Horrible cut and a very strange lady! I had a bad feeling from the very first phone call. She calls male dogs "naughty". Patti has no personality at all. Hardly said a word to us when we walked in to bring our dog for the first time. Very mechanical in taking our pup. Will never go back!!

My groomer retired so our neighbor referred this place to us & when my husband called to make an appointment, he was asked if our dog had anxiety & he said yes that he takes a pill that is prescibed from the vet that helps to relax him during grooming. Patti's response to my husband was that she doesn't groom naughty dogs!

don’t go here. she clipped both of my doggies ears and now my dog is sad and hurt. trust me bad experience:( my dog is sad and i am also sad
