This place is probably the biggest dump we have in Rhinelander!!!! They need a manager, that actually can do the job I don't think they have one, they used to!!!!!!!!!!

6/29/22. Only posting before remodeling. Have not been in store since closed and reopened. Frustrating prior months that items stacked in aisles in carts and pushable carts that needed to put away, and were blocking aisles for shopping. Several, more times than 5 times, 2 staff standing outside on cellphones and smoking in front of store, and entered store after us. Poor customer service. Ive always had it as my go to to shop, sure hope all this has changed on my visit today. Rated 5 stars prior in 2020, but the past 6 months or so 3 stars would be pushing it. Hope I walk out with a 5 star review today. During that time I was temporarily disabled and unable to push those carts and stocking carts out of the way to get what I needed. And no-one around to assist.

Went to the store today. Haven't been in there for awhile. It was disorganized. Shelves of disorganized chaos, in some areas spilling into the floor. Take some pride in your store!

Store seemed very messy. Clothes from some of the racks on the floor. A employee was talking on his cell phone while stocking shelves. Shelves were empty, but carts with merchandise sitting in the aisles. Very disappointing.

Door says open at 8 am, online says 9 am. WTH? Why so late? Lights on, doors locked, not one car in lot! Tomahawk store is opened earlier and I ❤ that place. No reason to open so damn late.

Wow tried to run quick to get batteries pulled in 3 mins before close & the cashier was outside the door smoking & when she saw me pull in she threw her cigarette & went in & locked the door now I know they were getting ready to close but I still think that's so rude

Employees were excellent well trained and knowledgeable know where the product is when asked for it I can't remember the name of the cashier at this time but she was super awesome

shop frequently because they have what i need at great prices, but....it is so unorganized and messy, items mixed all over the store, clearance "junk" in so many places that could be used for profit making merchandise
