I bought a dog treat that my dog would not even look at! I went in to return it and didn’t ask for my money back, rather asked to put the money towards another treat that he would eat. Owner refused and told me that he can’t resell it so I was stuck with it. I asked if he donated to shelters and he said yes, but only expired foods. All the pet stores I shop at have a guarantee that you can bring back the treats and put it towards another purchase. Will not shop here again..

I'm glad that Rhinelander has a quality pet food store. We discovered that we had already purchased a $10 elk horn dog treat on an earlier trip and wanted to return the untouched one. We were told that they don't take returns on dog treats even if they never made it out of the bag it left the store in.Sad to say we'll be shopping online in the future.

They are the ONLY Store that carries the REAL nutritional food for ALL of your pets needs which is why I drive 30 miles one way to get the right kind of food for my dog. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and ALWAYS a pleasure to do business with. It's worth the drive knowing that my dog is getting all the natural and BEST food around and not fillers and words I can't pronounce. Friendly people working there. We brought one of our dogs there for grooming yesterday after going somewhere else for years and not being happy. Not only did they do a Great job our dog was was so much happier! She wasn't trying to drag us out the door like she did at the other place, she was just happy to be there! That says more than anything! Thank you!!

Bought my mom some cbd honey 🍯 and she love it and it really helps her as she is 12 years old and gets sore from time to time. They also have treats and dogs eye level so they can shop for their own treats 😉 lol
