The dealership is useless. I put an application in on a boat I'd like. Almost a week has went by, and no one processed the application. Even spoke with Jason who said he'd do it 2 days ago. I got tired of waiting asked the Lady who says she the Finance manager for a buyers order which she refused to do bc someone else had a buyers order, but with boat still available it should be whoever signs first. No deposit on the boat just a what if. I could have had my approval today through RCU and purchased the boat today. However couldn't get anyone to actually help

Great service, we winterized and stored our boat there, great customer care. We missed scheduling a pick up time and they worked with us to fit us in and make sure we could get on the water.

Jason and the gang went above an beyond to get me back on the water for a tournament. Left parts outside to pick up after-hours. Could not have asked for more. They have always been fair on service and price and that is all you can ask for. They are also great supporters of the youth fishing programs in the state.

Wanted to purchase a used motor for my boat but was unable to make the deal. Manager lacked a Think Customer mentality. I have since gone to Thomas Marine in Birchwood and purchased a used ETC 115. The people at Thomas have been there for ever and are honorably recognized in the state. If you want people who will take care of your boating needs go to Thomas Marine.

I've been trying to purchase a boat for months. Tried using their website to contact a sales agent, email, calling and nothing. Apparently they don't want to make a sale so I'll take my money somewhere else. At least zachos calls you back.
