I shop weekly and majority of the time it’s in and out shopping. The last two times I’ve had canvases made the times haven’t been anywhere near accurate when they should be completed. Today it said my order would be ready at 3:35 and I arrived at the store at 4:45 and they still weren’t done. Tylor was rude by rolling his eyes at me when I asked how much longer I would have to wait. He started on them but didn’t answer my question and stopped all communication. If the company can’t give relevant time frames for there employees you will continue to lose customers. I will try not to do photos at this location anymore

I've always enjoyed the service here. Good sales on vitamins and like the stores selections. I just wish they weren't out of stock so often on the popular ones. -The ones I take ;) - I can't comment on the pharmacy because I've never used them. Friendly staff too!

0 STARS - The automated system says your prescription is ready in 2 hours. Call in 2 hours, it says they are running behind. Call 2 hours later, they check to see if it is in stock, shouldn't this have already happened. 1.5 hours later nothing! And they close soon, what a joke. Someone needs to make the big wigs aware of this branch before they close due to competition, that will come, bet your a$$.

Rice Lake need more to choose from for pharmacies. This place holds your prescription hostage. You do know a doctor prescribes drugs for a reason? Yes, for our health. When it takes DAYS to get prescription filled, you are potentially compromising our health and lives. If a CVS came to town, you guys would be hurting. Does management not pay attention to reviews?

I will miss the helpful Staff at Rice Lake. Wi. We lived here for nearly 2 years during a difficult time as my husband has been suffering with diabetes and heart failure. He passed on March 4th and I will be moving. I want to leave a shout out to Tylor in photo! He always was so cheerful and helpful when I made banners and cards! ❤Thank you so very much!

A pharmacy is a place that should be trusted. This pharmacy is notorious for errors. There is always something! Aside from their prices being much higher than their competition, their service is awful. I questioned the price of something and asked if I was run through my insurance. The snotty reply was, yes ma’am. I printed off my prescription records today, because I was heading out to pick them up. The prescription I questioned the technician about has NOT been processed through my insurance, one of my prescriptions has been deleted, one was processed twice, one has the incorrect quantity, AND the pharmacy is not open on Sunday. The store is open, but not the pharmacy. (Contrary to their Facebook information).I transferred to Walgreens because my insurance will fill my prescriptions for 90 days (only 30 days at their competition). I should feel confident in my pharmacist, and that’s just not happening here.

I went into redeem a flu shot voucher through the military. I do this every year, I just happen to be in the area and thought it would be convenient. I went up to the window and explain the situation and asked what I needed to do. I was told to wait for a specific window. I waited 10 minutes to get to the window, then 10 minutes of the gentleman not being able to figure out the computer system, then handed my voucher back and said make an appointment. There was a long line and I would never go back to this Walgreens because they do not seem to know what they are doing in the pharmacy. What a shame.

Visited to get pictures printed out (after leaving Walmart frustrated!) I didn't get the gentleman's name but he was so helpful and patient. It was late (8pm) and he went through exactly what I needed to do to get my pictures off my phone (through my phone settings) and it only took about 20 minutes for them to be printed out. Will definitely go back.Prices are good and pictures turned out great. I also shopped around a little and found they have really good sales on a variety of items in the store.

I seldom post reviews even when there are problems. My daughter and I went to get COVID tests this morning because an event we are going to required a clean test within 72 hours before the event. They put both tests under her name, so mine did not get processed and I did not get any results. I called to complain. I am out of town for the event now and cannot get retested at Rice Lake. I asked whether I could trust them with prescriptions if they are going to make these kinds of mistakes. They told me I should probably go to Walmart. You probably should too in my opinion.

Worst pharmacy and shopping experience. Pharmacy line ridiculously long, drive through closed, 3 days to fill a prescription. Checkout lines are even worse. Avoid at all costs, unless you want to stand in line for an hour just to be turned away without your prescription.

Never seen a worse pharmacy in my life. If I could give them a 0 I would. I had 2 refills on a prescription which I refilled online said it would be ready by noon. I went in to pick up and they said my script was deleted and they can't access it. Lucky they got a hold of my Dr on a Friday at 1pm and she refilled it. They told me they didn't know how it was deleted but could be anyone in pharmacy. I have also had many other little problems. My Dr even told me they have a lot of issues with Walgreens. Sad. There employees aren't the nicest either. I've had employees laugh in my face and be the worst disrespectful person in the world

Trust me if you can get your prescriptions filled somewhere else, do it. This Walgreens here in Rice Lake is awful. Takes days to get prescriptions filled. Then hours to pick up. It’s always chaos when I go to pick up. There are claims that the insurance doesn’t accept the prescriptions (which I’ve been taking for years) or they never received the medication order. Or lost your prescriptions... it’s always something. Not only that, some of the staff members are rude. Seriously, worst Walgreens to get your prescriptions.

So disappointed in the service here. I had prescriptions sent from ScriptHero which I have never had problems with at any other pharmacy. ScriptHero confirmed they sent everything on Monday, called Walgreens on Thursday and they did not even have my name on file. The tech that talked to me was very rude and said that my name must be incorrect...like what? It's my own name pretty sure I know what it is. Finally got it through that I do not have a traditional name and the pharmacist said my prescription would be ready by 8 am on Friday.Now it is Friday and I am sitting in Walgreens on my 30 minute lunch break well after the time I was told to pick up...and they are still not ready. At least a 20 minute wait. They don't even have to count pills..I am picking up eye drops, slap a label on it and move on. Never using Walgreens again.

