Dr. Carrie and the staff were wonderful. We were squeezed in for an emergency visit and received very compassionate, loving care. It was a very tough day for us as our kitty Bob was diagnosed with diabetes. Everyone was very patient with my multiple questions. They were very gentle and compassionate with Bob. My family is glad to be working with this clinic as we navigate our way through treatment.

I am a first time puppy mom and so I brought my puppy, Lily, in 2 or 3 other times when nothing was wrong with her. The lady at the front desk spoke to me for 15 or 20 mins and did a lot of teaching. I really appreciated the time she spent with me when she could have just gotten on to the next task. Didn't catch her name but she was middle aged and had dark shoulder length hair. Thanks.

If you need a vet This is,the office . Caring staff that go well beyond the medicine . They really treat and understand your pet. They want the experience as less stressful as possible so your pet does not dread the visit. The Techs and Dr really listen and answer every question. I cannot say enough about everyone here. No wonder they are so busy.

I always appreciate the prompt service and kind staff. We had our first child last year, and my kitty has been a bit frustrated with the change. They got her in, ran some tests, and helped get me set up with the appropriate medication. They've been my vet for years, and they will remain so!

I can't say enough about what a compassionate veterinary staff and doctors that are at Animal Heath Care North! Dr. Kerry has taken care of both of our dogs for many years. Our shihtzu is 13, has some health and dental issues. Dr. Kerry addressed many of those today. She and Lisa went above and beyond to comfort him and get him through everything! Absolutely the best!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE , "DR.BRIAN" WILL CAUSE MORE HARM THAN GOOD , CLUELESS ABOUT MEDS HES PERSCRIBING PERSCRIBED MY DOG DOUBLE TYE DOSE FOR HIS WEIGHT LIMIT AND ONE OF THE SIGNS OF OVERDOSE WAS PUKING WHICH MY DOG STARTED TO DO WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF TAKING PILL , CALL AND QUESTION HIM AND HE DOSENT EVEN KNOW PROPER DOSEAGE STAY FAR AWAY !!!!! ITS SAD BECAUSE THEY HAD A GREAT FEMALE DOCTOR AND NOW THIS CLOWN , GOOD LUCK YOUVE BEEN WARNED ! ONLY A 1 STAR BECAUSE YOU CANT GIVE ZERO

Took my 2 labs and cat for shots, nail trim, etc. It was our first visit after moving to Tomahawk from southeast WI where I had gone to same vet for over 40 years. What a great experience. Everyone so friendly and treated the dogs and cat with such care. It was a positive experience and Vet Kerry and staff so great. Thank you Animal Health Care Center. You made this an easy transition.

Where to begin! I will try to make this short.. back in June my boyfriend and I rescued a dog off the street, when we took him here they were so helpful! It was quite the process getting him in good health but they helped us get him to that point. We knew he didn’t have much time left but our goal was to give him the best last days of his life. In September we had to say goodbye. Dr. Kerri layed him to rest, she explained what she was going to do and how the process worked, she had wonderful bedside manners and gave us all the time we needed with him before and after we said goodbye. (Dr. Brian had also helped us in the past, terrific veterinarian!) recently I started taking our other dog here. He needed a good dental cleaning. I changed to this clinic because it was closer that the previous one I was taking our dog to. The previous clinic was going to pull all of my dogs teeth because they were in “horrible shape”. I’m so glad I made the switch to Rhinelander Animal Health Care Center because come to find out Brody didn’t need any teeth pulled! I’m so thankful for how honest, nice, caring, friendly and helpful the staff is here!! I was paying an arm and a leg at our previous vet for shots, yearly exams etc. I highly recommend this clinic, they truly care about your pet. And the pricing is outstanding compared to other places.

This is a wonderful practice to take your pets to be seen for large or small problems. The staff is friendly and I really like the doctors. They are intelligent and really care about your pets. They do not try to push you into products and services you do not need. They have evening hours and work hard to accommodate their clients. I will always take our animals there to be seen.

Long time customer for our several labs, from puppy care to at home euthanasia. Started as dedicated customer to previous proprietor Dr. Ron Rupert. Was apprensive when he retired, but Dr. Brian has taken over and provides extremely competent care for our labs now. He has performed overall health care, including a few surgeries, leaving us feeling like he can provide the best information and care for our needs. We are lucky to have such an accomplished professional in our community. His assistants and office staff are friendly and courteous.

Both the vets that have cared for my animals have taken the time to really pay attention, find out what was wrong even it meant doing additional research and respond promptly. They tell you all your options but do not pressure or guilt you into doing more than you can afford.Just nice folks who take good care of my pets.

I have been taking my rabbits here for years. It is hard to find a trusted vet...especially with concern to rabbits. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have neutered three rabbits for me and I would trust them with more. I also take my cat there. My brother has taken his cockatiel there before too for an ear problem. The vets are great because they will personally talk to you on the phone if you need them to.
