Why are there not prices on items? You have to ask whichever uninterested employee happens to be there, the it almost seems like a hassle for them to give you the price. It seems designed this way, then you will forego asking and just pay the insane prices they are asking. Do yourself a favor and checkout elementvape or delta8resellers, for the exact same thing you will pay 60 - 80% less even with shipping. These people fleecing ya'll.

I’ve been a customer here for over a year and a half. Commonly known by staff as “‘no evidence”; I guess I’m outing myself by writing this review, but the staff totally deserves it!I invest a lot of money monthly in to supplies from this shop. The staff is always very knowledgeable of their products, courteous, and they take the time to make sure each customer is fully satisfied with what they are purchasing.This morning I bought the wrong battery, not only was it defective (which happens) but it just wasn’t right for me. The gal working took time to help me exchange it for a battery more to my liking with no questions asked. Very helpful and she deserves a raise!Also a shout out to Tanner who’s been on staff there for a while now. He’s always very fun to talk to and very knowledgeable of the products that they sell.Thanks for making me a satisfied, long term customer!!!

My Husband and myself went into the shop today...this is the very 1st time I have ever been in a Vape Shop!Char came over and guided us to what we needed from start to end! I've been going here for about 6 months now and haven't had any issues until recently.. bought one of their vape juices, got it home, and it tastes nothing like the description. I called to see if there was a way to exchange it and was told they don't guarantee what they sell.

Went to get some salt nic, and pods. Got the flavor factory blue razz flavor. 1. It tasted like actual garbage 2. Both pods tasted immediately burnt after the first hit despite waiting 10 minuets after filling and 3. The female worker didn't ask me what nic level I wanted and didn't ask if I was going to get anything else. She acted like she couldn't wait for me to leave she was too busy talking to the other woman working with her.

Bought a disposable delta 8 vape(sugar extrax) for $65, got home and looked it up online, prices are from $30 - $45 online. I've had good experiences here in the past, but now I feel ripped off. Will probably be ordering online now.

They have the cheapest butane that I have seen in the city of Rice Lake. I have a large collection of Lighters that need butane for refilling. Plus they have so much stuff then I just enjoy looking at. I found an awesome glow in the dark ashtray for my car and I really like it. I just need to spend more time there when I can!

After reading the reviews and going to the Eau Claire location I decided to go here. I asked to try one of their vape juices that they mix and was told they charge you to do so and don't accept returns. I won't be back

Despite being STILL INSUDE THE STORE, and having NOT EVEN SIGNED THE PURCHASE SLIP, I was refused a return on a vaping cartridge battery.The store policy, in writing, states that the sale is finaL WHEN IT LEAVES THE STORE.This is NOT the case.Nice employees, and a decent merch assortment. But bad management means poor customer service, and that is the case here.

I've been here a lot and I tried to give these guys a break, but almost every time I go in I get disrespected by the female workers. I wouldn't clarify but it's only the females that are rude to me. You should not go here unless you like to be disrespected for no reason. $1 to try vape juices... I tried to buy a mouth piece for my vape, but she didn't have enough change to break my $100 so she basically told me to leave. Never known a business to turn down a sale because they don't have enough change. That's how you turn your business on its head. NOT CONSUMER FRIENDLY!

Been here for a while waiting for them to open. Sundays hours are supposed to be 12-6pm and the doors still aren't open at 10 minutes after noon.... I've watched at least 7 possible customers leave..... Good luck staying open....

Excellent variety and options to choose from are starting to move away from mod Vapes more towards disposable Vapes and the house juice is not as great as it used to be 😔 but tobacco products, pipe selections and glass, and other accessories are great👍
