The selection of shoes, boots etc. Is as good as a major metropolitan shoe store. Actually, probably better. I've always found what I am looking for. Has so many leading brands. I usually leave with more than one pair!

What a great store. The owner is so knowledgeable and helpful. They carry a great selection of brands here. Brooks, asics, new balance, keen just to name a few. They also have some cute tops and handbags. If you're looking to buy a new pair of shoes someplace local this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Wonderful friendly atmosphere. I thought it was going to be a shoe store that catered to orthotics and safety footwear. It was more like WOW! Must go when you deserve a new pair of high end footwear at fair prices. Kudos to J Shoes! Had a great time today

Excellent service, we have been buying shoes here for years. They will special order if needed, though that can take a while. Mostly they have exactly the sort of shoes we need, with friendly service!

Rude staff... walked around for 20 minutes thru the entire store and NO one asked if we needed help or if we'd like to try anything on. We were completely ignored... even left us to wander the store while staff went into back room to continue discussing menards.
