My husband and I came into the store looking for an advertised 4ft folding utility table. Not knowing where it might be, we asked a clerk. She said, "it could possibly be on the back wall" as she was pointing to it. I asked her if she could look it up, and her answer was, "I don't have anything on me to do that" and TOTALLY walked away from us! I couldn't believe she wouldn't pursue to help us. As we walked out the door, remarking to ourselves that evidently they don't need our money, there were like 6 employees standing around. One of them tried to stop us, and said, customer service might be able to help us. By that time, forget it. If a clerk, who wasn't doing anything, can't even try to help us, I don't need to spend any money in that store. Nor will I ever walk into that store again!

Very nice new store. Lots of quality tools. Lots of farm and home. Nice shoes and clothing. Some outdoor and garden. Sales are reasonable, but normal prices are a little high.

Stopped in while up visiting family to eat up some time. I ended up finding some great deals I couldn't live without! What a nice store, with friendly employees. I wish we could get something like this down around Marshfield because Fleet Farm sucks! Will definitely stop back next time I am in the area!

Love the variety of nuts they have.I love the lightly salted cashews & my husband loves their country mix.Also they have "Life is Good" shirts! Love those shirts! Positive saying on them!!I don't have to order them on-line!!

Stopped for some puppy food, that online said was in store. Arrived and couldn't find it, happen to see Nick (Assistant Manager) and asked if he could help, he was more than happy to help, went in back and searched high and low and couldn't find it. Was a little disappointed as I headed out , only to be "chased" down by Pam to say they had found it !!!! I appreciate the effort put forth by Pam , Nick and team !!! Thank you and my Frenchies thank you !

Triedcto get someone to open the try on room doors but no one ever showed. Front counter person simply said "there's a button by the door." Pushed the button (actually a tablet screen) and waited and waited. Finally gave up and left.

I'm so glad that this store opened in Rhinelander.This store has a great selection of merchandise and so far, it is always well stocked. On a couple of occasions, we have had to order a tool that they were sold out of, but the sales associates are always helpful, and it was ordered, and we received it within 10 days.I would highly recommend you shop here - this store has decent prices, it is well organized, clean and the associates are very helpful.

I have been a couple times. There are good quality items, but dang, everything is pricey. There is not a lot of things we would buy from here, so we don't go often. The bathrooms were still pretty clean from their grand opening. Shout out to the cleaning crew for taking pride keeping the store clean and a nice place to use the bathroom!

Had to pick up an inverter, for our camper, they had it at a reasonable price and I also got money off for applying for their store card. Prices are a little higher than other stores, but if you watch and shop intelligently it's not bad. The employees are friendly and very helpful. Check this place out.

The store itself is new & very nice, the reason for only 4 stars is they need to train their employees not to send customers to other businesses. I asked at customer service if a specific size of clothing was available & was told everything is on the floor & it would take at least 2 months to order the item, it would be better to check other stores since they all carry the brand I asked about. I went home & ordered the item directly from the manufacturer & had it in my home in 2 days!

The staff was so friendly and helpful while going throughout the store. But I have to say the drive thru has the friendliest and helpful young men. I haven't seen such good customer service in a long time. Keep up the good work.

Very unfriendly and when I asked for help they had to get somebody else to help me and the person never showed up to help me lots of people standing around and doing nothing and talking amongst themselves and not helping any customers and this is not the first time I've been in there and seen the same exact thing don't know if I'll go back

This Blain's was nice and clean. They didn't have what we needed for fishing, but the selection here was good for the average angler. They had a good selection of footwear and tons of other things that you would expect at a store like Blain's. Staff was very helpful. Will return when in the area.

It is certainly not as large as the Janesville Farm and Fleet. A rather old- fashioned collection of women's clothing. Good selection of baby Carters clothes, but not much in toddler sizes. Good selection of candy and nuts. Very clean and nice staff.

Large store with everything from nuts to car repairs. Laid out well with plenty of room to get around. Aisles are logically setup with plenty of signs to find what you need. Plenty of friendly, knowledgeable staff to assist you with your shopping needs.
