I love this little pet store. It is always clean and well stocked. The associates are friendly as well as knowledgeable.We shop both online for curb side pick up as well as in store. They offer great deals and promotions.How can you complain about a place that allows you to bring your dog in to go shopping with you?

The staff here is knowledgeable, patient, and so kind. I adore this pet store and am very glad it's in our small area :) I've gotten a handful of pet supplies here, and a few Roborovski Hamsters as well- all has brought me very much joy❤️

Great team! Awesome manager. Truthfully not as good as I'm use to. With no limits to what's purchased, there's missing inventory or incomplete sets to animal care because it allows people to control or manipulate the outcome. As a samaritan with Christian beliefs I all around love this place besides.

I asked about getting my dog deshedded to the groomer and she pointed at a sign that said $30 for a deshedding package. I made an appointment and brought my dog in. When I came to pick her up the bill was $97. When I asked about this they said it's $30 on top of getting her brushed and bathed, and said sorry that should have been explained better and offered nothing to ease the shock of the bill. My dog is still shedding just as bad as before she went in, she just smells wet now. Wash and deshed your dogs yourself, this isn't worth it especially if they explain it as if it only will cost $30.

This store has everything you need for your pet. Plus they sell fish, and have different critters for sale all the time. Inventory is always full, they will always have what you need for your pet.

A lot of variety. We went there looking for a stress jacket for my sister's Rottweiler. We found the perfect one & some treats for her with Melatonin for anxiety. So it was a fantastic visit.

Awesome as usual. I swear they almost know be name now. I had a great pleasure of holding this Sahara python, that only grows up to two feet long. One of their newest arrivals within their reptile area. Too cute . I also purchased a new Batman seatbelt style collar, with matching leash, for my pooch Duke. All in all great service from outstandingly great people.

Manager Jeremiah is awesome. The whole crew knows their stuff, or has the expert in mind you need to talk to. Always helpful. They took in our bearded dragon for about ten days to observe an issue and treat. Great folks. Healthy animals and reasonable prices. Rice Lake is fortunate to have you.

A awesome pet shop in rice lake. They don't have a lot of animals, they mostly had guinea pigs and baby bearded dragons and a bunch of fish. They have all the pet supplies you need but don't have the animal you looking for. My friend got two guinea pigs and a beard dragon for 160 dollars

They always have a good variety. A little pricey but I work in a butcher shop and I know what goes into cheap dog food so I'd rather by the higher end stuff. Believe me, once you find out what, how long it's been sitting out and where its been, you'll buy the better ingredient dog food too.

Went in to get cat food, but they were low. An incredible employee walked me through similar options for my picky cats. So knowledgeable!! Super helpful and friendly!! I also decide to buy a fish for my granddaughter and the options were overwhelming! The sweet employee again came to the rescue and helped us figure out what we needed. This is a great store!! I'm from the Cities but come once a month. Will absolutely stop in when I'm in town.
