Great ice cream, convenient location. Staff made our cones quickly. Sign said to be "patient" because they were training but there was nothing "trainee" about my experience. All 6 in my group got their ice cream quickly and all of the cones were well shaped

My local soft serve place.Convenient, fast (usually) & friendly.Recent exception was when I ordered regular item on menu, took them almost 10 minutes of fussing/calling for assistance before they figured the despenser out, then I was short-changed. It is always staffed with new highschool kids, and this pair obviously had not been properly trained.I was disappointed, but consider this experience an anomaly and will be back.

I have been coming here for 45 years, since it was Jets and I was a teenager, multiple times a summer for what was always the best hot fudge malt you could find. Imagine my disappointment on our visit yesterday when a) “we can’t make hot fudge but chocolate, which tastes just the same.” Um, no, there is a big difference and it wasn’t the same b) they used PLASTIC cups to make our malts 🤬. Both of our cups were cracked on the bottom, I assume from the blender, and we had ice cream all over our shirts, shorts and vehicle.🤬 Go back to paper cups!!! I’ve never had a malt or shake ever made anywhere in a plastic cup!! There is a reason for that! I’d also suggest the waste receptacle get a good power washing and the trash and wrappers picked up at the establishment. First impressions are lasting and it’s a mess in its current state.

Good treats, good staff, good prices, but your soda machine has been down for a long time, eliminating soda drinks, malts and floats. Can't you call someone in to fix it? It's been areally hot summer

I mean, theres always a line which is annoying but its soooo worth it. Some of the best soft serve you ever did have! They have little kiddie cones that are super helpful when my 3 year old wants some but cant handle a full cone. The only con is sometimes they do take a long time when making it. Seems like they could use more staff here.

The wife and I go here weekly to devour some of Wisconsin's best ice cream. Hundreds possibly millions of options to choose from. The staff are very nice with a hint of humor. 4.75 stars.

Tasty average icecream. I recommend always getting the kiddie size items, or baby cone since that is the size of normal icecream.

Terrible! Don't waste your time or money here. Every single time i have gone here they always mess up my very simple order. If i ask for extra toppings it sends like they put the opposite and its just annoying at this point.

It has a good selection of foods and desserts, friendly staff, and good cleanliness. 4 stars because of location, it is downtown, but has little parking and is next to the fire station which can get noisy

This place was just so bad today that they didn't greet me when I got there instead they would not serve unless I had a mask on and it's a walk up window and there's more than 6 ft. Between us and outside she was pushing this hard no seeing my mask was in my hand so I put it on placed my order and moved to the next window where I can see my order being made and to my shock they were cutting the fruit for my order with no gloves instead of pushing the mask issue so hard they should fallow food safety mandates by the state and federal government....BUYER BEWARE!!!!! And I have reported this to the heath deparment ...Food Safety comes first all ways...

If i could give them zero star i would becuase they need to be more understanding bout people who got asthma and it being 86 degrees out with humidity being high to make it hard for anyone to wear a mask only to have a bad slushies served up with too much ice and syrup in the cup
