Stopped her to buy some beer and found out they have a separate liquor store. It was really nice. Shelves were stocked, and there were lots of different kinds of beers. Liquor, wine, and mixer. The staff is really friendly and helpful in both stores. Everything is priced reasonably.Now, today, I came here to pick up some groceries, and I have to say the regular Walmart, very disappointed, unorganized no one their to help.

I have to laugh, it's Walmart! Straight -up tho, clean! Several visits on my shoulders and very clean, meat and produce look great and really fresh! Just going in now to handle some business from todays efforts and check out the sky! Too cool.

As much as I don't like going to this store because of how busy it is and the parking and such being packed all the time, this store happens to have whatever it is I'm looking for unless it's so specific that I have to resort to Amazon like anyone else.No complaints other than I would rather see the veterans and girl/boy scouts be in the entryway of Walmart rather than outside, there is more than enough room! So, that being said, Walmart, you need to get off your high horse and let those people in! And I don't care what regulations you need to bypass to do that. You do not leave people outside! When you have the room to accommodate for them!

The profiling that the workers here do is insane. They always give me the stink eye, stand RIGHT behind me at self check out and ask for a receipt when I leave every time. I’ve literally never seen them ask anyone else for their receipt. so I started going through the cashier instead, still got asked for a receipt on my way out. I don’t doubt for a second it’s because I’m black. The people who harass me are always older white women.

It was a pick up today and my phone is generic so I went to the door. Cool people sit in their cars and have the app...not me. The staff was really cool and got my items right away and I owe that guy some venison.

With its improvements on staff creating a better experience for us, and things getting back on track, I have to. Otherwise just food service area needs help and maintenance, the conditions of what they use needs repairs.

Terrible customer service!!! My husband and I waited well over 40 minutes today before we got any help with paint. Everyone we asked just avoided us and was very rude. Won't be shopping at the Rice Lake Wal-Mart anymore.

Fix your pharmacy line signage. Got rude gal at counter this morning telling me there's a single line...well there's one sign for drop off line and a second sign and line for pickup. How the F are we supposed to know that?? Where's that middle finger emoji....

The isles were over crowded. The personal shoppers were all crowding the isles as well.On a Monday in the middle of the afternoon.

The store was very busy. Could hardly get in the aisles, but I'm not complaining it was great to see people at a store that enjoyed shopping. The checkout line was around the corner going down into the side of apparel, but with that being said, the cashiers were doing an amazing job of getting us through so quickly. I really enjoyed shopping at this store.

Rice Lake, WI.Tried to buy a turkey breast that was on sale for $2.42#. It rang up at $3.13#. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I had to pay the higher price if I wanted it...KEEP YOUR TURKEY BREAST!!!! Wonder how many bought it and didn't catch their robbery!

Got a duplicate item donated to us at our baby shower. Went to return it at the store and was denied since we didn’t have a receipt and the item was online purchase. Called the number and the employee wouldn’t do a return since we didn’t have a PO number. I explained we only wanted in store credit and we didn’t have a receipt. We also didn’t want to insult anyone in our family by asking for a receipt for the baby monitor. Plus both parties live out of town.After talking to the person online he wouldn’t do a return and I asked for a supervisor. He said they will only say the same thing and I replied I will wait to talk to the supervisor. After 5 minutes on hold the employee offered me a $20 gift card. I declined since the product is on sale for 45.99 before tax. I said I wanted to talk to the supervisor again and he put me on hold. After a brief wait he said his supervisor was in a meeting and couldn’t take my call. I said I’ll be doing reviews and emails about the poor customer service I have received today and that he was just wasting my time.

This place is almost always pure chaos. Cashiers no longer exists. They've got shoppers scanning and bagging their own purchases. As far as employees go, their product knowledge is sub par. If I can, I'll avoid this place.

One of the WORST Walmarts I’ve been to by far. The staff is extremely unprofessional, I’ve had issues with an employee at the service desk. She would NOT give me a cash refund even though cash was my original form of payment. She kept trying to tell me my money would go back to my card when I used a gift card and a food card. Not to mention they never have anything in stock. I waited two weeks for diapers before, and over 3 months for an eye liner I just ended up going to a different store to buy it. Along with other things it’ll take them weeks to restock. They only have self check outs which I honestly hate. I prefer going to a cashier. I just started boycotting this Walmart and shopping anywhere but here. Even if that means I have to travel to the Walmart in Eau Claire. Avoid this Walmart with all costs. Not to mention I’ve wait over an hour just for a grocery pick up. There are so many boxes in the way, the other day I saw this old women in a mobile cart and she couldn’t get through to look at shoes. She just said “forget it” and left. It’s not just in the shoe section it’s in the whole store.

I was going to a different story mainly but I had a couple of pictures that I had to develop so I stop here. I uploaded them and chose my size and waited the hour that was necessary. After I came back they could not find my pictures initially and it just fit into my day. The upside of it was the gentleman that helped me was very very helpful and apologetic. It's nice to know that there are still people like that out there working. My hat's off to him it made a bad day actually pretty good.

Literally self check out is the worst. The self check out and the person who running it would not exchange my best friends dollar for a different one! And could not get someone to help us do it either. Literally annoyed with the employee who was working on that self checkout. THE WORST SERVICE EVER

I love my Walmart, BUT, it's very annoying shopping in there when the store is busy! The reason why is the employees shopping for on line grocery orders are ALL over the place clogging up the lanes with them big carts. Also, I went to grab a head of cabbage and there was only 1 left. She snagged it right out in front of me. The in store shopper's should come first!! It angered me.

Disappointed with Rice Lake Walmart. Never carry what I'm looking for, shelves frequently emptied, they are constantly moving things around so you always have to look for everything. Plus now you are bagging your own groceries because they pulled out most of their cashiers and replaced them with self checkouts. You feel like a criminal because they have monitors with your face on it everywhere you look. A trip there feels like a trip to the DMV. They know you have no where else to go to get what you need since they are the only big box store around and there is no customer service.
