I've brought our dog there twice for a nail trim and a bath and was very happy with the results. Now I feel blackballed. I call and text to try to set up appointments and get no reply. If she doesn't want me to bring our dog in there again she should just tell me rather than just ignore my attempts to make an appointment. Tomorrow I will have to take our dog to Tractor Supply and give her a bath myself and apparently may as well continue to make that the new plan. It was easy to get an appointment the first time. I had to wait a day or two the second time. I called last week and texted this week and have given up.

They do a wonderful Job on the dogs and cat. I can't say that my cat has had a better cut from any other groomer but Amy. She is very quick to respond to messages.

This was one of the worst experience with dog grooming I've ever had. I took my two baby shitzus here and was told they would be ready in 3 hrs so my boyfriend and I waited in rhinelander for 3 hrs . Come to find out when we go to pick up our dogs we're told they didn't have the right clippers to cut my dogs hair which was very unprofessional. Then were told they just started my one dog 30 minutes ago so expected to wait another 3 hours now mind you my boyfriend and I are not from rhinelander so we were very upset. We decided that to just pick them up and go elsewhere later .

Just got our Finn. She’s pretty and clean and she has a nice manicure! Smells clean and not stinky!!!Happy with service and she came in on Sunday because Finn is going home. Highly recommend!

Amy did an amazing job with my 3 German Shepard mixes. Trimmed their toenails to the perfect length, plus cleaning their ears and teeth. Also, scheduled within the same week I called. Very happy with the service!

Tried several times to call and only got a message which stated that the mail box was full, this is over a several week period.Then, my wife and I drove from Tomahawk to Rhinelander to speak with Amy. She told us she was no longer taking appointments and that she was going to operate as a walk-in service. After a 45 minute wait, she took Bentley in for a trim. Not the best, but at least he would be a bit cooler.We did make an appointment for today (05/27) at 1;30PM. We drove over from Tomahawk only to find two other people working there and three dogs running around. We were told Amy was not in today and we would need to reschedule. Amy is a very nice woman but has no clue how to run a business. I would not take our dog there again Period.

took our Great Pyrenees to her first grooming. she was a complete mess. Couldn't find anyone to groom her. Amy did her in for half of what we thought.

Our Golden Retriever Buddy was looking pretty rough after a summer of fun. I called, left a message and the next day Amy from Pup-arazzi called me back to schedule. Buddy looks fantastic and smells great! We already scheduled our next appointment. Thank you!

The address is wrong, no longer on Kemp St. I have taken all three dogs and a cat to have them groomed here for a couple years.. I haven't had any problems and my pups always look nice.

They were very good with my dogs, they even let my boxer run off his energy in the empty store before his bath and nail trim. They were great smelling and looking happy pups when I picked them up. They are definitely my new groomer!

WE HAD BEEN TURNED DOWN AT SEVERAL GROOMERS AS OUR 16 YEAR OLD FREDDIE WASN'T ABLE TO STAND FOR MOST OF THE GROOMING, JENNY WAS WONDERFUL AS SHE HAD WORKED WITH FREDDIE FOR YEARS BEFORE, SO APPRECIATIVE.. WE HAVE SINCE LOST OUR GIRL BUT WILL ALWAYS BE GRATEFUL
