Nice clean grocery store. Friendly, professional staff. Super nice Deli, with a soup bar and other hot food bar daily. Hot ham on Sundays with free rolls. Excellent butcher shop with lots of seafood choices too. A little pricey but shop the specials and you get some good deals.

I shop here a lot but theres one thing that needs to be improved and thats the hot food bar by the deli. It’s extremely hit or miss lately. Went to go get some rice and chicken on thursday for my lunch break, and the rice was extremely overcooked. It was almost pudding. I cant believe someone looked at it and said “i can serve this.” For people nearby that rely on the hot bar to serve lunch during the day this is a disappointment. I hope the hot bar improves, because i lt used to be so good and convenient but it has gone downhill in recent months.

This trigs is so much nicer than our store in Tomahawk. What a great place to grab some snacks. First visit and really impressed. The liquor section was phenomenal

Clean and stocked store. Great selection off meats. It also has a liquor section in the back. Full deli with seating. Probably the nicest store around that i have been in. Doesnt have the big box store feel. Staff was very friendly.

Always has a delish assortment of fresh meats and delicious items to go, plus fresh produce! Today, we grilled some seasoned kabobs that were super tender and some fresh ear corn.

I stopped into do some shopping at trigs today. I bought 2 name brand products. I continued shopping at another and realized how overpriced I paid for the product. I could have gotten a 3rd product extra. So I went back to trigs, stopped in to customer service desk and said I wanted to return, she asked why and I said the price. She apologized and stated that the only refunds trigs gives out is for damaged or outdated product. Why should that be your policy. If a customer decides they don't want your product, why can't we just return and get a refund. I did have my receipt.

Great produce.... Always fresh and is always stocked completely. Great costumer service and wonderful additudes towards person's and their kids. Extremely helpful when I was checking out and they were acting out.... The check out manager actually kept my son busy by showing him different things that he was always curious about at the self checkouts! So all and all 5 stars for the service and additudes but... Only 3 stars for the wild inflated prices on almost everything in the store!.

My grandfather really likes this grocery store. I found out why. All staff are polite and very knowledgeable with the items offered in store. Also they carry MKE newpaper.

I hate self check out. Only one register was open. I was spending over $200 and had to check myself out. I prefer to shop local, which is why I go to Trigs. If you were going to force us to check ourselves out, at least give us a discount since you’re not having to pay employees to do it.

Excellent product as always. Great customer service. Only thing confusing a little is the picture below. They have tongues to help with contamination to grab your little ice creams. But yet the tongs are dropped inside on top of them so there is no stop of contamination.

Love the new remodel!(Rhinelander deli area/checkouts. I wish they had an aisle app/item map, however. It Would be very cool. Every one is soooo nice and helpful there!! ❤❤

It’s a nice grocery store. Very clean which is more then important. Employees were all very healthy & Friendly. Didn’t have a reason to shop much only visiting but they are pricey ! Especially for the area.

I rarely leave one star reviews but after having to go to Trigs a few times while visiting my parents here , I decided that this grocery store warranted a one star review for a few reasons:1. Price : for reference I live in Chicago and typically shop at Whole Foods which can be a bit pricier than your typical grocer. The prices at Trigs are sometimes three times higher than what I would pay at a Whole Foods in Chicago. It is absolutely ridiculous. I am still visiting my parents and now go to Aldi because I can at least get organic food that is of quality for a reasonable price.2. Quality : read the expiration dates carefully because they may surprise you. Much of the time , you’ll find the product you want to buy is expired or a few days away from expiring. I don’t know who does the inventory but they are certainly are falling short.3. Selection:I have celiac disease and have to eat gluten free. While Trigs does have gluten free food options, their cost is so astronomical that it isn’t worth buying. Aldi has a decent selection of gluten free products so I shop there.

Very helpful & friendly staff, great variety of brands, prices compare to other stores, & meat selection can't be beat.Feb 2024 Had a "glitch" in perk points system (which is so helpful when filling up the car's tank). Not surprised they went Above & Beyond to correct, cause that's what they do !!! Thanks

I can't figure out why anyone would shop here. Nothing about it is exceptional or outstanding but the prices make you think you should be in a luxury grocery store.I'd love to shop here because of the location but I literally laughed out loud at some of the prices.

Good selection of products. Some unique items such as grape leaves, which you can't find anywhere else in this immediate area. Most aisles are wide and easily navigated. The store is very well organized. The checkout clerk was very nice and helpful.

Excellent attached liquor store. Great specialty meats and deli. Love this store ! Stopped to get sushi. Ended up getting fresh pork ribs and chicken.
