Don’t go looking for the Mylar balloons! They are completely off limits apparently! I guess there’s a sign not to touch then, but it’s not clearly visible. Plus if you don’t want people looking for the balloons, how about NOT LEAVING them out in an open area in what looks like shelves on the wall?!?! Lisa, one of the employees will berate you, yell, and argue. Someone died and made her queen of the damn balloons I guess. I will never go back to that store again. Ever. I even asked for the manager to call me and she was pretty much just as rude as Lisa, the employee I had to deal with. Their corporate office will be getting a phone call.

Hit or miss on how your visit will go. Depends on staffs moods. Hit or miss on how clean the store is. Rather just go to dollar general

My main issue with this store is the manager. They are always going through employees like toilet paper and it's not hard to understand why. Nearly every time I go in the store the manager is complaining about employees to the employee themselves, to other staff or to customers. You can't expect to keep decent employees when your giving them a big reason to leave.The bathroom is usually a mess, the floors are frequently dirty and needing to stock shelves seems to be an issue. Then again, when you can't keep staff, there's the reason why.

I love your store but have been fighting with Google to list your right hours it's no longer a staffing issue after 6 months of closing your store at 6 pm each night it's a fact you close at 6 pm or earlier if you get a semi. I don't know who is saying differently but maybe it's because the store owner lives in a different state.

It's ok I guess.... They do not have a very good selection OR a freezer/refrigerator department for foods. My favorite Dollar General is in Eau Claire next to Harbor freight.... There is a girl that works at this Rice Lake store that seems to be methed out of her mind at the cash register.... Think they could do without her. They also seem to have a hard time keeping the shelves stocked with the little they do have.....

Just wish they'd keep more craft supplies in stock. I agree there should be a set limit on craft supplies.Otherwise, I really like shopping at Dollar Tree. Linda C.

The true dollar store! Everything is only $1.00. I noticed there was not as much of a selection as 5-6 other "Dollar Tree" stores I've been to, but I'm from Eau Claire, and I visited Rice Lake. Still, you can find darn near everything you need here!

With everything being a dollar the quality isn't always priority. The staff usually looks to be 'Second chance' type folks but The store as a whole is okay.
