KUDOS TO TEAM FRASIERWe have been utilizing Frasier's for nearly 40 yrs and honestly, the service is non-stop! My husband called to report an issue with our furnace...it wasn't doing its job. He called at 10:40 am and the scheduler answered back at 10:45 am. Wow, thank you!Fast forward, Mitch and his assistant show up shortly after and make a prediction...a few options and he sends in the big guns, Kyle;)Kyle was very knowledgeable, offered a few ideas, gave us a few options to cut the cost of a full blown replacement and left the decision up to us. Kyle walked us through exactly what to expect, explained the details, and went over the services that would be included in the new install. Yes, our furnace was an 18 year install from Frasier's. Our install was the next day...The job was not an easy one due to the fact that the furnace was in the attic. It had to be dismantled in the seat it held for 18 years, part by part and numerous trips up and down the spiral staircase. Jeremiah and Matt worked diligently without a break for most of the morning. (they arrive at 7:00 am in the morning) Thankfully, our new install was a bit smaller; I watched the boys carry the new one up the spiral stairway:)Kyle was able to stop by and check on the progress of the day. He passed the baton and left Jeremiah to complete the install and diagnostic set up our new install. Jeremiah was quiet and extremely focused on the completion of the job. Kudos to Jeremiah...the end result is one of perfection.

Very responsive company and our technician was fantastic.Used them for the second time on 3/30 and our plumber this time was Adam who was also great to work with, professional and took extra care to not damage our home while he replaced our hot water heater and installed a recirculating unit. We are, and will be, repeat customers! The electrician who came out to assist as well was also wonderful to work with.

I am a new customer of Frasier’s, and my experience has been excellent. Scheduling was easy and the dispatchers kept me up-to-date. I think the idea of sending a text with the picture of the technician is a great idea. Steve.D. Did a fantastic job. He was on time and did a great job. He was also very nice to work with.

He communicated well, gave us updates, answered all our questions and showed up each time exactly when he said he would! We highly recommend him if you are needing these services for your home.

What an amazing experience!! Special shout out to Kyle, Jeremiah, Adam, and sorry I missed the other guy!!! They made the installation of the new furnace, garage heater, and AC easy, and wonderful. All of my questions were answered from the first home visit through how to work the new digital thermostat. Frasier's was one of the BEST service companies I have ever worked with for service. The communication was 1st class. I knew who was coming, when they would be here, and what they would be doing every step of the way. This is a company that I would not only recommend, but look forward to doing business with in the future. As a business owner, there were several takeaways from their performance that I will be replicating in my own business.Thanks again to all of you.If there were a 6 star option you would have my endorsement!!

Called this morning after storm knocked down tree and power line. Had to replace mast and lines to meter. Called Frasier’s at 8 am and they had someone here by 9:30. Greg gave a true estimate then started working. He contacted WPS and arranged and coordinated everything while he was completing the work. He kept me in the loop on everything and completed the repair. Work was done to my satisfaction and Greg even came in a little below the estimate because he was able to reuse an existing part. Overall great experience. Will definitely use Fraiser again!

There is a reason for all of the 5 star reviews. The scheduling was seamless; technician was available the same afternoon. Adam installed my dishwasher and was transparent with pricing, answered all of my questions and was professional and congenial. Highly recommend!

We recently purchased a direct to stud ADA shower kit. We reached out to Frasier's to get a quote for the installation of the kit.Frasier sent two employees out who were both very polite and friendly. We explained that we just wanted the kit installed but since it was a corner shower the drain would need to be moved some.I let the estimators know we had a drop ceiling in the basement for easier access to the drain plumbing. After about 30 min the estimators came to use and let us know it would be around $10,000 to install the shower kit.I asked them why the high price and they said they needed to change the drain piping because it didn't have a vent.I was still confused because we are talking about some PVC pipe and labor to do that and PVC is not expensive. The shower kit that we have all the hardware for just needed to be installed.I asked them what their hourly rate was and they informed me they don't do jobs according to hourly rates.$10,000 is insane. This is most likely one day's work, if it took a single 8hr day to install that means we would be paying $1250/hr!! Yes there is some material cost but that's not more than a couple hundred. They did not provide me with an itemized breakdown for their quote, I'm just beyond shock at the price.Both my parents are disabled and unable to shower using our current tub. My Dad's brothers bought him the shower kit and gave him $1500 towards the installation. I know we live in a world of inflation, but are people really paying this company these kinds of prices. Well just thought I would leave a review based on my experience. Hope you all have a better one, I'll try and find a different company not trying to take advantage of disabled seniors who just want the ability to shower.

