Called ahead to get some Plexiglass cut. Worker said maybe he could have it done by the end of tomorrow, because he had to hang signs in the store! Also asked about what size hinges they had in stock and he said I will have to come in and look. Couldn't believe it. I went elsewhere.

Slow help. Waste of time. Poor customer service. All 4 times I've been here, I've been dissapointed with their ability to help me in any way shape or form. Last time I had three seperate containers of paint that were all mixed into different colors when I gave them the color to match to. No bueno

After placing my online order for the best toilet bowl cleaner in the world (Ace brand), Life totally happened and I forgot to pick up my order by the due date.I received a phone call a day before the due date from a very nice female reminding me about my order. I wasn’t able to pick it up by the due date, but the day after, I called to see if my order was still there. It was. Thank you!When I went in to pick it up the same day I called (the day after the due date), the older gentleman gave me a bit of attitude. I’m not sure if it was because I’m completely to blame for it sitting almost a week in total, if he was having a bad day, if he was mad because I interrupted his conversation with a coworker, or maybe he’s just a grump in general. ( That’s why I left out a star. Sorry :( )BUT, I will be back for more toilet bowl cleaner!

As they are a newer store they didn't have the Pizzille iron I was looking for. They have a fantastic grilling department. If you need it...good chance they carry it. We did purchase a snow shovel. I love this shovel...its lightweight so I don't get exhausted using it and it seems to roll the snow forward as I'm pushing it. Don't know if it makes sense but I do love the crazy shovel!

Fantastic customer service! The gentleman greeted us at the door, asked us how he could help, and offered solutions to the plumbing issue we were trying to solve. Plus, this store has just about everything you can imagine and more.

In town for the weekend curling and stopped in for live bait on 12/4. 4 workers talking to each other and no customers besides my group. We all found our way to the nice selection of minnows. After waiting a bit we called a worker over for help. It felt like we were bothering him. Tried to make small talk but was given the silent treatment. My hometown Ace workers trip over themselves to help you so I felt this warrented a review (1st one for me ever). Otherwise a nice looking store and the minnows were great!

I went into the hardware store looking for a jerky making gun. I asked someone working there where I would find it they sent me any general direction and had no idea. I looked around the whole store couldn't get the attention of any other workers and I left. I won't be going back
