For truck drivers:Entrance is off Gateway ct. Doors 13-16 are shipping, 1-4 are receiving. Check in office is at door 12. They do need to put a sign up for that so we don't have to wander around wondering which door is the office. New facility that's still under construction when I was here.I was delivering a half load and was in and out in 30 min. I came in and parked overnight without issue.

This place is so wonderful. The other staff here work together as a team to make everyone successful. The benefits are the best i have ever seen. And the main boss Luke builds you up and makes you feel like you can do anything. And the maintenance boss Walter is so pleasant and easy to talk to about any issues. I love this company and cant even imagine myself anywhere else. I really enjoy coming to work everyday and trying my best to be the best version of me.

Many places I've worked at in the past spoke of teamwork, creativity, synergy, or any number of "buzz words" that may have been popular at the time. They spoke of it but could never achieve it.Golden Pet is the first place I've ever been at where I really feel those things truly embedded in the culture. It's not something anyone had to "push" on us or "train" us for. It's just there. And you feel it the moment you first walk in the door!Golden Pet/Golden Hippo possesses one of the finest groups of people I've EVER had the pleasure to work with. From the top down, you are made to feel you matter! The leadership is the finest I've seen and every department has been staffed with the very best in the business! Everyone here wants you to succeed and will go above and beyond in helping you do so. And you feel the same energy from our corporate headquarters as well! They are patient, easy to work with, and quick to help with anything you may need.I could go on and on but I'll just close by saying I'm extremely grateful, for the fist time in my life, to have a career that I look forward to going to each and every day and not just a "job" that I have to go to!Thank you Golden Pet Manufacturing/Golden Hippo!

Not horrible at all but I got fired just for 1 day being slow and a lot of people called in there was only 4 I even had my own locker everyone was great there but I received a text from the staffing agency agent that I'm fired for slow performance? And it was just a day no human can give the 100% everyday we are not robots I wanted to stay there working but just for 1 day I get fired makes no sense this company prefers undocumented people to work for them.

I work here and give it an A status. The people work work here are passinate about the details of making dog food. They also are very helpful if there is a problem that needs attention. Easy going atmosphere. I do recommend checking them out and see if there is something that fits you.