Thank you for offering the Covid booster as well as other vaccines. Not sure though, why you offer appointments and then disregard them. I arrived for my shot 15 minutes prior to appt with all paperwork completed as directed. I was told to "get in line" which included people just walking in for vaccines, as well as those picking up medications. Only half were wearing masks, and the area was way too crowded. This was a poor example of how to handle Covid in a healthcare setting. The pharmacist that administered the vaccine was great, but it was given 40 minutes after my appt. Disappointing, was considering moving my RX to this store, but not after this experience.

Not sure what is going on with this particular store but their pharmacy is VERY unprofessional. Just heard Denise basically yell and a young lady for filling a prescription, telling everyone within earshot that it’s a controlled substance. Telling her she can’t fill it until the 30th....which is today. People need their prescriptions...not sure why they make it so hard to do and why can’t they be more professional?? Do better Walgreens.

Worst pharmacy you could ever go to. They have terrible customer service and I've had to go days without my prescriptions because they don't order correctly. They are a joke. Trust me use any pharmacy over the walgreens in rice lake if you want to be able to consistently take the medication you are on.

Wife ordered online with no limit on items then gets called saying they are limiting it. Then wife called store to be told they are limiting it even more. Natiley at store in Rice lake disided to out and out lie about message left on wife's phone.. so false advertising, poor customer service, untruthful employees. Great place to do business..... Not

My grandparents use this pharmacy because they have adopted children who’s insurance only goes through the Walgreens pharamacy. We are currently sitting in the pharmacy waiting area and have been for 20 minutes. We came 4 hours prior to drop off the prescription and were then told it would be a 20 minute wait. We came back 4 hours later to sit and wait for another 20 minutes when originally we were told it would only take 20 minutes to fill. We figured 4 hours would be enough time for them to do whatever they needed but apparently not. We will not being using the rice lake Walgreens pharmacy any longer if we can at all help it. It’s ridiculously slow. If I could rate this pharmacy 0 stars I would.

My husband is a veteran who receive his cholesterol medication from Veterans office. But for some reason it did not get here on time and he totally run out. We went to Walgreen to buy a couple tablets but they wouldn't sell it to him. Because because he doesn't buy from them regularly. It is a matter of his heart since he had an heart attack a couple years ago. And it's a weekend. We think it is very money oriented practice rather than ones health. And I always buy from them and he also use to buy from them too. But it didn't make any difference. We'll be changing our pharmacy.

Update: I wish I could give less than one star. For the 2nd month in a row they are out of my medication, and have to order it. Is this place an actual pharmacy? Or do they just take mail orders I am confused???...??.Was told they had my prescription, turns out they didn’t. And then told me would be there the next day, and 2 days later and still nothing. Not sure how they can run a pharmacy like this. Should be a common medication as well. I would call here and make sure they have whatever you want before getting prescription sent here. Or you could be waiting for your medication for a few days, not like they are in the job of selling drugs..oh wait they are??Maybe able to find some odd ball otc’s but you definitely PAY for it.

There's a pharmacy employee who is always super short with me and others. I'll be switching my prescriptions to cvs. I literally just called and asked about a prescription to be told in a snappy tone "I don't know what it is, I jus know it's done." How do you not know??? You're looking right at it. Not okay. I work in hospitality and I would never think of being so rude and snippy with customers. You are losing hundreds of dollars in prescriptions a month from me. I'm done being treated like trash by our employee.

I have been a customer of Walgreens store and pharmacy for many years. I also have in excess of $1,000 in prescriptions filled each month. There is a pharmacy tech named Shaeli Kockelman at the Rice Lake, WI store who is consistently very short and rude to me. The first time it happened, I thought maybe she was just having a bad day, but it has been several times now. In December, I needed a specific antibiotic 2 days before a major surgery, which hadn't been filled yet. When I explained that I had to have it to begin taking it, her reply to me was, "your surgery, your problem!" And then hung up the drive-thru phone on me and walked away. I was left speechless. And angry, as this was not the first time she was rude to me. I really needed this being nervous enough about the surgery. Then, a couple days ago, she saw me at the drive-thru, didn't even bother to pick up the phone to greet me, just gave me a dirty look, grabbed my med and walked away without a word. Someone with this kind of attitude and rudeness should never be allowed to work in customer service. I will be switching pharmacies shortly and Walgreens will be losing a lot of money from my pharmacy account. They are a big corporate entity that probably doesn't care. But if she treats one customer like this, I'm sure there are other customers who have been treated with such disrespect. It should not be tolerated. 😞

When you call in a prescription that needs to be refilled and they say it will be ready at 1:00 PM, one would think it would be ready. I couldn't get there yesterday so I went there today and waited in the drive up lane for 20+minutes only to be told it wasn't ready yet. "Please come back and it should be ready in 20 minutes." Really? It took from 8:30 AM on June 30th until 12:30PM on July 1, to scrape 30 pills into a bottle? Efficiency and expediency is a winning plan for any business, but it seems at the Rice Lake, WI Walgreen's Pharmacy, that is not in its formula and not the prescription in their promise to customers.

This pharmacy is extremely slow. Every time I come to pick up a prescription I am waiting at least 30 minutes. Especially in the drive through.

Just had surgery, was alone, had been told to stay off my leg. On my way home asked to have my equipment needed brought out to car. told them I was in front of the store and did not have internet. They would not do it. Wanted me to go back home, order online, and come back.

TYLER who works at this location has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered at a Walgreens. I am very disappointed and will be switching to CVS. I think Walgreens needs to remember who keeps them in business and remind their employees of this as well.