Mitch from Frazier Plumbing was excellent! He arrived on time and went right to work, coordinating with the drywall contractors I also had working in my home so they wouldn't be in each other's way. He removed a baseboard radiator no longer needed, then reconfigured some plumbing at the boiler to provide a better flush and allow my boiler to fill properly. After purging the system, everything worked perfectly. I fully recommend Mitch and Frazier's!!Tom B

I was taken aback by how swiftly Frasier's Plumbing responded to our rather dire bathtub situation! Steve Dutz arrived and assessed the pipe damage, which required working under our house in the crawlspace for 5-6 hrs. Thanks so much Steve, for your cheerfulness while enduring the discomfort. And thoroughly explaining and showing why the pipes you had to remove became so corroded. We had tried everything we could with no luck. Thank you so much for finally getting to the bottom of it, so to speak : )

Might be great but I wouldn't know since it seems they've ghosted me. Contacted them on a Friday and was working with someone to have a plumber sent out to give me an estimate. Never heard back regarding the time I proposed so I followed up on Monday. The person I spoke to kept saying work couldn't be performed until I agreed to pay for services, which I said I understood but couldn't agree to services until I knew how much it would cost, especially because I'm going through a divorce. I was told she would have dispatch call me and I am now on day 3 of attempting to schedule something. I assume it's standard practice to have an estimate prior to agreeing to services, but maybe I'm mistaken. Or, maybe they prefer not to cater to single homeowners, who knows. In any case, my business will be going to another company that will actually take my business since clearly this one doesn't want mine.

I called Frasier's because my furnace went out and within 20 minutes after my call a Field Service Tech was pulling up to the house I guess he was in the area so I got lucky.He got my furnace running and explained what things would be needing attention soon and also explained what the functions of each item was.I had a real good experience with the Frasier business the Field Service Tech was quite pleasant and well informed of the job at hand.Janice Beson

Greg and Luke installed a new light fixture over the stairwell for us. They were great about wearing booties over their boots when they entered our home since it had been snowing. We were very pleased with how they worked and with the completed job. Both of them are very easy to talk to, and they did not hesitate to answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend them for your next electrical job.

Had them come out and check my furnace. Turns out the heat exchanger is pretty toast. The service techs were nice and all.However, this place is comically overpriced. I said I’d like a quote for a new furnace and AC because repairing didn’t make sense. He instantly starts telling me how they are running all these sales and a new furnace is $2,000 off right now and it’s $3,000 off if I get both a furnace and AC. I knew the price was going to be a joke at that point. For just the furnace it was going to be nearly $8k LOL. The best part, the furnace was MORE in the quote that included a furnace and AC. Their quotes also don’t even mention the brand of the units, huh? Any legitimate company is actually going to tell you what they install…model numbers and all. Their site doesn’t even list what they install…what?I’d give them one star, but if you want to throw away money…I guess that is your choice. Get multiple quotes, I will be getting a new furnace and AC elsewhere for almost half the cost.

Tech seemed knowledgeable and professional. Not super happy on pricing, seemed excessive for the work done. Also, Tech did not stay long enough to see if furnace fixed. As it was, furnace continued to fail for same symptoms but I was able to determine cause and fix myself.

We've been using Fraiser's for 2 years now. They've helped us when our circuit breaker blew, they installed our living room ceiling fan, and most recently did maintenance and serviced our furnace. They are professional, prompt and provide good service. They have an amazing team of people. We will continue to hire them, and I highly recommend Fraiser's.

Fantastic service and super friendly staff. I was called within the hour after submitting a request online. Within two weeks my new high efficiency boiler was installed.
