I bought 4 camo chairs online.and they were delivered to the Rhinelander store. The Cust Service Rep was so pleasant polite and even asked if I needed help to the car. What a delight and surpassed expectations.

I think that this is a great store lots of selections I'd recommend people trying and checking it out very nice sporting goods section Big tool selection some different inventory that Menards are Lowe's or fleet farm doesn't have

Best fishing department in Oneida County by far. Prices and the selection of fishing gear are great. Good selection of Stihl products. Friendly staff. They have a good mix and match area for all fasteners and such. Got a better deal on a kayak than the other outlets in the area, including Dunhams and Walmart.

Bought over $750 of horse stall mats over a two day period. Last trip found a mat damaged on a corner. I asked for a discount. Supervisor said $5. Escalated to another supervisor advised new mat could be delivered. The cost of gas to return there eliminates that option. Was told the manager Ben was on vacation. Ben these folks you left in charge are incompetent. I paid the full price on the damaged mat and I will head down the road to Blaine’s for a few thousand dollars or additional purchases. Doubt if this business will survive. So long L and M.

We bought a wood stove there last fall & the gentleman helped us with everything we needed for it.Anytime we can't find something, they are there to help.We love that they have a large selection of work gloves, shoes, fishing dept, ect...They have awesome customer service!!

I had something brought in from another store as my size was out of stock. Britany up at the counter was phenomenal! She treated me like a top priority while handling multiple things at once, and always had a smile even for the few minutes I was there. I will definitely be back soon.

I wasn't sure if I'd find this farmer supply center any different from the others, except that it might be just higher priced. But when my wife and I stopped in, we were impressed by the competitive prices and the large inventory and diversity of products. The employees were friendly, well informed and very helpful. I would highly recommend this Rhinelander store. Their sales are awesome and mostly target the items that people need, not necessarily products that need to be moved off the shelves and floor. Two thumbs up and thank you.

Not another Menards/Home Depot. Hard to find products, at reasonable, if not cheaper than similar stores prices. Workers are friendly and helpful. Very clean. 8/10 would recommend.

Love the store and products but stood in the firearms section for a good 45 minutes and no one asked if they could help me with anything. On the other hand, I went looking for mosquito zappers and 3 employees were very helpful. Overall I like the store very much. I wish they carried bigger sizes of clothes too.

Very impressive new store with a good selection in all areas. The shoe department carries a few selections of Red Wing, which is something not usually seen in stores like this. Clothing department carries some of the more popular work clothes and seemed to have a wide selection. I'd definitely make this a first choice for tools, hard goods, and other things we often buy.

Nice new store with the largest selection of DeWalt tools I've ever seen. They have pretty much anything you would need other than lumber. Friendly and helpful staff. They have a large sporting goods department, fishing and hunting is very well covered. Added. Now that the store has been open a while it still is a great store. Any time I am in Rhinelander I make sure to stop.

We were here for fishing equipment, and they had a huge selection in all price ranges. Although Bl@in's was nice with good prices, what we needed was at L&M. We'll return the next time were are in the area.
