine today was cold runny potatoes soup. Runny is key bc the potatoes bacon is a thick soup. Mine was runny like baby food does when you put a spoon in it. No reason for this, seriously. Also Culver's should not be salting our food anyways! We love Culver's, stop watering the soup down

Was told I had to experience this wild visiting the north. It was worth it. Unpopular opinion: cheese curds are just bite size cheese sticks. Would definitely like to have one of these in south Texas 😘

Went to treat my fiance to cheese curds and a shake after a long day of work, ordered our meals with cheese curds, three times they came back with onion rings and the manager proceeded to tell us it was our fault our order was messed up, told us she would fix it for an upcharge to our meal after already waiting 20 minutes for our food, upon stating we didn't think it was fair we had to pay more to fix our order she told us in a very rude manner we could take our money back and leave infront of the whole resteraunt.Culver's in richland center just lost a long time customer as the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful yelling at us in front of other customers.I'll never recommend this place or return as their management is a joke.Customer service is absolutely disgraceful and disrespectful.

My visit was inside the establishment. Staff at my visit were very friendly, food was excellent, everything was made to order, the restrooms and main dining area, along with the counter to order were clean.Highly Recommend.I do use drive through too and staff is always friendly, food excellent and make to order and request.

Between this Culver’s & another I always pick the Richland Center Culver’s. The food is always perfect, they get the order right the first time, & the food is not dripping with grease like other Culver’s. Staff is friendly & the restaurant is always clean. You do get longer wait times when they are busy, but I’m okay with that when I know I’m getting freshly made food & my order is always right.

Ok I get there is a lot going on... But when a worker is working the floor??? Comes up to you an tells you someone will be with you in a min.. why when you were standing there watching them not provide service for upwards of 10 min why not hope in an help?? And there was a grip of workers. There had to of been around 6 workers ish. But food was good. An was clean.Parking: Plenty of room to park Kid-friendliness: Has kids menu kinda hard to see Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Best Fast Food ever!!!! The delivery is fast and the food is perfect! I have a dairy allergy but I can still enjoy Culver’s! The only thing I’d like to change is having the coolers all year around for everyone that has a dairy allergy like me. Please take this into consideration! Thank you!

Great food! It's more on the pricey side of fast food restaurants but the food is worth it!! It takes longer than most fast food restaurants when you order to get your food. But that's because they make it fresh! They don't make 10 Burgers up at once and let him sit until someone comes and orders. They wait until you order and then they make the food, like you should do. It's definitely Family friendly.

Family favorite restaurant. Excellently managed by Melissa Hilleshiem. Landscape and exterior is beautifully designed and kept. Dining area and bathrooms are always clean and orderly. Service and food quality is of excellence majority of our visits throughout the years.

This Culver's location is excellent! The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. The food is made with care and definitely meets Culver's usual standard. The restaurant itself is neat, clean, and orderly. The service is fast and efficient.This is definitely one of the better Culver's locations here in Wisconsin.I would definitely recommend it!

Nice promotion for Valentines Day: one 2-scoop sundae with 2 toppings for free with a purchase of the same (BOGO).The frozen custard was incredibly CREAMY!!!Dietary restrictions: Low carb diet, so I simply ask for no bun with my sandwich/burger order. Culver's is one of the few fast-food restaurants that gives a discount for not getting a bun with your order. It's not much, but hey, it's still something!

Generally speaking, Culver's is over rated fast food chain. Burgers don't even look like in the pictures. My mentally challenged brother couldn't even keep the burger together because it was so shoddy prepared. And then he wanted one of those stuffed ice cream plush toys and one the staff giggled at him and he got upset and ran out the door.

Good fast food.. wish their regular burgers were a little thicker.. some look so thread bare lol Love their chicken tender baskets or battered cod dinners.. love their strawberry and caramel sundaes.. Since covid seems like they are always so busy now but the lines do move along pretty efficiently..

Clean and courteous. Took my elderly parents today. Mom doesn't like onions. She's placed orders in the past with that request. After placing our orders today as we sat down to wait the manager greeted us at our table to make sure they had the order correct. That they would remember something like that out of so many customers tells me they really care. P.S. the fish sandwich is the best.

i love the the fries n burgers..today i had the cod fillet sandwich combo..fries great again..but the fish???? very bland to me..very nice size of cod..but no salt and need more tarter sauce....very dry indeed...
