Dr. Stephanie is truly one of a kind along with the entire staff there. Dr. Ruby, vet techs and front desk ladies! I’ve been coming here for over 15 years and trust them for all my fur babies. The staff here truly and I mean TRULY cares about your pets and go out of their way to make sure they give the best care. I am able to reach my vet day or night, always get an appointment as I need and are treated with such kindness and heartfelt care. I’ve lost a few babies over the years due to aging and the staff hurts right along with you. They are just one of a kind. Thank you Veterinary Associates for being in business and hiring top notch vets and staff. Just the best!

Thank You Veterinary Associates for the excellent care given to my Rat Terrier Dottie. They have been awesome with late night calls regarding Dot and a calcium issue. I have five puppies that are doing great because their mother had exceptional care. Thanks to Jessie Jansen for her reminder of the 24/7 care, I didn't know I would need it when I called to set up an appointment for tails and dew claws for the upcoming litter. Everyone has been great from the doctors, techs and staff. Dot and I thank you for the outstanding care.

I have never met such amazing Veterinarians. I have been using Veterinary Associates, LLC for the past 3 years and absolutely love them. They have amazing customer service and truly care about my animals. I had two elderly horses put down last year which was extremely hard for me because my horses are my babies. Each time a Vet came out to put my horse down they were so understanding, explained the process, and gave me time with my horses. The vets even went as far as asking me if I would like locks of hair from my horses manes. Veterinary Associates has amazing staff and I will continue recommending them to all of my friends and family.

Jaxx, an eight week old American Staffordshire Terrier, came to Brillion as a rescue. We chose Veterinary Associates to provide his initial assessment, it was such a positive experience we found our place. The staff is always professional, attentive to any concerns, or issues you may have, helping to provide the best care possible for your pet. They've welcomed our bundle of energy, now 14 months old,, found laughter at his antics, given sound advice regarding the expectations of his breed. I've had great experiences and even recommended other's here. I felt the staff was very helpful and caring except whoever the on call Dr was Thursday night on August 11th. He was very rude and not compassionate or caring whatsoever! But aside from that I've had no complaints.

Caution on the hidden charges! They quote you one price and decide to charge an unnecessary addition as you are checking out. No warning!DO NOT be on a fixed budget and try to explain about anything. They will dismiss you, admitting they are "no longer able to meet your veterinary need" and send all your pets files. Very unprofessional! I was a Veterinary Technician a few years back and I could not believe how horrible clients and their dogs are treated. Please be cautious!!!

Absolutely horrendous experience. No empathy, humanity, or courteousness from the staff who were tasked with putting my family dog down. We decided to take our dog here to put her to sleep because this was where she received all of her veterinary care, but we wish we hadn't trusted them with this.I have had to make the tough choice to put a few pets to sleep in my life, and every time it has been the same: First they are given a sedative of some kind, then they are given the injection to put them to sleep. After, the animals were carefully placed in a nice box and given to me for burial.This was not the treatment my pet received at Veterinary Associates, LLC. No sedative was administered, and they went straight to the lethal injection, which prompted my poor dog to let out loud, heart-wrenching yelps for several moments while squirming and shaking in pain. I will not forget the sound or sight as long as I live. It was absolutely horrible. When it was over, I was coldly asked, "Do you want a bag or a box?" as if I was choosing what to put my groceries in, not what would hold my beloved pet until we could bury her.If you are in the unfortunate situation where you need to put an animal you love to sleep, I beg of you to go elsewhere. We have had much less painful experiences with nearby animal hospitals. Do not go here.

Just awesome! Great friendly staff. Dr Renee is amazing. She figured out and cleared up my Pug's chronic infection at the first visit after years of seeing a few Manitowoc vets at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended and worth the drive.

Excellent vet! I have only been here once, and that was for the hard task of letting my friend go to heaven. They squeezed me in last minute so he didn't have to suffer too much. They went above and beyond to make she him and I were both comfortable. Wonderful place!

Such nice and friendly people. Awesome vet. Called on sat at 730am and they saw me by 11am. Even though it was a stretch being how sick she was they were able to saved my chicken. Price was very affordable.
