We had them process half a pig for us and it's the worst processing I've ever seen. Some of the cuts still had skin and hair on them. The bacon was so salty it was inedible (and my husband loves salt). The pork chops were cut in a way where there was almost no usable meat on them. We've had to throw over half of the meat away due to these issues. Very disappointed and will never use them for processing again.

We have been using them for many years. Always good service, phone call reminders of when we are scheduled, good employees, and they handle the animals with care. And if you don't know, the care of the animal does effort the taste. Plus they cut to your liking, and are helpful in deciding how to have it processed if you are unsure. I wish they weren't so busy to process a extra beef at times, but that is what happens when they do it right, they are super busy. Great business and people!!

Best hot sticks I've ever had! Pepper jack was a wise choice. I have been to other places in the past but have never been this happy. This is my first time having my venison processed here and with out a doubt I will never go any where else! Friendly, and great customer service. Overall the price, customer service and the taste in my opinion is unmatched!

Highly recommend them I have always been very satisfied with our product that we’ve had butchered there whether it be beef pork or venison!! Have also sent a couple of my friends over to Country meat cutters and they are very satisfied to they had no idea this little gym sat out in the middle of nowhere very reasonable prices clean establishment family ran!!! Usaully I butcher my own deer, but being the late season holiday hunt I just didn't have time, so I took it here, never will again, smallest amount of meat I've ever seen from a deer, are you serious a 125 lb deer only gets you 23 lbs of cuts? Seems like a careless waste of game, I would have easily gotten 50 lbs of good eating meat from that, where's the rest
